I love sacwal flooring centres! They are so helpful in store with the best workers that knew everything I was talking about. They also did great work renovating my bathroom. I would go back again for them to do work. Thank you Patrick snd Joseph for the great bathroom!

Purchased $270 of vinyl flooring. Asked about return policy and was advised of a 20% restocking fee
Scope of job changed and I decided to return only to be charged an additional freight fee of $130
Ended up with a refund of less than $70.
Cost me $200 for nothing. Never shop there again!

Lots of selection combined with people that know how to sell flooring, and presumably, install it as well.

Sacwal has been amazing to deal with. Super friendly and accommodating and also worked with us to meet a price match request to the best of their ability! Our order should be in within the week but so far our service has been nothing shy of amazing!

Awesome company! Joe, Pat and Jamie were skilled, knowledgeable and friendly and did a super quality install. So satisfying.

Our experience with Sacwal has been absolutely awful. We didn't think we'd need to order flooring for our kitchen reno, but the layout was just different enough that we did, and urgently. I called on Feb 6th to order it and explained it was urgent. We couldn't install our appliances without floors, so we were living with no kitchen and an infant.
For some reason they waited until Feb 9th to place the order and told me it'd be 7-10 days.
7 days turned into 7 weeks, with zero follow-up on their end. I called weekly and was told nothing other than the manufacturer was notoriously slow. Finally one day I called and was told oh yeah, it's here, we don't have your number on file.
In the end they only ordered half of what we asked for and have no documentation on their end. Instead of apologizing and trying to find a solution, they told me "I'm not going back and forth about this" and that more flooring wouldn't ship for another 2 weeks. I even offered to pay for expedited shipping as we're now 7+ weeks without a kitchen, and they said nope.
I understand stuff happens and the manufacturer is the one with the product. What I don't understand is the terrible customer service and utter lack of problem solving ability.
Since recounting our experience to other people, we've heard nothing but terrible experiences and everyone saying "NEVER go to Sacwal. Only go to Hucker. " We've learned our lesson.

Awesome product! Very helpful staff. Set me up with everything I needed and provided advise to do my own installation. Great price. Beat the competition by hundreds!
