My dog loves going to daycare at Ruff Haus!
Staff is very friendly and loving yo the dogs.

Amazing place! From the outside of the building you have no idea what to expect but once you walk through those doors, it is incredible. They have so much space for the dogs and an on-site grooming salon with all the bells and whistles. Even got a free bag of dog treats made from a Canadian company too! Will absolutely be back. Thank you!

I had a wonderful experience at Ruff Haus for my 6 month puppy. The training was excellent and I saw huge improvements. I was able to get individualized attention each class for any concerns or struggles I was having with my dog and received great advice each time.

I would love to give a glowing report about the staff at this facility but unfortunately I have been the victim of a bate and switch and I am out $500.00. Sorry folks, this girl is a crook! I had my puppy there in-day care for 5 weeks. I thought it was great. So I purchased a package of 20 more day cares for $600.4 days later I received an email stating that because my puppy had just turned 6 month and was not yet neutered, he was no longer allowed to attend daycare. Please note, they were very much aware he was 6 months old at the time they were taking my $600. I have been instructed by my vet to not neuter him until he turns 14 months. So, I asked for a refund for the remaining 18/20 day cares, a value of over $500. That was rejected as they have a "no refund" policy and I should have noticed the fine print on their web-site about 6 month old dogs. Long story short, months later, I emailed to ask if I could gift the remaining $500 to my friend. This is the repose I received today.

"There is no credit on your account. In the event that you did have a credit on your account, it is non-transferable as, once again, outlined in our policies. "

" No CREDIT ON MY ACCOUNT"! So, my question is. Where did my $500 go?

Has she done this to others? Feel free to contact if you have also been ripped off by this girl.

My dog Lincoln absolutely loved his puppy training and social classes. Kelly and team are very informative and knowledgeable. Ruff Haus is extremely clean and spacious and absolutely a safe spot for your dogs to attend daycare, training, and grooming:)

We can't express our appreciation for the care our pup has received at Ruff Haus. The staff are friendly and helpful and the training program has really improved our puppy's behaviours. Zoey loves her trips to daycare and is always happy to go. The Ruff Haus team are amazing!

My husband and I love Ruff Haus! We took our shih-poo (Tyson) to get groomed by Michelle. She was always excellent and knew Tyson’s temperament so well. Unfortunately, Tyson made his journey to doggy heaven.

We have since got a new puppy named Wilson! He is very excited to join the Ruff Haus family with Puppy Training 1!

We highly recommend Ruff Haus. Friendly staff, enriching environment for the dogs and adorable Instagram posts with pictures of all the puppies!

Just finished the Beginner 1 class with Emma. She’s a fantastic trainer! We’ve noticed a difference in just 6 weeks to how our 9 month old puppy responds to us. The class was fun and easy to understand. We’re signing up again for our 3 year old Frenchie next. I would really recommend this class.

We have started taking our new puppy to Ruff Haus for training. I have to say the staff are exceptional!
They are well organized, kind, knowledgeable and a pleasure to see each week.

I can't possibly say enough good things about Ruff Haus! At this point in time, I use them exclusively for daycare, grooming, and training. I am usually quite hesitant with who I trust my dog with, but I never have to worry with Ruff Haus. They all know "Theo" by name and he's always treated so well there. At this point in time, Ruff Haus has become a part of our family, as much as our puppy Theo is. Sending a big Thank You to Kelly and all the Ruff Haus staff!

Great business with the nicest staff ever. We take our dog to get groomed here and the service is amazing. We've used the daycare services in the past, it helped us through some difficult puppy phases, it helped to socialize our dog and burn some energy while we were at work.

Ruff Haus is a very professional and friendly place to bring your dog! They provide wonderful services such as doggy daycare, grooming and training! They are very honest and treat every dog that comes through their doors like family. They also post lots of photos on social media so you can see what your dog is up to! My dog always gets so excited when we pull into the parking lot because she knows she’s about to play with her doggy friends or get lots of treats during her agility class! Highly recommend Ruff Haus to everyone I meet who has a dog!

This place îs running by a rude tyrant who doesn’t have any customer service or business management skills. She canceled my packages and refused to refund the full amount. Also, my dog was coming home sick a few times and when the vet said that he need to be at home for a few days, they said 2 weeks.people are bringing in sick dogs and they don’t check it or have any control system. Just pure greed, money money money.
