Nice place to get your truck part. For a reasonable price. I got my break drum and shoes there for a very good price.

Do not got to s&s parts to buy parts because they sales damage parts and if you find out after you taking then they will not take return and blame the customer and cheating the customers and they are saying as they have all new parts but I went with one sales person who trinh to show they do not have damage parts in the warehouse but I found most of the boxes damage in the thire rakes where stored and I am attaching some pictures that's show how much product in theire warehouse. My opinion better go to some other place to buy your parts.

Worst customer service ever. Never respond back. Bought Some parts and returned under warranty, still waiting for refund almost 6 months. No response to calls and emails. Please never visit this place.

They will never pay you back the core charges. Stay away from this place. Waiting on core charges for batteries since 6 months and steering box for 1 month, have already returned the cores. Unbelievable. Hope i could give them negative stars. Worst experience

These people slow as hell takes for ever in line if someone ask for any part. This place S&S and Traction heavy truck parts in mississauga holy f.k takes for ever in line I shouldn't gave even one star.

Unprofessional very very rude zero customer service.
I won't go there again. If you want to save probably $10 or so on some parts and go there and get insulted this the place, I would rather to go somewhere and pay a few more dollars than being insulted trust me it doesn't worth to buy any thing from S&S.

Rude, unprofessional, and ignorant staff. Parts prices are higher than the dealer. Cheap chinese parts. After-market parts are sold way over price more over than OEM.
Parts guy named Tarlochan has an attitude as if we are asking hin for a favour or free parts. He is very rude.
Highly recommended not to go this unless no other option. If you do end up going there don’t deal with Tarlochan.

There are always pros and cons for everything. I believe everyone speaks from their personal experiences. Just came out of their shop after buying some parts and I am humble with the service and price I received which leads me to write a positive review. Nice place for heavy duty truck parts. Sure this is going to be my first stop for truck parts 7 days a week. Who else provide you service 7 days a week.

Definitely I would recommend this shop to anyone searching for Heavy duty truck parts. Do your research before you pay. Example when can you return, if there are any fees associated with it, what about the warranty, what are my other options and if you don’t ask all these questions and come back to the place and cry like a baby. Good luck with that.

Bought one starter but it was $70 expensive then the dealership. Asked the guy to cancel the transaction. But he fused because invoice was printed. Never seen anything like this in my whole working experience. These guys just aliens check the price outside before buy any parts.

I leave my truck with dealer for a week they didn’t fix that then someone advice me to go this place.
They fix my truck and i am happy with services.

Really cheap parts but garbage quality I would say avoid them if you can when you go to buy parts they are friendly but if you need to return you will surprise with their attitude

Worst parts shop I had ever been too. They don’t even cover warranty on parts they sell. They will give you some kind of excuse and will try to blame mechanic for their part failure. I bought an air compressor for my truck ($1700 plus mechanics labour) and it didn’t even worked for 10 days and I was stuck on the side of highway in Atlanta GA. “ S & S Truck parts” refused to cover under warranty to avoid any liabilities. Narinder Hundal the shop runner doesn’t even have any manners or the way he talks with his customers. First of all he doesn’t even comes on phone. On the other hand he was rude and uncooperative. Stay away from these thief’s!
