Great staff. I got my eyebrows done by Rupalji, she is very good at it, I usually feel lot of pain in threading but with her it was very smooth. It didn’t hurt too much and the shape was perfect according to my face.

Good place to get your grooming done. Gurleen was really good at blow drying my hairs. Very friendly atmosphere.

I visited Rupal Beauty parlour over a year ago for an eyebrow shaping session, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I haven't gone anywhere since! I wanted to get my head wash so I decided to go with Rupal beauty zone since it’s close to my house. Well, to start with the moment I stepped in the lady told me to wait even though I called before coming and I asked her if I have to book an appointment. I was told by one of the employees that for head wash you can walk in and we will assist you. So, after 10 minutes of wait Finally this girl washed my hair, well she was very sweet and gentle with her services plus she knew how to assist a customer. Once I explained that I want my hair to look a little curly, and instead of the regular dryer I would prefer diffuser since that make it look a little curly.
The proper process to use the diffuser is basically to put in the gel/hair cream and then just use your hands first to give them a little curve and afterwards use the diffuser.
None of them actually knew how to do the process and even after telling them few time that I gotta go to a birthday party, I was told by the owner itself that the lady who does that have a customer ATM and she’ll be with you in 15-29 minutes since being an owner she didn’t know how to use the diffuser, which is bizarre. Well…. I called before coming and even though I told them several times that I gotta go, they still made me wait for another 10 minutes and I kept looking at each one of them just to make sure that they’re aware of me because They were busy doing make up and hair and they had staff but they were so UNTRAINED that they didn’t even know how to use the brush at all. I was very disappointed and I was panicking since I was already late. The girl started using the diffuser and she did not even put the gel/hair cream AT ALL.she didn’t know how to use the diffuser at all and she was hurting my head, I Decided not to use the diffuser since I was so ANNOYED WITH HER. I told them that I will go with the regular hair dry since I was running outta time. They used the round brush and the lady who was doing it for me didn’t even know how to style the curtain bangs even after telling her that I need them to look a little bouncy. Very unprofessional staff and untrained. They don’t know the basics at all and half of them were just standing and just chilling as if they don’t see the customers waiting. I was very disappointed and the money she charged me was actually not worth the services she provided. $45 dollars for a blow dry? Wow, if you really have that high standard’s please hire someone professional for your services and be respectful to other’s time and NEEDS.since, customer satisfaction should be your primary concern.

Prices are high as per services yet that don’t affect me as they told prices earlier before service but they must provide a receipt if charge taxes (i think something foul happening here taxes received from customers and didn’t give receipts and didn’t provide to govt.).

Secondly i found lack of professionalism as they backbitch about there another client in front of me.

I went there just to try it out as i read more positive reviews but found it okay okay not worth such Hype.

People must try other ones in that area and with alot positive vibes.

If you have time to give your face a week to recover after facial please visit to this place. While my visit I already told to provide facial service that does not cause any allergic reaction. The toner was so irritating and they said it is expected as it’s made of natural ingredients. I followed the instructions and did not wash my face after. Within two hours my whole face got red and there were burnt patches. If you are not sure your products can cause bad reactions please don’t recommend to people.

Good experience. The way she did my eyebrows it was amazing and it was totally a painless threading I ever had. I went for the first time and she made me feel I am her regular customer. Very Welcoming staff and amazing result. ️️

I’ve been coming to Rupal’s for a long time and the lovely ladies never disappoint! Saib is amazing and hands down my favourite! She always makes me feel so comfortable and is sooooo fast!

Joti is amazing, she helped me with my first Brazilian and took her time explaining the process so I was comfortable. I really enjoyed my experience here so I came back and I received the same service. I trust this place and will be here often. They also accommodated me for time very well without hesitation.

I would recommend this salon for men haircuts and eyebrow but a no no for women haircut. I came here for lob haircut but then the lady started up with some suggestions and i trusted her, i ended up with a real bad uneven haircut. They do not even gave blow dry and hence i didn't realized how uneven and bad haircut i got until i got back home. Now if i read other reviews i can see many had similar experience. So not a good experience for women haircut.

Eyebrows with Rupal are great! But haircut was awful with whoever cut my hair. I didn't do blow-dry so I didn't realize how bad the cut was. Once I got home and showered and did my hair, I seen how uneven the cut was and they cut off soo much of my length (took me forever to grow). Id like to mention that I showed them how much to cut off, and mentioned more then once I wanted to keep my lenght. Ps-The guy cutting my hair seemed like he was in training. Went to another hairdresser that also confirmed it was cut badly.

Had the most horrible waxing experience of my life. I went there today to get my arms waxed, but unfortuantely left with painful bruises all over my arms. Reason being the owner (“Rupal”) do not turn on the A/C’s of the house and basement staff to not have any access to turn the A/C and are just given a table fan in waxing rooms. And after ripping off customer’s skin they put tiny ice packs, as if its a very normal routine practice for them nothing unusual.

Kudos to you on loosing a returning customer. Go on saving your electricity bills and you’ll go really far in business.

