The service is terrible, the quality of the cup is very poor, the cup leaked before I left the house, if the boss is rude, I have to buy it again, I really won't come again. A lady boss with a very aggressive attitude

The honeydew slush with mousse and tapioca WAS SOO GOOD. Its now my new favourite go to bubble tea place!
Another bonus is the staff are very nice, they were honest when it comes to wait times for the bubble waffle, which I appreciate. They also try greet every customers that walk in.size in photo is XL

I’ve tried a number of drinks from this location and quality is consistently good. Milk tea has good tea flavour and fruit slush is nice. Comfortable seating and clean space. Friendly staff.

Amazing flavour. I had the matcha latte. Striking flavour of the matcha latte tasting so good. To top it off the mousse or crème at the end was like a cherry on the top of a perfectly balanced ice cream. The location is great with lot of space within. There is a lot of options if you would like to consume from a differently constructed container namely a bear shape or a bulb. I’ll be sure to come again for another round to try other options.

Went here twice and love the flavors they offer. Very cosy vibe. Staff are friendly and feel free to ask for their recommendations. I tried the dragon fruit and brown sugar milk tea option, both of them were phenomenal.

Tea is awesome as always. Service is great! Asked for a phone charger, they did not have it at first. I said thank you and said it is okay but they still try to look for it and gave to me.
Good atmosphere. Perfect!

The bearbrick plastic cup is a collectable and reusable cup. Good for decoration after drinking it. Put water and some food coloring in will be very nice

Revamped menu is pretty good. Service is friendly, big enough seating area, not much to complain about.

Amazingly delicious. I’ll be back to try more fruits and teas. Highly recommended for this summer!

Got promotion discount and came here for the drink. Service is excellent. For the same price as competitor, royal tea size is always 30% larger so its actually a good deal.

Highly recommend. I think they started the trend of "real" fruit in the bubble tea rather than the syrup. (RealFruit bubble tea is the first actually). But in terms of fresh tea and real fruit, royal tea is the first. Then the rest is history and other new BBT chain follow the same.

This was my first time tasting Boba Tea, I thought I'd ask the person at the counter to give me a head's up on what I should order. However, the lack of knowledge by both the staff on conversational english led me to randomly pick one. In addition, I requested for the roasted milk tea and the staff incorrectly billed the earl grey option for me. The tea was pretty good with the aftertaste of earl grey lingering in your mouth a few minutes after each sip. The boba pearls were hard and chewy as hell (not sure if its supposed to be that way). Im not quite positive about this being the best tasting boba tea spot as well.

Friendly customer service from the staff members at Royal Tea, especially the male staff member. He was very accommodating and patient when helping my mom decide what drink to get that can be stored longer in the fridge for the next day. I would definitely come back here for their specialty drinks, atmosphere, and customer service.

It's true the service is not the best, but after trying all the bubble tea in the area, we somehow always come back to these guys.

Even though it said Fresh strawberry tea with mousse but its actually slushie which I dont mind cause its both great in the hot weather.

The waffle is cold by the time its delivered. The topping is very little (only on the top of the waffle). I thought topping would be covered the waffle entirely. 5/10

I would like to try again at the store when i can pick up. Delivery option is a no for me.

I’d love to come here daily, but sadly I can’t drive 2 hours everyday from my house. The packaging was well thought out and easy to keep the tea in the cup lol The tea is amazing — I got the matcha green tea with milk and cream foam. So good!

I got the big bang light bulb oolong tea. The bubble tea in a light bulb reminds me of one I had in Taiwan. For those who do not have much of a sweet tooth, I recommend getting half sugar for this one. My fiancee got the matcha bear drink which was good. The only criticism I have for it is that the bubbles are a bit harder to get to as they sit in the foot of the bear.

We ordered the two milk teas with tapioca and 50% sugar. It was a tad bit sweet but not overpowering. H wanted to come here for the bear bottles and I can’t lie they do look cute. It does cost extra but looks amazing. The drinks were simple and well made. Generally a good bubble tea store with some great bottle and interior designs.

Affordable than mainstream bubble tea or bubble waffle joints. New and clean atmosphere inside - too bad can't dine-in. They were sold out of the earl grey ice cream. Flossy pork waffle was on the salty yet savoury side. Chocolate waffle was a bit dry for my taste. Though their Earl grey coffee delivered an enjoyable flavour fusion- must try!

I’m wondering if your taste is very NOT outstanding, why not train those servers (young ladies) to be more friendly? Service is also essential when you run business.

