RTC Appliances

We have used RTC in the past (a number of years ago to repair a washing machine) so we already knew how proficient and professional they are. This time it was our fridge that needed service (ice was building up in the bottom of the freezer). They were able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue (clogged drain) and also cleaned the condenser/other parts. The cost was very reasonable. They seriously left everything cleaner than they found it and provided some amazing free advice on our other appliances to help avoid any issues. It seems over the top to say it was an enjoyable experience but it really was! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for appliance service.

I called RTC for my parents their refrigerator stopped working. Justin went to their home. Unfortunately he was not able to fix the fridge, he was very honest and explained everything to them. For very honest and reliable appliance repair please call RTC.

Called around looking for advice on how to fix my dishwasher. Tanner answered, immediately pulled up my model, asked for some pictures, got an answer from one of heir technicians and called me back within hours to get me the answer I was looking for. Amazing customer service, a rare breed of companies these days. If you're considering RTC for your appliance repair and parts, you should 100% go with them.

I can always get the part I need. They ordered the wrong part at first - fairly innocent mistake. They quickly made it right. I will be back for my next appliance part!

We recently used RTC Appliances to fix our washing machine. They were great, we booked the appointment, they kept in contact and gave us a window as to when to expect them and also called to let us know when they were on route to our home. Justin was friendly and knowledgeable, he found the problem quickly, had the part and fixed it right away. We would called again for any appliance needs and recommend them for anyone needing any repairs. Great prices and great service!

Justin did a great job servicing our washing machine and the office staff was very helpful in ensuring timely service, and ordering the necessary part in advance. Justin was very helpful and patient in explaining issues and preventative maintenance to me. He went above and beyond to make sure the repair was done right. I am completely satisfied and would certainly highly recommend!

These guys and there technicians are the best, first they trouble shooted the problem, instead of try n to sell me on parts, then tech came back and because he set something up the first visit, on the second visit he knew the problem, fixed it and fridge is running better than it did. And didn’t even charge me on the trouble shoot n call, 5 star service from 5 star technicians, I vouch and stand behind these guys 100 percent, don’t call anyone else, this company and technicians are totally honest, Thanks so much guys

Called RTC as our oven wasn’t heating up. Service tech arrived on time and completed the repair quickly (replaced worn out ignitor). I would highly recommend RTC

Excellent service. We had to get our double oven repaired. Justin was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with the situation. And got everything working great. Prior technicians from another company were unable to fix the situation and had done a poor job overall.

Very impressed with the level of professionalism, knowledge and troubleshooting expertise of everyone at RTC. I had quite a complex situation and RTC went through options A, B, and C (and likely even more, behind the scenes) and they were able to find a solution. Every time I called, everyone at RTC was so polite, friendly & helpful. Had a family member present during the service call as I was unavailable, and they too said how impressed they were, and even indicated that they will be using RTC for any appliance repairs based on the experience of just being around them.
