They did a fabulous job forwarding my tourist visa application to the Russian Federation in Ottawa and getting my passport with visa returned to me in record time! I applied for 3 day processing and it was completed in 1 day! I received my passport by courier over night the very next day. I would definitely recommend Russia Visa Centre to anyone and I will use them again in the future. 5 stars!

I am so beyond frustrated with the visa application process through this company! There is literally no one to get a hold of. I have been trying to contact them for a week and there is a technical glitch on their switchboard - you select a language and then it takes you right back to needing to select a language (over and over and over). There is a chat option on their website that also does not work. Literally impossible to get through to anyone! I have sent up my passport and everything and now am just crossing my fingers that this process works or I'm out flights, hotels and everything. This is not the easiest process and it would be nice to have an actual person to speak to vs.just hoping for the best.
