Our daughters wedding was in July/23. Raquel was so helpful in preparations of up to and the day of. She is very professional and takes great pride of making your day stress free. She would meet with us on a regular basis to go through the necessary steps. I would definitely hire Raquel for your event! Thank you Raquel for being involved in our families special day.

Raquel was absolutely amazing to work with in everything from planning m my son’s bar mitzvah, to orchestrating the day of event. She is calm, detail oriented, and extremely organized. She has incredible vendor contacts, and is always willing to reach out to vendors directly as needed. She asked me questions that I hadn’t even thought of and was always was so helpful in keeping me on track with timelines. She created an incredible evening agenda and made sure all of my vendors knew of the fine details.

Her presence at my event took all of the stress of the day away and I was really able to sit back and truly enjoy every moment with our guests. She even took over cueing my little one along his script as MC of the night.

I would highly, highly recommend her to anyone planning an event. I will be turning to her again for the next one that I need to plan!

I have a tremendous amount of incredible things to say about RSG events. My wedding was perfect and so beautifully coordinated because of Raquel. From vendors to making sure the guests are seated on time at our wedding made everything picture perfect. I didn't have to deal with one question or one request on the day of the wedding because Raquel was there and ontop of everything. I can't say enough about Raquel at RSG Events! She really was a tremendous support during all stages of planning my son's wedding. From the outset, she was ready with advice and suggestions to keep everything on schedule. She coordinated all the vendors and bridal party, so that on the actual day, everything ran beautifully. RSG Events came highly recommended and as soon as we met with Raquel, we instantly knew that we didn't want anyone else. She made us feel so at ease that as soon as we walked out of our meeting with her, I told my fiance that we had to hire her!

Raquel is amazing! Besides her always going above and beyond to deliver, she is exceptionally professional, organized, detail oriented, and responsive. We hired Raquel from RSG Events for my daughter’s wedding… and she was there more than a year ago, helping the young couple decide on their ideal venue. It went from a smaller, intimate ceremony to a destination wedding — which had to be cancelled due to covid. Raquel was there throughout our journey and helped with our final decision on a much larger wedding, at a local venue the following year.

From our initial consultation, we were already impressed by her understanding of all the different visions and her ability to recall all the details and help create a magical day.

I never realized how Raquel’s role also included being a fabulous therapist! She was able to calm everyone as needed — from months before the wedding to issues that pop up during the day of the wedding — Raquel handled everything seamlessly and helped us have the most beautiful wedding. This isn’t always easy when dealing with 3 different sets of parents, but Raquel made us all feel inclusive and heard.

Raquel’s work didn’t end on the wedding day, as she is still wonderfully being our advocate with issues that arose with a vendor. I highly recommend Raquel and her team from RSG Events!

Raquel is our hero. Our kid's B Mitzvah was a couple of months away and we were feeling overwhelmed. Covid safety requirements changed and very suddenly we were shifting from a tiny gathering to a much larger one and a weekend full of events. We had only a few months to do a year's worth of planning. We signed up for a series of six consultations with Raquel and she made multiple, very helpful recommendations about who to call, and what to ask for, as well as advice on what works and doesn't work. So many details helped like having 10% extra chairs at our simcha so people were more free to table hop, how long (short) to make speeches so we don't lose our guests. She noticed things we'd overlooked, and guided us around common pitfalls. We (my spouse) did the organizing. Raquel's guidance, referrals, and assurances went a looong way to letting us relax and enjoy the weekend.

RSG Events was a fantastic resource for planning an event through an exceptionally challenging time - providing great options and advice as we had to pivot our event plans.

Raquel is the wedding planner of our dreams! We had to change our wedding plans multiple times due to the pandemic and Raquel always knew how to tackle the next change we had to make and always made me feel calm. From the moment my husband and I met her we knew we made the right choice working with Raquel. She made sure our vision came to life, and always had incredible ideas when we needed her opinion. I came to know Raquel as she has planned many corporate events for my father's company. I've always known her to be an exceptional person - kind, friendly, always smiling, never stressed, eager to please, hard worker. She loves what she does and she's very very good at it! I know first hand as I not only saw her organize many corporate events for up to 500 people but I saw first hand what an amazing planner she is when she planned my covid19 wedding. The number of changes we had to make, some at the very last minute, had my head spinning. But Raquel was always calm and collected throughout. She always made me feel better when I was on the edge of cracking. She assured me my wedding day would be the best day of my life, whether I had 10 guests or 100 guests and she was right! From the moment my fiance and I hired her, she was always there for us. She replies to emails and phone calls promptly and always had us on track. We could not have gotten through our wedding day, or the planning stage, without her! She is honestly one of the best professionals I have ever met and worked with. Where do I begin about Raquel!? She is an amazing wedding planner who helped us plan the wedding of our dreams despite a global pandemic! We planned this wedding three times due to government guidelines constantly changing (150 people, to 50 people, to 10!). Despite all of this, she remained calm, organized, and supportive-all with a smile on.

She helped us renegotiate vendor contracts, redo schedules, explain our options, and communicate with everyone involved. We couldn't have done this without her. She tried so hard for us and really exceeded our expectations.

Raquel genuinely cares about her brides/grooms and constantly checks in and is always available to chat. She wants them to be happy even if it means more work for her. This quality is really important in a planner.

The wedding day was perfect and all we had to do was show up! I had 100% confidence that Raquel was taking care of every detail behind the scenes.

She was great and we cant wait to use her again for future parties!

Never was it more important to have a Bridal Consultant than during these Crazy Covid times. I can tell you that Raquel exceeded our expectations on every level during these unprecedented times organizing and rebooking my daughters wedding not once but 3 times. Raquel had us keeping our cool every step of the way and offered solutions before we finished explaining the problem. She was FANTASTIC! Her concern EVERY step of the way is that the Bride have NO stress. She was sure to let the parents know that any thing stressful should come to her NOT the Bride and Groom and was so patient with any and all of our rants. Raquel was so wonderful to work with. We had to plan our wedding while navigating Covid-19 and Raquel was there to support and help us the whole way through. She was available to us at anytime, and was there to talk and problem solve through every obstacle whether big or small. We are SO lucky and grateful that we had the chance to work with Raquel when planning our wedding this year.
