Ruth's Chris Steak House

We celebrated my birthday at the airport Ruth’s Chris location, it was our first time dining there, from the moment we entered we were warmly greeted by the hostess, the manager Louisa and the staff as we were led to our dining area.
Our server Danielle was exceptional, she went over and beyond to make our dining experience one to remember fondly, the manager came by to make sure that we were enjoying the cuisine and ambience.
I would give this establishment a 10 star review if it was possible, we will definitely return and recommend this great location to my family, friends and acquaintances who are looking for an amazing dining experience!

Had a pleasant experience for our first time at Ruth's Airport location. Our host, Manny, was very attentive to our needs and explained all the options on the menu as well as accommodated our modifications and came up with some creative drink options to fit our needs. Service was good as well as pacing from appetizers till the main course. Overall great experience.

I have always enjoyed going to Ruth Chris - this was my 1st time coming to this located by the airport! It was my friends 35th Birthday December 30th and I had raved about it so much that she choose it for her bday dinner! Our server was EXCEPTIONAL, he knew every detail regarding the meats, and was extremely attentive. I had NO compliants about all the food and drinks we ordered. The staff even gave her a nice slice for a bday wish. As usual I would for sure recommend.

I celebrated my wonderful birthday 12/20/2023 dinner at this restaurant; and had the pleasure of having Anthony as our Host. Not only the food was phenomenal; but the service that Anthony delivered was extraordinary. Everything he suggested (drinks & food) was exceptional. Thank you for making my evening memorable with your warmth & friendly disposition.

The food was ok, not great. The service was awful:

They forgot my salad twice despite serving the rest of the table. I asked my waitress who didn’t bring it. Then asked my waiter who didn’t bring it. I told them after everyone was done eating to forget it because I don’t want to force it down with the main course.

$96 ribeye comes on a ridiculously small plate no bigger than the steak so there’s nowhere to put the sides on the plate. Gotta pile everything on top of the steak. Just stupid.

Gave me a fork that had someone else’s dried food all over it.

Water refills. What are those? Even when I ask they don’t exist.

Save your money and your sanity by going to Chop nearby.

Kyle was our server, the man is a joy to be around. I have never had better service anywhere. When we return we will be asking for a table in his seating area. Yes we'll wait. Oh the food was delicious and amazing as well but Kyle made our night.

A couple weeks ago I came here with my family and my grandmother had asked to use the bathroom and one of your hostess (I believe her name was Mckayla) she saw that my grandmother couldn't walk that well and locked her arms with my grandmother and walked her all the way to the bathroom. My grandma said she was a very nice girl and she smelled good.lol

We had the most amazing meal, with outstanding service. Ordered the porterhouse, that was grilled to perfection. If we could give 10 stars- we would. We had a lovely chat with Michelle. Can’t wait to visit again!

Went to celebrate my anniversary at the restaurant. From the point of making the reservation till the moment I left the location was an exquisite experience.

When we reached there, a table was reserved and the hostess wished us anniversary greetings. Then the servers came and guided us to choose from the menu all the Halal options that were available. Yes, now they serve Halal items without making an advance request. Their New York Strip, Lamb Chops & Stuffed Chicken Breast are Halal and pretty much all the sides are Halal too. However, one has to specifically ask for the Halal only items so they'll not even use any wine/ alcohol in the food preparation.

We'd ordered New York Strip steaks, Shrimp Orleans which came with Garlic Mashed Potatoes as side and a separate order of Cremini Mushrooms. For the drinks, we'd ordered Raspberry Lemonade & fresh Orange juice.

After we were done, they served us a complimentary chocolate cake with anniversary greetings.

The food tasted great, the service was prompt & the ambiance was nice. Mr. Manny (our server) was awesome, thanks again for your amazing service.

It's a great place to have fine dining and some amazing steaks. Would highly recommend and will definitely visit again.

