Sabitri's, Nepalese And Indian Food

This is our favourite restaurant, the food is amazing and the owners are lovely. We order takeout very often, it's also nice for dine in.

Home style food with a Nepalese flair. The momos are super delicious and authentic Nepali. I specifically went there for momos and I was super satisfied. The server was extremely sweet and hospitable.

We went today. We sat outside was a great vibe. We ordered kadai panner and chicken curry, both were really good. We asked for spicy, and it was spicy. Overall a great restuarant, must visit there. Thank you guys for making our day!

Was very excited to eat here. Made reservation for 5pm, arrived to what was about 10 toddlers running around and bumping into our table and touching us. Staff was coughing without covering her mouth so we asked if we could do take out instead. Ordered 3 dishes with naan and rice, was told to come pick up the food at 6pm. Lady told me she would call me if food was done early or if they needed more time. Arrived to pick up the food at 6pm but was told they were running behind however we did not get the call as promised to let us know, Asked lady multiple times if I should come back at 6: 15,6: 20 but was told they were just packing food in the back and it would be out any second, waited at the location and was not given the food until 6: 40. Half the food was cold and half was fresh. Lady coughed directly in my face and did not seem to see problem with it. She blew her nose and got snot on her hand and continued to touch menus and food orders without washing her hands or using sanitizer despite my asking her to please do so before handing my food.
Would suggest going to the other Indian food restaurants that respects your time and health.

Dog-friendly patio, great tasting food and friendly service. We drove for an hour from blue mountains for lunch because there was no good Indian restaurant allowing dogs on their patio around. Worth it!

Momos were okay but tasted stale. Ordered lunch thali and it was dry with two curries and rice. Not worth even $10. Charged me $42. I know there is no other options nearby for Indian or Nepali dishes, I don’t recommend this restaurant. Please drive till London instead.

I can't say enough about the quality of the food at this restaurant. It is exceptional! Service was fantastic. Atmosphere is authentic and low key. It feels like your in someone's home and the food tastes homemade. Prices are reasonable. You really have to try it!

A few friends and I were passing through Owen Sound and chanced upon this restaurant. They have a nice patio but because it was afternoon, it was not operational. Inside, the restaurant has a simple decor. The menu is extensive - mostly North Indian. We ordered lamb vindaloo, daal and chana. As starters we ordered mantos. Everything tasted exceptional especially when eaten with fresh tandoori rotis that they prepared in their kitchen. The restaurant is run by a Nepalese family who provide exceptional service.

While visit the area, we had lunch here! It was delicious, the service was great, will definitely revisit when I’m back in town next!

Not much to look at but holy cow the food was AMAZING. Flavourful without being pointlessly hot. The momos just BURST with flavour. The chicken nehtanji (sp?) also great. Food came quickly and service was super friendly. Coming again asap for sure!

My very favorite place to eat in Owen Sound. Delicious food, wonderful service, in a clean colorful atmosphere. Love it!
