I've been coming to this place for a while now and I really enjoy this place the massages are amazing! The prices are great aswell, especially if you pay cash. I always get the the 90 minutes, 45 min foot and 45 min back and it's only 86 dollars! I see alot of reviews complaining about the girl at the front desk asking for tips which I do understand that she shouldn't but I also understand why she does because so many people are cheap and the girls there work hard and deserve a good tip.

Great massage service! The girls do chat to much during the massage unless you tell them to stay quiet. They charge double when you use your insurance benefits and still asking for a tip.

There's a 25-minute wait for an appointment. Massage and scraping is very painful. Tell her that she does not need so much strength but it is useless. Dare not lie down for two days。Don't come here. Very bad experience

They keep asking for big tips every time I visit. If big tip is not given they get upset! I love the place and the massage is great but please stop asking for tips every time!

I’ve been going here at least once a month for nearly 4 years, I don’t usually write reviews. But the last two times I visited the service was horrible. It seems to be going downward, rooms were not clean, and it smelled. The worst part was when I went to pay, my total was $72, so I paid with a $100 bill, when she gave me my change of $28. I left $18 and picked up $10, she had the audacity to say they require a minimum tip of $20. I was hesitant to say “fine no tip then”, but I figured the girls are being underpaid. So I proceeded to pay the requested amount, but I have never in my 40 years of life been so embarrassed. I hope they close down so these ladies can get better jobs, I feel bad for them, and will not be returning. QW FOOTCARE SALON DOWN THE STREET WAS WAY BETTER.

Susan and Ava are my go to. Both are great, with Susan a master at back walking, and Ava being good with her hands.

Went here about 5-7 times already.hard firmness massage but good, that's how they are supposed to be. Had Ava and Wendy, both are really good and not lazy, they like their job.only had 1 below average visit with another massuese.cash combos are good pricing, RMT for insurance are a lil bit higher then other places.

Price-wise is reasonable for their services. They also offer "stepping" options for your back

This is an astounding massage center. But before I went, I checked the reviews. However, a few were saying how this place is un-professional and how it hurts when they do a massage. Yet I searched it up, I found that a professional massage is supposed to hurt at first. You could compare this pain as if you just finished an exercise you're not used to. So I went and had a marvellous massage. The massage did hurt in the beginning, but after I got home, my muscles were so relaxed out. I would recommend trying it one time to see if you like it and you can go again if it suits you.

60 min foot massage was Painful. Smelled like disinfectant everywhere. They talk during the massage which is fine since it wasn't relaxing anyways. Maybe reflexology is supposed to hurt, I dunno.

Very poor Service and they make Up receipts for insurance so it could be claimed. They asked me how much my insurance will Cover me for Massage, i told them 500$ they told me if I pay them 50$ they can make receipts backdated so I could claim tgat. To be honest that's not even my concern they are so rude and asking everyone to tip them 30% or they will call the police? I told them that they can call the police and I am definitely not tipping someone 30% for doing nothing than fraud. Please be aware of the receptionist. She is a scamist

Highly unprofessional staff. There massage is painfull and they will try to trick you pay more.

LOVE LOVE LOVEEEEE this place. Came here to get a 60 minute full body and it was legit the best massage I ever had. The lady there just KNOWS how to hit those pressure points and loosen up my entire back. I've always gone to RMTs and they don't apply the pressure like this lady did. Seriously amazing and relaxing. I'll recommend this place to all my friends and family:)

Unacceptable services, today I step in for an hour message, once I start my message around 10 min, a suff came in an told me there a customer running late and cant find them before, now she are here, no one could serve me right now, they have to charge me for 15min services for $20Cad.

Well trained therapist in reflexology of the feet and body. I have been their customer for many years and I don't have many complains.
