Harry came and did an excellent job assessing the needs of our bathroom sink! He was honest that we didn't need to replace our sink, and did a great job replacing our taps, taking the time to make sure he did all that he could to do the job right. We are so grateful. Also. Harry arrived less than 20 minutes after I called! Thanks Harry and R & Z.

Call them at noon and promised to come around one. Sam is the service guy, came at 1: 10, checked the problem and gave a free estimate and got the job done. I am very please with the service consider this is a hot Saturday afternoon

Our downstairs toilet had a leak, and after unsuccessfully attempting to resolve the issue "in house", I made the call to R&Z Plumbing, having received a glowing review from a neighbour. Harry arrived within an hour (!) and he quickly identified the issue and gave me a clear explanation. We ended up with a new (very reasonably-priced) toilet. I was very happy with the work done, as well as the professional manner in which it was carried out. Highly recommended!

I called R&Z plumbing for help with a severely clogged kitchen sink. They arrived within 90 minutes and had advanced tools that allowed them to fix the issue in a reasonable amount of time. I had a clogged kitchen sink and called around to get a quote.
R&Z plumbing said they don't charge for a quote and was able to come in 2-3 hours. I said ok for them to visit and give a quote.

Upon arrival, the plumber took a look at the pipe layout of my kitchen. In less than minute, he said "I can use the snake drill to unclog. If I can unclog it, it will be $220".
I would have appreciated if you would have been upfront about the cost to use the snake drill when I initially called you for a quote, given that you obviously knew what services I will need potentially.

The snake drill took around 1.5 hours and while they were putting everything back together, they noticed a hole in one of my pipes and recommended that I replace the p trap as well, as it seemed to have collected food waste and seemed to be rotting.

I went ahead with the replacement, which cost another $150+.

When I asked about my kitchen faucet not sitting in alignment with the sink, they proceeded to try and upsell again by saying they could replace the whole faucet. All I wanted to know was whether the sink faucet can be straightened out or not.

Overall, service was fast but I am not a fan of the business not being upfront with me and constantly trying to upsell me with added services.

I have been calling R&Z Plumbing for the last 4-5 years (e.g. Whenever I have a problem with a sink) and their whole team is amazing!

Even when I had urgent needs like a broken sink, they would come in less than 20 minutes and address the issue.

Overall, the whole team is extremely polite and their pricing is transparent and fair.

They're the best in the business and I have not bothered to call anyone else.

They were organized for analyzing and relaying back to their office to bring parts and offered choices for components, which was impressive for the short time span. Perfect service. My faucet was broken and the guy came in within minutes, fixed and replaced it. Was a bit costly but as I am not the owner of the house I was ok paying him for what he deserved as it was emergency as well. But would surely recommend the service.