I was trying to order through ubereats but their ice level was all “sold out” therefore I can’t order anything I want. Which is weird because I can drink without ice but there’s no such option, all they have is “extra ice” and that’s about it. Disappointed, always liked the in person experience and first time ordering thru Ubereats is just blah.

Went there for a free bd drink as they texted me. Told me that I can order a drink around $5. Then I ordered an oolong tea with mouse ($5.3). Ended up with giving me a tea+ice+syrup, which claimed $4+ish. I said I wanted mouse, the staff told me that I would need to pay extra $1 for that. I asked if they can add either the cream or milk in it, as all I wanted was a milk tea instead of tea with ice. The staff said this is their recipe and they can’t modify. Really bad experience, will never come again.

Never been to a place where the person who was suppose to serve me just crouched behind the counter and was on her phone the whole time. Oh well. Maybe she was new or whatever.

I asked for a Lychee black tea mousse but I think they just gave me a black tea mousse.there was zero Lychee flavour lol. I also got less sugar (75%) but it felt more like little sugar (25%, wasn't sweet at all). So other than the communication barrier (the staff is mostly Mandarin speaking), the drink itself was okay. My partner really liked it but I don't think I'll get it again. Cup was cute tho.

Terrible service, the cashier was looking at her phone all the time and her attitude was bad. Price is rather expensive and not worth it.

I have mixed feelings about this particular Royaltea. I do love their menu selection and how clean the joint is however the last three times I've been here, the bubble tea hasn't been very good. During these visits, the bubble tea was very bland and they ran out of ingredients. Avoid their fresh fruit smoothie. I can't remember the name of the drink but it's basically the really pretty drink with fresh watermelon, apple and other fruits in it- it's very bland and lacks flavour. I think their best drinks is their milk teas with the various toppings. Again, the quality of this place is very inconsistent. They used to serve very good drinks then my visits became not so good and I haven't been back in a long while.

Heekcaa is available here! Not sure if this is the authentic one but it tastes good. Love the cheese topping!

My go to place for fresh fruit tea slush. Their new grape drink is amazing, it comes with lots of grape bits and I often grab their extra-large because it's that's THAT good. However their milk teas are a let down, but everything else is great. Also a great place for large group hangouts!

Severely underrated bbt. Maybe the tables and seating could be improved but the bbt quality is great

Cheese honeymelon is very amazing. I like everything here, however it's a little bit overpriced compare to other competitions.

The setting is quite nice with dark brown tone that feel like you are in nature. The seatings were placed really spaciously where you have a lot of room and don't feel crowded at all.

I like the design of the unisex washroom but the hand dryer not working at all. I had to wait for couple of minutes since employees were hiding at the back. I ordered the passion fruit green tea with real passion fruit inside for a cost of $7.60 which was quite costly for just a drink.

I got serious diarrhea after had their grapes mousse tea. I was totally fine the entire day but felt off right after I had few sips. I guess might be the fruit pulps had spoiled. Bad experience, never gonna be there again.

Despite all the new places coming to town, this is still one of my favourites. They have the best cheese foams. Their bobo tea is one of my favourite black sugar bubble tea. It’s not as well advertised as the new places but it’s actually good.

Great spot to study and work. Service is subpar mainly due to inexperienced front of house staff. Variety of drinks but some are hit or miss for their above average price.

They also have a decent seating options. They have really tasty bubble waffles and a great price for their drinks. Great service also comes with this great place. They have bubble tea in a glass lightbulb which I found very unique and interesting

I think the employer should really consider pay the employees more, or maybe hire a group people knows how to be helpful and friendly. Cuz the clerks they are not nice at all. They talk to you with no emotion on their face. I felt like they hate me, or maybe I own them money. Anyway, it was not a good experience. By the way, the drinks are not even ok. Bye bye ROYAL-TEA. PS. The hotpot next door is the top-notch

Huge variety of tea. They have all the standards you’d expect from a Japanese-style tea shop. I got a pineapple slush with mousse and tapioca. Terrific.

I’ve never had mousse in a bubble tea before, but I enjoyed it. Very creamy, and just a bit salty. Also, get a bubble waffle - a dessert worth trying.

I was hoping to try their durian slush, but they were out. Oh well.

They run with a minimal staff, so expect to wait a little to get your order. Especially if there’s a line. But since I ordered a waffle, I’d say that’s completely reasonable. Would defined go back.
