These people have no shame, they always and I mean always list things knowing they are defective and hope you take it home and don't say anything. People bid more because they don't know about the defect, so if you complain, they will offer to refund 5 to 15 dollars for you to keep the item instead of them throwing it out.

Shameless. Especially if you have to drive back just to return the item and waste more in gas.

File a complaint with your credit card company, dispute the transaction. Anything sold should be as advertised if not, you are entitled to a full refund. File a complaint with the better business bureau. I returned an item to them because it was clearly very defective, they listed it back exactly as if it wasn't defective. They don't want you know about the defects. They act like they list all things but they don't. If you have problems go to the government who regulate these crooks who sell returned broken, garbage as new items.

Great prices…. When I do have a problem with any items…. They
are one of the only on-line auctions that has customer service.

Prices were posted the day before and then subsequently changed half way through the night to entice customers. Showed them the screen a shot, "the prices are subject to change, we can change the price whenever we want" guess that's how they do business, trash work ethics

Liquidation store. Mostly online on their website sabbashop.com or Ebay store. They have lots of variety of in store clearance items. The in store clearance items are mostly little damaged or expired food items but very low prices. Be careful to check item before buying. It can be defective or missing accessory.
Staff is friendly and helpful. Item return is allowed within 30 days

There's a good variety of stuff you may not realize you need/want. Sometimes really good deals, sometimes not. But great place to see the many items available for sale

You can get a good deal here and consider buying things you never thought you needed. Staffs are friendly and helpful. So far, never a long wait. Bought multiple items from this site by now, but the only problem I came across was when the staff couldn't find the earrings I won. I am not angry because it was not an item of great inportance, but I am disappointed. Other than that, it was a good experience overall.

I'm very happy with the friendly service and the majority of murchandice is a fair bargain as far as quality

Yesterday I went to pick up an item I won but unfortunately they told me that the said item is unavailable. What a hassle and a scam since I won the item at about 25% of retail price that's why they won't give it to you.

EDIT: Sabbashop owned their mistake, and compensated me as appropriately as possible without incurring a complete loss on their end. I'd say it's as fair as anyone can expect given the situation.

Original review:
Bought item on ebay.
Sabbashop employee packed it in a re-used box from hand sanitizer without removing the "flammable" label.
UPS picked it up.
UPS "Attempted delivery but nobody was home" (Spoiler: I was home)
UPS lied about trying to deliver it to me.
UPS lost the package.
UPS then found it & told me they couldn't deliver it because of the flammable sticker.
Went to UPS warehouse and had to wait over an hour to get my package.

My 40$ label printer ended up costing me tons of my time because of a single mistake by a Sabbashop employee (and UPS's screwup in accepting a package marked flammable without the appropriate paperwork)

How they resolve this will measure how I finish this review.

The experience has deteriorated so much through the years. Pick up and customers support is completely useful. As a customer for several years, I plan to stop shopping here.

I have been biding and picking up won items for years now. The prices and pick up policy are better than any other merchandiser. I dont live in Toronto but I can pick up before a total of 45 days. 30 day return policy too.

You can find good deals sometimes. You just have to be careful inspecting the items because they can sometimes be junk

You may get lucky with the purchase but i would not recommend that risk. From customer service, quality of the service and items, description of the items and etc, nothing really seems to be appealing.

Best bargain place in GTA.just like going for garage sale but most stuffs are never used.and the refund/return was easierthan you think.

My wife orders a more fair amount of items from here. There are some good bargains to be found. There can be a long wait for items when you come to pick up, so we try to come here when we have a larger quantity of items to pick up. Not bad overall. Inside isn't anything to talk about, there are random small items in baskets and bins all around. We generally don't get those but who knows? You may find something useful there.