Got my facial service from RBZ. It was done by Aayat. She really did a great great job. It was so relaxing and soothing. I am very Satisfied and will visit again. Even threading done by Nav is also very nice and perfect

I went to Rupal's for the first time to get a brazilian last week and i can say that i will definitely be coming back. They were so kind and comforting when getting the service. I have been coming to rupal for some time and she has made my eyebrows impeccable. I wouldn't go to anyone else.

But recently she hired anmol who cut and styled my hair. The best haircut i ever got! And unbelievable styling. I never thought i would ever pay to blow dry and style my hair, but he is so good! He levels up look like no other. I plan on coming for blow drys before every major event from now on.

I had the best brazilian wax experience with Rupal.she did such a good job plus she's fast only took 10 minutes.she used nufree wax which caused it to be a lot less painful I barely felt anything. Definitely would recommend getting your waxing services with her.

Since rupal has expanded. I got to experience getting my Brazilian wax done by Joyti! She is also amazing and I would recommend her for getting your waxing done. She is Very kind and patient. I didn’t feel any pain. She’s very detailed and takes her time. Great experience.

Amazing! I went with some nervousness about waxing and threading. Rupal and her team helped fix my eyebrows and talked me through all of my nervousness. I was amazed that I felt almost no pain through the entire wax and eyebrow threading process. Rupal absolutely knows how to help her clients through their procedures. This is an amazing salon and I highly recommend it for how professional and experienced everyone here is. I will absolutely be going back.

I am so happy that I came across Rupal beauty zone. Rupal has so much knowledge and she does not hesitate in imparting that knowledge. I have been to so many beauty salons but no one has ever explained the why's and how's. I went in for a 10 min job but the knowledge that I received was simply amazing. It was so great to be here at Rupal beauty zone today for Nufree Brazilian wax. It was the very first time i went through bikini wax and it didn't hurt a bit it was so smooth and so fast. Loved how Harleen aunty made me feel so comfortable made me feel like i was home.the best service i can possibly ask for.

Too expensive! They charged me $20 just for eyebrows, Like seriously bro
So unprofessional, did nothing, she just removed the extras. The same time my friend got pedicure, done by Nav (she was superb) but the lady there was asking her to take the customers in between the proces because of that they took 1.5 hrs for the pedicure, are you guys kidding me, and what they say after this that if you walk-in without a appointment then we do not give priority to pedicures, then why you didn’t informed us at the very first place. I will never recommend this place.

This place is so busy that they are in so much rush. They do not even provide change of clothes, apply very little wax and in threading they gave so many cuts would never prefer to go back

I went there to get wax done on my face. A young girl did the wax on my face who was unprofessional and her hands were shaking while she was doing waxing.
When I tried to tell her that that the wax is too hot then she replied you have very thick hair at sides of my face. If I wouldn’t have hair why would I do waxing. She said it’s been couple of months she came here. When I got home I saw there is wax on all of my hair, she haven’t use any bands to prevent the hair get spoiled from wax. Very unprofessional.the lady who seems very professional did my eyebrows that was great.

Got my botox by one of the employee’s Joyti. It’s been a month or more and the shine and softness is still in my hairs. I really loved it.

Amazing customer service, i got my hair straightened here, Nav was very gentle and patient! When i was all done, it started raining, so the staff was so caring and considerate that they escorted me with an umbrella back to my car, so my hair doesn’t get wet! Very happy with the service and the prices are reasonable.

I am very picky about my threading and waxing due to my highly sensitive skin. It was for the first time that some one said some specifications about my eyebrows that i keep repeating everytime every where in Canada and USA myself and Ms. Rupal said that before i say it. I was amazed and can vouch for her expertise and observation. I had an absolutely professional and out of the world services here. Moreover, the flamboyant persona of the owner and her personal touch for every client brings the panache to the place. I highly recommend it with Gold Star. Thumbs up to team Rupal.

Lady was very nice but holy $15.00 for eyebrows? Not worth it, most I have ever paid is $5-7 even $7-10 makes sense but 15? Mind you I didn’t even get my upper lips or anything done. If I knew, wouldn’t have got it done!

I love coming here! Very attentive and professional. They just have a way of making you feel comfortable. I did a Brazilian, then vagacial and under arm facial and whitening. I have no complaints, of course it hurt but I find they offer the least amount of pain.

I was looking for something near my house with best service. Luckily I heard about this from my friend. It fulfilled my requirements in all the ways. Very Friendly staff, clean, and all the services were great! Facial massage my jyoti was very relaxing. I would prefer going there regularly.

I had the Microneedling done and it was an amazing experience. She was so professional and I saw results within the first session. I went back for a second session and almost all my scarring was gone and my pores shrunk. Highly recommend her services and prices are very affordable.

Sorry but I didn’t appreciate their service because very first time I visited in the store for threading and I thought they are having a very good experiences of 15 years and will make me a satisfied but when she started to do my eyebrows then the lady was in Hurry I believe and I think she has to go somewhere else she did not have much time and so didn’t do my threading a very well! After my threading the cashier charged me $15 for only threading even the threading was not good she just removed hairs from eyebrows and did not care about my shape as well even the hairs she is unable to remove proper! I really have a bad experience guys with them
