S C Watson Services

We moved into the house 2 years ago. The previous owners had used them before so we continued to use them. They came to clean out our septic tank last year. I called them this year because we’re having a problem with our septic tank. Once I told him who we were, he said he remembered a conversation we had during local elections and because we did not vote for the new mayor and he will no longer service us. I can’t believe what I heard. I thought Niagara on the Lake was the most friendly town in Canada.

Called Sept 12 looking to rent a portable toilet and instead of helping me when they had me on the line I was asked to submit a request on their website. One week later and still response, very bad customer service. I would have selected zero stars but not able to so I had to go with the one star.

Excellent service and excellent work. I am new to the neighborhood and I feel truly fortunate to have selected S. C. Watson to service my septic tank. Reed was just amazing, he was patient and helped me locate my tank hatches which were deeply buried. The septic system had never been serviced so he did a great job making sure he explained and servicd all parts of the whole system. The filter was damaged so he even came back on Saturday and installed a new one. Just amazing service in all aspects. Couldn’t be happier! Thank you!

We have been very happy with s c Watson every time we have used their services. This past visit they came very promptly as it was an urgent need for us. No questions asked they were there right away. Great company!
