Poor professionalism that it assumed as the customer I knew there would be a diagnostic fee to come to my home. Also for charging labour for opening and closing a freezer drawer.

Purchased a minn kota ipilot remote the day before a long trip, expecting it to work, when it wouldn't sync up we called to return it, and got our number blocked. Called again from another number and were told they will not do a return.thanks for horrible service and a lesson in what business to stay away from.
