Worst experience from this store. Sales person Janet was so rude.

I recently had an extremely unpleasant shopping encounter at RW&CO, and I feel compelled to share my experience. The salesperson on duty was not only unhelpful but also shockingly rude.

From the moment I entered the store, it was evident that customer service was not a priority. The salesperson seemed disinterested in assisting me for my return, offering minimal help when I inquired about certain return policies for clothing items. Moreover, their tone was condescending, making me feel unwelcome and undervalued as a customer.

I expected a more positive shopping experience, especially considering the reputation of RW&CO. The lack of courtesy and professionalism displayed by the salesperson left me with a sour impression of the brand. I strongly urge the management to address these issues promptly to maintain the store's reputation for excellent customer service.
Will never recommend this store, Conestoga and guelph stores are very better I had v good experience at that locations.

Staff lied to me about their price match policy, then refused to honour. If a product goes on sale within your return policy your legally obligated to honour the sale price. Terrible management at this location, would avoid.

Worst customer service. I tried a return and sales person accused me of wearing the pants and returning them. I mean can you please be less judgemental and more helpful?
I was even ready for a store credit but she refused.
FYI I got it returned at Waterloo location.

Would be great to know that this location doesn’t exist before going there and searching trying to find it. Thanks for wasting my time

It was an okay visit, they are quite pricy for my liking and tho they have some nice quality suits in a range of colours and fabrics it doesn't make up for the fact that staff was unhelpful. I was given a suit to try on and then left you no really suggestions or comments about how it fit me, and as someone who isn't as well versed in suits it wasn't all to a pleasant experience. I also felt as though some of the staff didn't really know all to much about men's fashion when it comes to suits. Perhaps that's not there fault and I have to high expectations, but when I'm paying over 250 dollars I expect knowledgable and helpful staff that is attentive. It wasn't an awful experience don't get me wrong, and overall I think I would definitely come back for the variety and quality of they're clothing, but the service leaves much to be desired for in my opinion, who knows perhaps it was just an off day for the staff when I visited.

Me and my friends were trying the clothes, the cashier came there to ask If we actually gonna but them or just trying them on. Can You believe this? ! It was so rude! Hated the visit. She made us look like fools. Action must be taken on this. This is so unprofessional.

Terrible customer service. When we walked in there were two employees talking at the front table. They did not greet us or even seem to notice we walked by. We walked up to the register as I had a return. I stood there over 6 minutes before one of them decided to walk to the register to see what I needed. Her response was I though the other girl was here.yes I could have walked to get them to ask to return my items but I was curious how long they would let a customer stand there not knowing what I needed to do or buy. This isn't the first time I have experienced the lack of customer service in this store but today pushed the limit too brutal.

Shannon and Kelly the management team on today are brilliant. Excellent customer service. They both went out of their way to help me find the perfect gifts. I am thrilled with my experience and my purchase.

Extremely horrible customer service! Do not recommend. She Did’t ask me if i wanted a gift receipt or not. Then when i ask for it she tried to tell me receipt with price is good anyway! Store was completely empty. God knows what kind of hurry she was in! Then i had to ask her to do return and then make me a gift receipt! Good luck shopping there.

Worst customer service I've ever received.
One of the sales people was extremely rude to my sister and to me after we asked if the blaring music could be turned down because I am recovering from a concussion and we could barely hear each other over it.

Then we spoke with the manager who made a ton of excuses for the saleswoman (well I'm sure she didn't mean it that way) and in the end swore at my sister after she asked for her name (why the hell would I give you my name is exactly what she said).

I called customer service who said that they were very sorry this happened and would be following up with the district manager, who would be in touch. That was 3 weeks ago and I've heard nothing.

People are allowed to have bad days, but when you screw up, face up to it and make it better. I've purchased most of my clothes there over many years and after this experience I'm not sure I will ever return.

The manager (Fairview Mall Kitchener) should be fired and I am still waiting for the district manager to call me back.

I've read some other reviews complaining about the management in this store. Hmmm.that should tell you something RW&Co.

I went in to see if they have sizes in store in order to exchange an online order. When it was confirmed to have no stock, I proceeded to make a return. They rushed to the cashier when they thought I wanted to pay but as soon as I said it's for a return, they walked away and said "someone would help you shortly". Very bad Management
