Reading some of these reviews is shocking to me. I was in on Monday with my puppy for his ear crop, and the staff was nothing but accommodating, the receptionist deserves 5 stars on her own!
We were able to speak to the vet and discuss a specific crop we wanted without any issue.
They sent me home with very detailed after care instructions - which looking at some of the photos posted clearly the owners did not follow.

With ear cropping and tail docking on a very speedy route to being banned, I admire the clinic’s professionalism and care for the pets to do their best to ensure responsible and reputable cropping/docking doesn’t disappear.

Fair prices, great service and always there and whoever is looking for a new vet I always recommend them.

I gave 4 stars because the bandage they put on my dog is done incorrectly there was tape super sticky on fur my dog bleeded had to go at the vet for emergency.

They’re horrible, worst place ever and everyone got an attitude.

Extremely rude.not the staff the vet himself. I called to ask about ear cropping prices never received any calls back (that I'm aware of) I told the staff that and when I spoke to the vet I received a very nasty attitude, If he’s gonna talk to a possible client that way I'm sure as heck not going to let him touch my puppy.

Took my girl to get her ears cropped here. As you can see from the pic, the crop came out great, but giving 3 stars because these people really dont care about you once you leave their premises. No aftercare or followups. I even called them after with some concerns and they didnt answer their phone nor did they call me back after leaving a voicemail. You don't even get to speak with the vet. So if after care and follow ups are important I wouldnt recommend.

Not a quality place at all. You’d think for an animal hospital they are to be nice, respectful, and enjoying their work so we, as pet owners and lovers can trust them. On the phone, they were very unwelcoming altogether. I was recommended here for ear crop and was happy to go but after speaking on the phone I can guarantee I will not go there nor recommend anyone to go there for ear cropping. If they don’t take customer service seriously then how can they take my dog seriously.

If I had the option, I’d rate this vet with zero stars, as they don’t even deserve 1. Their indifference to your pet’s wellbeing is striking. After charging me over $600, the doctor’s behavior was shockingly rude, unlike anything I’ve ever encountered. When they couldn’t provide an answer, they simply hung up the phone, leaving me to wonder if their primary motivation is profit, with little regard for the concerns of pet owners. Even when my dog started bleeding after an ear cropping, it appeared to be of little importance to them, further reflecting their lack of care. I must commend the receptionist or nurse who answered my call, but I strongly discourage anyone from bringing their pets to this establishment if this is the level of care one can expect.

Great experience here. We’ve had 4 crops done at a different location, but this was our first time here. (Just for reference because this isn’t our first experience with this procedure) It was more expensive here but I’m very happy with the results.
They were able to schedule us in very quickly because of a cancellation. The vet tech/receptionist was incredibly helpful. It was a very busy day there, and she handled all of the clients in a calm and timely manner. She helped to explain certain aspects of the healing process that other vets haven’t even mentioned before. I am grateful for that, so I can better care for my pup.

Rude people. All about money. Absolutely no care for the animals. They will sell you anything and everything if they could. Anyone looking for an honest vet I FINALLY FOUND ONE "Pyne Hills Veterinary Hospital Prof. Corporation. " You won't regret.

I’ve been coming to Rutherford Animal Hospital for the past 6 years when I’ve lived both nearby and far away. The doctors and staff are very knowledgeable and helpful and I always appreciate the attention and compassion that Dr. Puri, Dr. Kahlon, Maria, Sam, Joy, Peyton, Sam, Kim and everyone else show my pets. I currently bring my two cats into the clinic regularly, including my geriatric cat Kino who has CKD and chronic pancreatitis, and they always receive excellent care. We’re fortunate to have such a great animal hospital in Vaughan.

I came into the vet because of an emergency for my cat. I was the only one in the clinic, a half dozen people came in after me and they took them in before. My cat had life threatening injuries and they didn’t care at all. Very rude staff. The secretary was giving the most attitude you can imagine. Never going back again.

The receptionist was extremely rude. The vet was defiantly not gentle by any means. First and last time I would ever bring my puppy there.

Had my Doberman’s ears cropped and the experience was good so far. Kim did a great job of explaining the process and answering my 10 million questions (great customer service)! I highly recommend speaking to her as she will ensure you understand everything you need to know.

First time there. Doctors and nurses were quite nice. Price range was very reasonable. Definitely would recommend.

Love going here I just got a second dog. My first dog has been gone since she was a pup. Got a second one he was a bit older and had some problems and they help me solve the problem

Absolutely disgusting how they treat breeders. I have been supporting this vet for years now. I not only bring each litter of my puppies here but I also send all my customers back to them for further business. Each time I go back the price is raised. I will not be coming back to this establishment and I will no longer be sending business their way! They don’t value the ppl that make their business grow the most!

I couldn't ask for better Veterinarians, Dr. Puri and Dr. Khalon are the best in the City.
The staff are very professional and knowledgeable. Top Service! Highly recommended.