Got our bill for a table of 2 and the bill included 18% tip. Service was barely there but maybe you guys thought we were young and couldn’t tip

It was our first time at Ruth's Chris at the airport and it did not disappoint. The food was amazing. Ours steaks were cooked to perfection and were mouthwatering!
The service was amazing the sever was attentive and saw to our needs. The manager was very pleasant and knowledgeable when she visited our table, it was a nice to see people who take pride in their job.

Our entire experience was fantastic. We look forward to visiting again.

The atmosphere here is solid and the wine list and apps great but the menu is actually quite small and the pricing is at the top end for what you get in my opinion. We have gone here a couple of times but honestly the KEG which is just down the street can offer a similar food experience for a lot less money while only forgoing a little in the ambience/atmosphere side of things.

Appetizers come in hugeee portions. I like the hot plate concept, when they serve you your main course, depending on what it is, it comes on a sizzling plate which remains realllllly hot through out your meal. By the way, the steak and lamb chops are halal

Nice but simply too expensive for what you receive. You can get the same quantity at the Keg for much less money. For us it's a case of tried it, won't be going back.

Kevin was a great server. He gave great feedback. Chef Steven was so nice - he came to our table to explain vegan options. Great serving.

I was there to celebrate my birthday with my family. Jay is the best server. His expertise and lovely attitude made our experience memorable.

Amazing experience. First time dining here and it was exceptional from beginning to end. Our host was attentive to my food allergies and paid the utmost attention to detail. The manager came and checked on us often to ensure all was well. The food without a question, was absolutely sensational. I would highly recommend this location and would love to go again.

Great food and great service! Chef Steven came out to personally discuss plant based options with our table, which we were very grateful for. The vegan meal was delicious! Kevin and Dave were also great, and made our evening very enjoyable. Looking forward to dining here again!

Excellent visit to the Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse location near Pearson International Airport. Loved the filet Oscar with grilled asparagus, creamed spinach and steamed broccoli. Thanks Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse.

What an amazing experience! This is one of my favorite places to go even without reservations they always accommodate me with pleasure! Exceptional food and great wine selection! Manny is one of my favorites, he is so knowledgeable and professional! Also, Marco has the personality to work in this industry! Bravo!

Have dined here a handful of times both pre and post covid and have always had terrific experiences. Food is outstanding and the staff is warm and accommodating. Took my daughter in once after a big soccer win to celebrate and our server made her feel so great and was genuinely happy for her. You guys are the best. See you soon.

So wonderful! Staff were so polite, accommodating and efficient! Although the restaurant is closed right now due to COVID shut down, it was WELL worth the cost and the experience of delicious food provided! The food was amazing! This is one of my all time fav steakhouses in the GTA. Love the fact that their steaks are served on hot plates of sizzling butter. My family and I typically go here a few times a year (especially on my bday) and I always have to enjoy a cowboy ribeye

WOW! My first time trying this place (Take put, not even dine in.which would be even better) and I was not let down! $150 steak and $260 bill was totally worth it for my girlfriend's Birthday dinner.

The 40oz Porterhouse was cooked to perfection. And the veal ravioli was some of the best pasta I have ever had.

I wish I was rich so I could eat here every week, but boy has this place given me somewhere to look forward to on special occasions.

The Keg who?

I simply liked their food. I always get great customer service here. The place is well organised and the workers are always kind. I highly recommend this place.

This is my first time ever writing a review but I feel it’s necessary to share my experience. Everything I ordered from the ribeye to the all dressed baked potato was delicious but what made this experience even better was Hiral the assistant gm a true professional and as a business owner myself I wish all of my employees could have her customer service!

Although the steak I wanted to order wasn't available through the website, a quick phone call to Ruth's Chris and they made it happen.

The whole process was easy and fun.

Jesse and his team are absolutely phenomenal. Even during Covid and lockdown, they went above and beyond making my bofriends birthday special.

I can't thank you all enough and I can't wait to join you in house for a meal again soon.

