Great service, the staff is very professional and kind, the ultrasound is accessible in every detail.

Worst front desk ever (the Indian lady)! No patience to the patients, not to admit any mistakes. Can’t really think for the patients, all is to defend herself. Lol, a total refresh to me on how Indian lady looks like.

The front desk, and all the technologists are so friendly and helpful. I’ve been going here for years and it’s always a very pleasant experience.

Terrific service beginning with receptionist who was able to book same day appointment. The ultrasound technician was very thorough in her scan. I highly recommend this location.

From the receptionist to technician, they were all so kind and welcoming. I went in for 20 weeks anatomy scan and couldn't be happier. The technician was very kind, thoughtful and knowledgeable. I will be coming back again although it's far from my home.

They are amazing for doing anatomy scan.everyone working there is very courteous and really nice.

Very rude staff. I wasn't given the correct information at the time of booking. When I brought it up to the reception, the Asian lady was extremely rude and said I can go somewhere else. Very rude organization.

The technicians here dont do a good job, my gf went for an ultrasound in which they thought something was wrong with her cervix and sent her to the sunnybrook. She had to stay there overnight based on what these technicians at R&R said so she could get another ultrasound and see a specialist the next morning. Turns out everything was fine and the specialist said that the R&R technician didnt do a good job and provided unclear images hence why they panicked. Horrible ultrasound which caused my gf to not only panic and stress but was legit crying because of their bad work, she thought that something was wrong and had to do preterm labor since thats what the ultrasound showed. Avoid this place like the plague, they just care to keep their quota high but not to do a good job.

The Medical staff has exceptional imaging equipment and the tests are conducted in a respectful and courteous manner.

My specialist referred me to here and said they were really good. I had two appointments for two different ultra sounds. On the first day, I forgot to take my health card, but the receptionist was nice and understanding (unlike some other imaging centers) and accepted the number on the referral page. The first day went well with the transvaginal ultrasound. The technician acted professionally. I had my other ultra sound (TVSH) today and when I told the receptionists that I was scared, she told me that the technician was really good. Honestly, she was really good and I didn't feel the pain that was described on YouTube videos. She was so gentle and caring, explaining what she was doing step by step, checking with me every step and making sure I had no pain and when done even waited till I stood to see if I had dizzy or some other issues to help me. Very nice lady. I was expecting a painful experience based on my internet search, but it was really easy.
I was explained if I had to have a full bladder or not when I called them, and the wait time each time was less than 10 minutes including the time I was filling the forms (I always arrived on time). It was not crowded or noisy so I am surprised by other comments below.

I went for a pelvic and internal ultrasound and I’m very dissatisfied with the service I received as the ultrasound technician didn’t seem to know her job well and I’m worried abt injury that she may have caused to my system!
If you earn $$$$ then u need to treat the client right! I’m very frustrated!

Yesterday I was at this center for interview and evaluation. I drove for one hour and a lady (which I won't share her name at this time) did my evaluation in only ONE minute on a sonohysterogram case (which needs limited study). After doing my part she told me you measured EL in transverse not SAG! While l do TV sonograms everyday in our clinic. And I do sonohysterogram also. I don’t know why she treated me this way. I am disappointed that they wasted my time and insulted my abilities with the intention of humiliation.
Tip to management: I recommend if you are serious in hiring someone please let them be evaluated by a radiologist who does not have any conflict of interest with the candidate. I, as a doctor and a gynecologist am of course a rival of this person and she feels threatened.
Don’t waste other people's time! Especially someone in the health industry who can help save lives

I really had a very good experience. The booking was spot on and the ultrasound tech, a radiologist doctor in her country of origin, Fare (hope the spelling is right) was very professional, knowledgeable and extremely caring and warm. Thank you!

Yesterday I went for my second ultrasound for anatomy and gender scan because the baby was not in the right position the last time I visited. The receptionist couldn’t find my paperwork and the clinic was not busy due to ice rain throughout the day. I waited half an hour and she calls me up and tells me to reschedule for 6 weeks later. I questioned how come I can’t complete the scan today and repeated the reason why I had to revisit then she said wait and I’ll be called in within minutes.

As I was waiting, another lady came out from her appt and went to the receptionist to get her docs for blood work. She left and came back to the office 3 times with someone else’s patient documents, the last one being MINE! I came here because my OBGYN vouched for their detailed work, which the ultrasound tech was exceptional at, HOWEVER the middle eastern (I don’t know their names) receptionist that handled my appt and giving out my PERSONAL INFO IS A NO GO! It’s definitely a legal issue which I can pursue on damages if I wished to.

I'm not sure about these other reviews, but when I went in for my ultrasound this morning, I barely waited at all and the technician was really fast and professional. She felt a lot more thorough than other places I've been to. I would definitely go again.

I had previously had a bad experience here and I begged my doctor not to make me go here again but lost that fight. They were 30 min late with my appt (meaning I wouldn’t have had to leave work early if they had just told me to come at the actual time of my ultrasound), and going in with a full bladder is never comfortable, let alone when you have to wait. It would have been nice if reception had advised they were running late. This would have been a 1 star review had it not been for the technologist who was so kind, quick and thorough. She would have gotten a 5 star review! I didn’t get her name but she is a valuable asset to your company!

I find the staff nice but honestly, it’s not even busy in here and I’ve been waiting over an hour. Brutal. Every time. Why? !? !
