When looking to buy our first travel trailer, friends recommended Ruston RV. From Calvin, who assisted us with our Apex purchase, to Steve and the service team who have helped, advised and answered all our questions, the Ruston Team have been amazing!

We are currently travelling through the US. The one side of our slide-out stopped working. Our Apex is still under warranty and we did purchase RV Care as well. A phone call to Ruston was all that was needed to set things in motion to get this repaired. Steve and his team have been wonderful in contacting a local RV dealer here in Nevada, getting Coachman to send the parts so that the repairs can be done. We are thankful for the care, quick response to go above and beyond to help us out.

We just purchased and picked up our "new to us" travel trailer from Ruston RV last week. It was a very pleasant experience. Calvin in sales, Carolyn in finance and the reception staff and especially the RV Tech who provided the thorough trailer review before we took possession were all top-notch. Suppose to give me back my jack that was exchanged and they didn't do it, they only talk about money they charge for everything things, other dealerships don't charge, niagara trailers is the best!

A highly deserving 5 stars! From the moment we stepped onto the property, we knew our first trailer was going to come from Ruston. During a busy Saturday while the sales team were busy assisting others, Rob popped out and gave us a tour of several trailers. Rob was so helpful and extremely patient with our concerns but above all he was extremely honest and made us feel comfortable throughout the process of purchasing our first trailer. The entire crew was so wonderful and easy to work with and provided us with some great insight. The orientation was thorough and we even lucked out and had Rob show us some of his tricks in helping us drive it around! The only upsetting part about our experience was having to leave the lot without the team that helped us:) The experience left us wishing, if only all businesses operated this way! Our trailer broke down on Hwy 403 and QEW and we called Steve and he said if we can get it there he'll look at even though we were not a previous client. Steve was very professional and polite and got us back on the road when he said he would.

We stopped by on an impulse to see the stock. Even though we are not quite ready to commit to a buy, the salesman offered good advice and was great and gave us time to ask questions. Definitely care about fitting customers with the right rig.

We found Ruston at the Toronto RV show. After checking out other trailers for a couple of years we always ended back at Ruston and we purchased our first Coachman Freedom express in 2018

I purchased my second RV (my first from Ruston's RV) ; a 2021 Freedom Express 192RBS, in Februrary. I became very impressed with the Coachmen lineup; this 192RBS is a wonderful choice as a couple's RV.

My experience was first rate with everyone at Ruston's. I dealt with Carolyn, Calvin, Matt and Steve. All of these folks work together as a team to make your buying experience pleasant and informed. You can tell a lot about a place by the "feel" you get when you're shopping there. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Didn't have what I wanted in stock but ordered it for me and it came the next day. Lots of RV goodies and necessities here. As well as RVs of course.

Just picked up our new 259FKDS this week. It was our first trailer. The sales (Calvin) and service staff were excellent at answering all of our questions and explaining things we need to know. We never felt rushed. We are looking forward to working with them going forward for all of our trailer needs.

I have dealt with Rustins for 6 years now. We were new to buying trailers. Started with a pop up then went to a 19 ft and now we have just bought a 26.5 ft. Every single time we have been treated like we are someone more than bringing money to their dealership. They have made us feel like close friends. After 2 times being there for winterizing or just buying accessories they remembered my name. Can't say enough positive responses about the team at Rustins. I would recommend them to anyone that was looking for a trailer.

We bought a trailer here just a week ago and I have to say that the staff here is great from sales to finance to the service guys. As first time trailer owners we had questions, they had the answers and the patience for them all. I can't say enough about how much they added to our experience. We mainly dealt with Steve, Carolyn and Matt so I just wanted to give them a special shout out although everyone was great! Thanks guys.

Needed some warranty work completed but the dealer I bought from is hours away. They did the work quickly and professionally.

People showed excellent customer service even though they were busy and I was definitely not a profitable job for them.

We picked up our new trailer on March 27th, just as the COVID restrictions were beginning. From the sales staff, financing and service staff we received amazing service! By far one of the best customer service experiences we have received. Thank you Ruston RV!