Their staff go above and beyond to make their customers happy and satisfied. The food, service, staff personality and atmosphere is absolutely amazing! The food is worth every dollar spent!
Due to Covid they accommodated us for our Christmas office Lunch by personally delivering it to our office, all packaged up, nicely labelled, hot and extremely delicious! Hiral and Jessie personally came and greeted us and said a personal greeting to us all! All of us a Safe Storage Depot Thank you and will definately see you soon! All of us (Mark, Cheryl and Fenella) absolutely love you restaurant, food and service!

This place offers awesome service and tasty menu. The best restaurant in the area. The drinks and food arrived quickly and the rates were fair. Highly recommended.

Great chicken supreme and Filet Mignon! It literally melts in your mouth. Jacob was great and very accommodating absolutely Amazing service, will surely be back.

Ordered Take out! Got there, Jacob was a gem! Super pleasant and friendly while I picked up my order. (Keep him around) When I got home the packaging had instructions on how best to re-heat (loved that). Everything tasted great. Steaks cooked to perfection, not over done like other places. The mashed potatoes and creamed spinach.tasted just as good as when we would dine it. I have never been let down by quality and service at Ruth's Chris, even in the takeout service. Love it, and would recommend any steak lover to go. Worth the money, ever penny!

Hands down the best steakhouse. Even if your looking for a dessert, they make it from scratch it tastes soo good. Cheese cake better than cheesecake factory. Realllllly good lamb and crab cakes. Creme Brule soo good and their bread pudding is heavenly topped with whisky sauce. Ive also tried their chicken. A very excellent and so yummy. Place inside is also a coo atmosphere. Great for intimate dining and with larger gatherings. All different types of people. Its cultural.

I had an amazing experience here celebrating my 30th. The staff were all professional and super upbeat. The restaurant itself carried out many safety measures for the prevention of covid with multiple sanitizing stations around the restaurant. Our server, Donald, was phenomenal! The host and bar staff were also super warming and made it a night to remember! Thank you all!

The only bad reviews are people who wasn’t happy with paying the price you get what you pay for this is the best steakhouse that you can go to if you like good food are you willing to pay for it this is a place for you it’s absolutely brilliant the best food I ever had

Normally, a person like me has no business being in a steak house. Ironically, business is why I was there. We had a conference with dinner to follow. Nice place with good customer service. But, like I said, vegetarians have no business being there.

After coming here for the first. The staff is amazing and professional. Customers serivce is fantastic. The only that I didnt enjoy was my mac and cheese. The taste was off not sure what it's missing, but it is something that should be looked over.

I totally recommend the seafood tower. My streak was over-cooked but still very delicious.they offered to change it and I refused! Cheese cake and chocolate lava was okay but not spectacular

Terrific food, excellent service and a perfect place to watch Game 4 of the NBA Finals. The steak was tender and delicious and we’ll definitely come back.

Another amazing night at Ruth's airport. Steve, Danielle and Francine make the lounge my favourite. Marco the Sommelier got me this wild French wine. Had 5 courses and was one of my favourite visits. My date was blown away and wants to back this week to try everything we missed.

I have heard nothing but great things about Ruth’s Chris Steak House but this was inedible. It’s as if the bread on both the grilled cheese and the burger were soaked in butter and were so greasy my kids and I couldn’t even stomach it.
Having said that the staff and general manager were extremely nice and did a great job. I would try this place again only because of them.

My first time here and my experience was great. The food was very tasty and my waitress, Ingrid, was super nice, very knowledgeable, and provided exceptional service. The environment was very relaxing as well. I was surprised to see there were no booths with comfy lounge seats for such a nice place. The tables were pretty basic for the high price of the food. My next visit to this place will be reserved for a very special occasion, only because of the price, but this is definitely my favorite steakhouse.

Great service. Donald was a true professional. Expected more of the food. Steak was farrier than I am used to. I have the rib eye. Brussel sprouts were burnt.

Good dining experience. The 8oz steak was huge and cooked well. Staff were friendly. And the cheesecake was amazing. The only downside was the lobster bisque was way too salty.
