Dealing with Rumsfeld, Jordan and his team has been stress free in a very stressful situation.

They are prompt in getting back to, never make you feel undervalued, and are compassionate when life throws you a curve ball.

I had started a consumer report with another company and stopped once I found Rumanek. They shared with me all the mis information and illegal things the previous company had proposed.

They are fraud. When they need customer they will call u everyday 5times to help your with credit by promising all false statements which will be denied after your proposal is not acceptable with the creditors. They get your details to fetch your credit score which is good before and then they corrupt your credit history for 6years and then you left empty handed and nothing else then just die. Jordan and Aisha you have ruined one more family.
@Jordan- nothing was explained earlier and at the time of signing the documents even Aisha mentioned that if your proposal did not get accepted then too there is nothing to worry about cz it gets approved automatically even if they do not accept and you will be paying $370 per month. But now you suggested that we have to pay $1283 per month.

Personally, I am very confused as to why some people had such terrible experiences with this team. I would take their feedback with the grain of salt.

Long story short, I wrecked up a good amount of debt due to life circumstances. At that point, I tried going to the banks and asking friends for help. Nothing was leading me to a sustainable solution, until I saw a facebook add for Rumanek (bless those cookies!).

Honestly, their proposal seemed too good to be true, to this day I can't believe they helped me. I got set-up with a plan that worked for me, they took the time to educate me on how to become more financially literate. I used to work for one of the top 5 banks in Canada, and I promise you.that bank has no interest in helping their consumers while Rumanek is actually invested in your success.

Now I am officially debt free and rebuilding my credit score. I have now an emergency fund, saving funds for first home, and currently enrolled in school (paid in full!). None if this would be possible if it wasn't for Rumanek's team.

I will definitely recommend their services to my friends and family.

Two weeks ago I was discharged from bankruptcy.

While going trough a lot of financial and personal problems I selected Rumanek and company to help me out on the financial part of it.

The whole process with them went very smoothly. Whenever I had a question or concern they responded promptly.

I have seen a few negative reviews about Rumanek here and whoever is unhappy should clarify this situation. I am sure that this thing happens with all other trustees as well.

I am happy with the decision I took and I recommend Rumanek.

If your In Toronto and reading this please do not go this Trustee place (more like money eaters) Let me tell you why I'm saying this. Before coming here i shopped around and explained my situation to other trustees and they said a person with many assets has to pay the full proposal. I got to know about this company through a friend. I got introduced to Suren Soornalingam who works at Rumanek Office 1280 Finch Avenue. He said that you dont have to pay the full proposal and you can pay half of it. And in order to do that you would have to pay me 8000$
So I was like if I am saving more than 50,000$ why not pay him 8000$. Again I wasn't familiar with how the trustee works and so Suren told me the 8000$ was the fee for Carl Rumanek to do the proposal for me. And i had paid Suren 8000$
Suren made me meet Carl, and once I asked Carl about the 8000$ he said I dont know i didnt get any money from Suren. Not only that Carl said Suren doesnt work for me! Then why does Suren right beside Carl? I dont know but theres is some kind of drama going on there. After that there was no action taken towards what Suren did. In the end i ended up paying the full proposal and lost my 8000$
Suren is mainly targeting Tamil poeple. Going to this company was a great loss for me, please save yourself!

Dont waste your time with these unprofessional people. They are so rude to you, once they get your money. Good luck trying to get them to return your call after that. From beginning to end was a disaster. The people at the front desk are clueless. The boss guy is so rude. Both times I went there he was yelling at the lady. I would never refer anyone here.

Jordan and his team took extremely good care of me from start to finish. They explained everything with great detail and dealt with everything in an efficient and professional manner. I would highly recommend them should you ever need assistance with a consumer proposal or bankruptcy.
