Ruffin's Pet Centres - Tillsonburg

Called ahead to see they had what we wanted. Was told yes have lots. Get there and yes they have lots, but you can't buy them. Myself and my children couldn't be more disappointed. We won't be back

Great place for pets supplies and food! They even brought in and stock a food for our dogs that they didn't normally carry.

Seems like a good store. We brought our dogs for the nail trimming clinic offered once a month or so. The groomer did a good job and we were pleased with the service.

Friendly service, they are very helpful. Little bit pricey but worth it.there is a groomer there i hav3 not brought my pets there but my friend brought her dogs there for a nail trimming and that lady was so good she gas patient and the animals seem to love her.

All our fish died and killed some of our other fish. They were obviously ill as they had other fish in quarantine when we purchased. They assured us the fish we bought were fine. They were wrong. We called and told them, and all they said was we will get back to you. Of course, they never called back. Very upset, and so is my 9 year old with the loss of our fish

I prefer to purchase my rabbit and cat's dry food here, their prices match competitors so there's no reason not to choose them over a big box store. Cozy with polite and friendly staff. I only wish they carried Tiki and weruva canned food I get for my cats as one of them is extremely picky and elderly, I usually order it online instead. Other than that, great store!
