I just wanted to give a shoot out to Sonia and Yassir. They looked around the whole store to locate what I was looking for and didn't give up! Thank you guys!

Had a great experience thanks to RW&Co employee, Dean. Store located in Trainyards (Ottawa). I came in on a busy day needing a couple of new suits for work and he really made it quick and easy. He is super personable and has a great eye for fashion. I’ve shopped with RW&Co before but definitely recommend this location above any other I’ve been to. Thanks again Dean!

I can only say that my experience at this particular store has always been amazing, I had the opportunity to have Dean's advice and he was just right on everything he suggested, I overheard Dean give advice to a few men at the store and I was very impressed, so much so that I brought my husband to get advice from Dean and we got a new wardrobe, my husband looks amazing, thank you Dean. I am bringing a friend over to shop this weekend and they even gave me an appointment for one hour with Dean, WOW this is service.
I wish more people knew that this service actually exists in Ottawa.

Amazing service here. Dean was especially helpful in finding me exactly what I needed. I went here shopping for groomsmen suits and he had great advice for colours and sizing. The other staff is very friendly and attentive as well. Overall I highly recommend shopping at this location!

Yassir was amazing, he really helped me find exactly what I was looking for and I really felt like he cared about how I'd look like for the event I was attending. A true salesman.

I’m sure policies state that you can’t return damaged items it’s silly to think it has to do with your race I’ve not been able to return items damaged and I’m white. It’s called a policy not profiling.

Well I guess I was a target of racial profiling at this store today. This cashier who was super nice and friendly with the previous customer didn’t even give me a smile (I usually smile and greet everyone) and even gave me a stare from head to toe before even I get to him (of coz I’m always in my sweaters and joggers and I’m a hijabi). This is the first time this has ever happened to me and I was quite embarrassed to be treated like a shoplifter or something. So what happened was I bought this white top from the clearance rack last week along with another white top which I decided to keep and return the first, now mind you I never pulled this out from the bag at home. He just looked at it and said it’s damaged since there was a small dirt mark, and asks me did I wear it? When I told him why would I wear and return he gave me this dirty look and refused to do the return. I’m the kind of person who returned an extra jacket worth over $300 to a store which was sent to me by mistake because I live by certain principles, so it was embarrassing to be targeted and questioned like that for a mere $30 top.
I’m a regular shopper at RW & co since I love their style and quality for the price point and this will be my last time at this particular store. Maybe the management should look in to getting better employees who would not judge someone based on the way they are dressed.

Very good service. The staff here are so friendly, they will work hard to find you what you need, in the size that you need it, and to give you options. I really feel like a valued customer when I come here. Also the quality of the clothing is very good. Thanks!