We purchased a new Coleman pop-up trailer in 1998. The trailer was in for service for some major issues 9 times in the first and only year we owned it. The service team was excellent and took care of our repairs. Unfortunately, because of these issues, we became disappointed in the fact that we paid top dollar for what we thought was a good manufacturer.
We returned to Ruston's this year to purchase again since we felt confident in the sales and service team. We wanted an RV as part of our retirement plan.
Unfortunately, once again, we have encountered defects again on our brand new 2020 APEX Ultra Lite travel trailer 251RBK, their best selling model. When we brought the trailer home, the wall vanity in the bathroom had fallen off the wall in transit, damaging the sink, the floor and the walls. We began to look around and discovered 10 other defects. An email sent to them received a speedy response to help resolve the situation that would take 3-4 weeks to get the parts needed. We had planned one outing to Sarnia that had to be cancelled. We went on our first trip closer to home and over that weekend discovered 14 additional problems in workmanship, wiring issues, leaking shower as well as damage. Much of which should never have passed the dealership's inspection process. We have requested the trailer be replaced since the other 2020 on their lot appears to be free of the problems we have along with clear improvements in workmanship. We have been told that will not be an option after conversation with the owner. They have assured us that, once they see exactly what the issues are (apparently our defects and damages are typical), that they can repair them.
We certainly hope that each and every concern will be fixed to our satisfaction since we didn't expect to own a new trailer that already needs repairs before we've been able to fully use it. We are giving Ruston's the opportunity to restore our confidence in their customer service and after sales service, once again.

Update*** Ruston's exceeded our expectations with the repairs to our new trailer. They stayed true to their word. We are relieved now, feeling we wouldn't have had the same results at the big box dealerships.
Thanks guys for making us feel at ease and restoring our faith in the process. In 50 years, they have stayed true to their word and customer service remains paramount.

We decided to upgrade to a new trailer and the sales staff at Rustons were great.they listened to what we wanted and came up with the trailer that met our needs.
Our complete experience with Rustons was beyond our expectations. Service and commitment to customer satisfaction is second to none.that applies to the sales staff but also the service department. While we did have a few adjustments to be made to the trailer after our first weekend out, they were completed with their continued professional workmanship. We are very happy to have a local dealership for out trailer that goes out of their way to insure we are a "happy camper"

This service team is knowledgeable but also strong customer service and lead by their awesome manager, Steve. Our walk through was great but more importantly the support we received after the sale continued to be stellar. They are busy but always made time for a question here and there, followed up via email when I missed their call. We got a great RV and awesome service team, we couldn't be happier!

We just bought our brand new trailer from Ruston! This place was amazing! Great staff who are super helpful and walk you through ever step of the process. Our service Rep Dan was a great guy who showed us how to use every Knob on our new trailer. Would recommend to anyone looking to get a new trailer or rv'ing accessories.

The service department Steve, etc, are all super helpful, and have been available to answer each and everyone of our questions.

They don't price gouge, and are very giving. The only time I ever had an issue with a trailer (wasn't their fault, or the manufacturers, if anything it was ours.) they made every effort to help us fix the problem.

Not the place to go if you are looking for teardrop or tiny trailer sales and service. The person I spoke with was rather dismissive and wanted to move on to other things after realizing he could not sell me anything unfortunately.

We have visited 4 dealers today and they are by far the place where shopping for a trailer is made easy, there is lot of room between trailers, all door open, you feel like they want you to look inside.

We have purchased 4 trailers over the years and all from Ruston's. We have always had nothing but excellent service and have been treated like family from everyone there from sales to service and parts).
We always highly recommend our family and friends to go there for any trailers, parts and service needs, and they too are always pleased.

I put down $1000 deposit down to purchase Coachman Apex trailer, 1 days later, I changed my mind decided go for a motor home.
I called and sent an email to the sale person Mr. Mike Norton.want to cancel my order. He didn't give me any attitude or any hard time, I got my full deposit back same day!
from day one, he has been nothing but very helpful, no pushy at all, acting very professionally in the whole processing.

I really had amazing service with Ruston RV in Burlington/HAMILTON.

Years ago I went to the RV show, and I was dressed in scrubby jeans and running shoes and most of the RV dealers didn’t want to spend time with me because I didn’t think I could afford a trailer. The one gentleman at Ruston, spent two hours with me at the show, Taking the time to find the perfect trailer for my needs.

The next day I went to their showroom and bought a trailer from him! I went there because he did not pre-judge me, Accommodated all of my needs, and even found the perfect trailer for me which was not at the show!

I had a couple of minor issues which were covered under warranty, but by then my trailer was already at a park far away from the dealer. They sent a service man, and it was fixed without any hassle.

I have since dealt with other RV dealers, (The dealers that the park made us use, to avoid the pad fee), And have been disappointed with their lack of service compared to the phenomenal service I have at Ruston.

Every RV show we go to from here on in, I always stop by Ruston first when I’m looking for a trailer. If they don’t have the trailer I need, then I ask the owner, Rob Sneyd, if he has the ability to get it, Because 100% I would rather purchase from them where possible.

It is the customer service that keeps me coming back. Ruston RV, you far exceed any dealer I’ve dealt with.
