Muhammad and his team were fantastic to work with. We had issues with our panel which needed to be replaced and they performed everything quickly and professionally. We had a visit the very next day from when I called and they helped coordinate everything with Toronto Hydro. There was clear and consistent communication throughout the experience and we are very pleased with all of the work completed. They are upfront with all pricing and there were zero surprises, with thorough explanations of everything required to resolve the issue. We now feel safe with our new panel and surge protector. It's the second time I used the Safe Electrical Solutions services and they have never disappointed me. Muhammed came and inspected our electrical panel over the long weekend, since we could hear something inside arcing. He diagnosed it quickly, and took the time to explain the repairs and costs carefully.
We needed to replace the whole panel but he saved us almost $2000 by suggesting we wait until the weekday to avoid emergency/holiday permitting rates with ESA and Hydro, as well as finding the exact model of replacement panel which greatly simplified the repair. He also rewired some circuits so that we could limp to the finish line with power to our fridge, some lights, and internet.
Muhammed was very courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and prompt, and we will definitely use his services again when the need arises.

I contacted Safe Electrical Solutions with an emergency heating problem and within a few hours Muhammad responded with a service call to assess the problem. All required work to install a new baseboard heater was explained. While investigating the heating problem, Muhammad identified a safety issue with overhead lights in the room that I was not aware of. All costs were identified. The work was professionally completed on time with no additional charges. I highly recommend Safe Electrical Solutions and will be contacting Muhammad to install outdoor lighting fixtures in the spring.

Called then early morning and they were here right away, kept us up to date and quickly and they were very professional. Glad I called them first!

Early December 2020, I had attempted to change an electrical outlet myself and low and behold I tripped the circuit breaker. I attempted to reset the circuit breaker but it would not reset. I contacted SES, talked directly to Mohammed and explained the situation. Mohammed was able to come over to my house within a few hours and installed a new outlet. I was extremely impressed with Mohammed's professionalism and quick response to a call for help.
