Absolutely horrible service - we wanted to look at flooring and we were turned away. There were 3 people in the store on a saturday and they were doing nothing and refused to help us. We are building a 5k sqft custom home and she told go look at these tiered selections of inferior products. THEY DID NOT WANT OUR BUSINESS!

We used Sacwal Flooring for all the flooring and tile in our new build. We had SO many choices to make and Alex managed to not overwhelm us. She is very knowledgable about each product and helpful in what works well together. We have now moved in and love the hardwood, tile, carpet and gym floor that we received. The Sacwal team made the process seamless and is the place to visit for all flooring needs.

We had a good experience getting our bathroom flooring. I would recommend Sacwal for sure and will be back again. Huge selection of all types of flooring and great customer service.

Picked up some nice 7" Engineered flooring. People are friendly and very helpful.

Was in the showroom a week ago, waited at the front door for about 5 mins as i watched 4 sales people stand around and talk before helping me. I then received the sample board of the tile we wanted, got pricing, and then asked what the turn around time was. Was told 1 week.perfect. Called today to order that tile, apparently the sale guys didnt do any looking into this tile and it is back ordered until end of October.very disappointed as we were sold on this tile.now we are 2 weeks away from tiling and don't have a tile to put down.
Pure laziness from this salesman, that should of been mentioned when I was inquiring.hopefully he atleast didn't miss much of the group chat while he helped me for that 5 mins.

Nate at Sacwal in Lambeth was great to deal with, he was very knowledgeable, provided us with a ton of samples and took the extra time to help us make our selections. Nate was able to deliver our new flooring to our door within a few days after placing the order (rare during COVID19 times). Excellent customer service and a pleasure to do business with.

I co-own a design and build firm here in London. Our previous flooring supplier was becoming overwhelmed and project schedules were suffering. We decided to switch and chose Sacwal. I’m very happy we did. Erin and the Sacwal team have been the perfect choice! Pricing is better, service and quality too! Didn’t believe you could have all three until now. Erin is incredibly diligent at responding to emails and answering any questions we have. Their installers are professionals. We selected an LVT from a store in St Thomas where we live but unfortunately it had been discontinued by the mfr. After searching for a few weekends for something else we could agree on found through an online search that Sacwal carried the same line that we really wanted. Based on the positive reviews online we gambled that Erin could help us out and she did, finding some of the discontinued pattern (that we were told didn't exist) through her distributor and helping us with grout selection etc. Kevin did a great job on the install and we are very pleased with how the floors in our upstairs hallway & bath came out. 1000000 thanks.

My husband and I came in looking for hardwood, tiles and vinyl for our basement. We had no idea what we wanted when we first arrived. A short blonde girl with beautiful tattoos helped us out, she was fantastic. We aren't quite ready for the flooring yet as our home is being built but we will definitely be back in to order with her. Thanks again for making us feel welcome and comfortable.

Sacwal has a fantastic showroom, great product offerings and a really good installation crew. The did a fantastic job with the tile in our kitchen. Fast, professional and we plan to go back to them for carpeting work later. Highly recommended. Locally owned and operated.

We had been searching for area rugs that would work well with our existing furniture and decor. I received excelled service from Erin at Sacwal. She helped us with our design needs and helped us create area rugs for our new home.

Couldn't be more pleased with the service I received at Sacwal Flooring. My husband and I went in looking for carpet for our newly finished basement. We were assisted by Erin and she was extremely pleasant to deal with. She was very polite, patient and provided us with all the information we needed to choose a carpet. She also provided us with some small carpet samples to take home to help us visual what the carpet would look like. I have recently gutted our main bath and had spent a lot of time online searching for specific items! When I went into Sacwal, I was provided with excellent service from Erin. She went above and beyond to source products at the best price. She made the selection process easy and her suggestions for our design was great! We have now since decided to renovate the whole house as we are so happy with our main bath project outcome! Sacwal Flooring is great for all of your flooring and design needs!
