Ruby Inn

The Rubby in on Bank is the worst place to eat. The prices are so high. Today I ordered fr yayzee on sommerset. The same thing I usually order from Ruby’s, the food had tasted so much better and so much cheaper and get your money’s worth. They other day my husband and I ordered from Rubbylnn, we order beef and broccoli. There was 4 pieces of beef and rest was all broccoli. This cost is over 20$ for this one dish. Than we ordered sweet and sour scallop balls, they where pretty muchempty the smallest piece of scallop. This is not the first but it’s the last time. I high recommend go elsewhere you will very disappointed if you order from them

My friends and I ordered from here New years night, it took over an hour, and we got it and brought it home. 1 Chicken Ball, 1 Sweet and Sour Pork, 1 Fried Rice an Dozen Egg Rolls and a Chop Suey.and Almond Cookies. OVER $130! And it wasn't even THAT good. The Egg Rolls were burnt on the ends.

I am very disappointed this is $130 worth of food that was supposed to feed 8 people. Very expensive small portions, it's not worth it.

Not usually one to give a restaurants a one star buttttt this place has gone downhill from what it used to be. The chicken chow mein had about 6 noodles in it, the chicken balls are tiny compared to what they used to be and not worth their price, and the “chicken fried” rice should just be called rice as that’s all that it is.

I don’t know what happened to this place. Just ordered tonight, used to have the best egg rolls but these tasted like they were re-fried about 3 times. Also, I ordered 12 egg rolls, chicken fried rice, chicken balls, almond guy ding, ribs and one won tong soup and it was 117$! It is now mall food. It is not good at all. None of it was.

If I could show a picture it would save my words. The beef and broccoli had 2 small strips of beef and tastes like garbage. Why even bother getting side veg when there's no meat that you paid for. Shame on you. It used to be good. You have lost a long time customer. Good job.

We have been getting takeout from here for over 20 years as it was in my opinion always the best. Not so much anymore. Our last visit a couple of months ago we all noticed that the quality was not as good but we chalked it up to just one bad day. Last night when we decided to order our traditional Christmas eve order we were told that no combinations were available on Christmas or new years. Always have been in the past. If it is a time thing then why did the previous owners do it for over 40 years. I would say it is because people always spend way more when getting all the individual dishes. Anyway we went to another place up the road and enjoyed it very much. Sorry Ruby but you have lost our business

Always friendly! Able to make accommodations or substitutions and fast, hot, delivery! Great food, one of my two favorite Chinese places to order from!

Overpriced food and very rude owners. Used to be great. Now, I just refuse to buy there. Food is still ok but very pricey.
