Love rush! I’ve been to a few stylists and it is incredible every time. Everyone is so kind and attentive. I live in Toronto but always make sure to get my hair done at Rush when I’m in town!

I have been to Rush twice now for a cut and colour with Chantel. She is professional, fun to talk to, and detail oriented. I’ve been so happy with my hair both visits and get lots of compliments!

I have been a Rush client for years and Jacqueline is my usual stylist. From the moment I walk in until I leave I feel so at home. The cleanest salon you will ever find. Smiles, laughter, great conversations and most importantly beautiful hair! My recent visit was with Emily and she didn’t disappoint. Absolutely love my hair!

Absolutely loved my experience at Rush. The energy in this salon is amazing and so welcoming. Jacqueline has done my hair quite a few times now and she does not disappoint. She knows and understands my hair type so we’ll and what I’m looking for, and always lets me know what’s going to work with my hair and what doesn’t. This is an important quality I appreciate in a hairstylist. I have also seen Victoria and Emma for hair treatments and am so happy with the services they’ve provided me as well. Over all this is an amazing salon, super knowledgeable and up to date with the latest trends, I won’t be going anywhere else.

This was my first time at this salon. The salon space was bright, airy, and well maintained. I felt relaxed being there (no concerns about cleanliness).

Maggie is an outstanding stylist! Not only does she have solid skills, but she also has an artistic eye and an ability to communicate clearly and educate/explain why she's doing what she's doing, why she chooses the products she does, etc. I would definitely trust Maggie to do my hair again.

I haven't been to a salon in YEARS, and I'm so beyond happy I chose Rush Studios today. Danyelle did an amazing job fixing my hair and making sure I was happy with it, she was amazing at communicating everything to me about the shop and all of the options/suggestions for my hair. I will definitely be coming back!

Was recommended to this Salon by my neighbor friend and boy did it not disappoint! My hair needed rescuing big time! I was pretty nervous but Jackie did an amazing job! I'm super happy and thankful to have found a Salon and an amazing stylist close to home!

RUSH! Is the key word go in and rush out! I am on the phone with my mother long distance from Europe. I am beyond astonished at the low level of professionalism she described to me. Makes me very concerned and sad. What is happening to customer interaction over there and fair equal treatment? Based on word of mouth, Owners like this don’t deserve the interaction of friendly people. Why be in the social sector if you lack social skills and the ability to communicate at a human level? Develop communication skills, knowledge of culture and diversity and business ownership in the 21 century please. I read another comment below and I was also saddened to read this. Very sorry to read that experience from another client. Human. It interesting because women, more than men tend to go to hair salons and open up to their stylist. Talking away and opening up. There is a certain comfort level and relationship that develops if nourished properly. Some hair stylist offer an ear and a heart along with their service and that is actually what keeps clients coming back. Kindness, compassion, understanding…. Now I have read some similar comments below. Wow. Talented …maybe but the price is high in more ways than one… HIGH RISK!

I have been a regular client of Jacqueline's for about 15 years now and have followed her throughout her locations. She and her staff are professional, knowledgable and never disappoint. I'm happy to refer people to her and have done so in the past.

Rush is an excellent salon and her staff are great.

They deliver a service with no people skills. The owner never greats her clients. She does not know her clients by name. Absolutely no atmosphere for a salon! Not a relaxing atmosphere. I would recommend going to another salon. They use cheap product and say it is Redken. The stylist are under a lot of pressure to cram as many customers in daily. So customers are rushed in and out. They overcharge and don’t deliver a good product.
