This company in general is a ******* joke! This location in particular is really bad for making sure someone is on schedule to work the pumps for example.

Make sure you call ahead if you need them for anything so they can decide if they feel like working that day and time

Very efficient and get you in a truck in a matter of minutes. I also found them to always be very professional and helpful with questions.

The place is confusing, a sign says to enter by front door but there's no door. Never gone to a business that you have to drive up to a gate and it will open automatically. There is no signage to state that.

Marc (knowledgeable, caring, calm, sales representative) made it happen. I needed a truck with gate lift. He also provided a pallet truck and straps for securing load. The only thing that spoiled my trip was a squeaky driver's seat... Odd because it was mentioned, new 26' truck? I've never driven such a long vehicle before. Kitchener Ryder truck rental is closer to my home address but I was treated better at Cambridge location.

I got run off the road today by a truck pulling a ryder trailer. Twice.it came out from P and H flour or Flamingo foods in Cambridge On.at 8;35 am tuesday. The area of Fountain st across from Toyota. Any information would help.

I just drove past this place and its asking me about the place. I have no clue what or why I got sent this I wasnt even there. I drove by!

Marc takes great care of me when I rent. Gary has also improved the service at the location. I've only had one maintenance issue that was pretty quickly rectified with a bad lift gate switch. I prefer Ryder over others Ive had to use for City trucks.
