Called extremely last minute with about a rock breaking my windshield, they were extremely helpful and booked me in to get it fixed asap! They were extremely helpful over the phone giving me ample information and was able to educate me on my car as a young driver! Would recommend them over and over again to anyone, 10/10 service!

Safe glass London is easily the best window service in London hands down. Not just by customer service. But by their work, honesty, and attitude. I came back to see joe to tint both of my new vehicles.it’s always 100% work and 100% service. Definitely recommend coming here. Will be coming back in the future.

The staff were all friendly, polite, informative, and non-judgmental. They had great communication throughout the repair and provided clear instructions to follow afterwards. I also loved how they didn’t make me feel bad about not knowing anything about cars. Plus, there is a Tim Hortons within walking distance to kill time. If I’m stupid enough to break my windshield again, I’m definitely coming back here:)

My Subaru needed a chip repaired in the windshield and the tint replace on the back window. Owner Joe was concerned about removing the existing tint. Due to how much it had degraded he believed that removing it would damage the defroster making it inoperative. He ordered in a new rear window and booked an appointment for me when it arrived. I took the car in and they attempted to remove the tint film, as expected it pull off the defroster traces. So the new window was tinted and then installed at the same time the windshield chip was repaired. I am extremely happy with the service and the results. Would absolutely go to them again and recommend them with confidence.

This is my second time here for windshield chip repair. Unfortunately I got two stone chip damages to my windshield within the last two months-driving beside/behind trucks on country roads or even the highway is not fun. I’m a younger driver and this place is the most affordable compared to other places I have researched in the London area. They are a family business and they will not rip you off. The owner is very kind and he will let you know if it is fixable or not once you bring your vehicle in for him to to examine the issue. He will also clearly explain if there is a any risks associated with the service you chose before he begins to repair. They answer their phones promptly and I even got same day appointments. Both times it only took about 40 mins for them to repair my windshield. I sat inside their lobby during the repair. I highly recommend their business and you definitely not be disappointed. Thank you again!

Had a small stone chip on my windshield. Called Safe Glass London at 9 am in the morning. They said to come in right away. Pulled in, they inspected the chip and said they could repair it immediately. They contacted my insurance company and had the repair completed in 30 minutes at no cost to me. Absolutely recommend these guys! All my glass issues in the future will be handled here.

I contacted safe glass because I had a stone chip in my windshield, Joe got back to me extremely fast and worked with me on booking me in to get my windshield fixed. All the staff are very friendly, made me feel welcome. I will always recommend my friends and family to see these guys at safe glass and I will be contacting them in the next few weeks for installing tint on my new vehicle

Update: once again the guys at safe glass did an amazing job, I brought my new vehicle in for a tint job they were very professional let me know if I needed anything else to always call them first and completed the job fast and I am very pleased with the service and will always recommend them to all my friends and family.

I had never used or heard of this place before but right from the phone call to the job completion was an easy and positive experience. From call to completion was ony about an hour and a half.
They were friendly, honest, helpful, and offered to assist with anything if there was any issues. Absolutely recommend.

Called safe glass this morning, after my rear window was smashed by someone and he had my back windshield replaced by the end of day, was the cheapest place I called. He had amazing customer service and was very professional he even got the factory tinted window in the same day. Will definitely be using safe glass for any future repairs and will recommend them to anyone needing their services. He also went out of his way to get me a quote on the dents on my car from the damages of the window being smashed. If you need any services safe glass has to offer definitely go there you will not be disappointed.

Had a small crack in my windshield and they were so accommodating and fixed the crack quickly and took the time to ensure it was done well. Very much recommend! Also great with my son who was with me.

I had a very bad stone chip on my windshield. Safe Glass London was the place who took my car in and waited for me to arrive to the shop even they are almost closing. He was very helpful, honest, professional and very friendly. I thought it cannot be fixed but they took their time and really explained to us and walking thru us the process and its risk. We don’t always want to know the risk but they are very honest. I was so surprised on the outcome. I am recommending this place 100% you will not doubt it!

Had an appointment, forgot until 5 hours later and they were closed (the appt was at 12pm they closed at 5pm on the day I went). Appt was rescheduled for the morning the next day until I recieved a call back shortly after 5pm THAT day saying they understood my whole scenario and I needed it done urgently and they all waited roughly an hour after close to replace my windshield for me. Aside to that once replaced, Not one spec of dust on the windshield, not one problem with the quality, service or pricing they offer.

Quality business, that treats your vehicle like it is their own. They went above and beyond when they touched up some stone chips in the paint around the windscreen. Pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend!

Picked up a stone chip on windshield. Read all the reviews and Safe Glass looked the best so I gave them a call. Firas had me come in right away and carefully explained the process and risks. Clearly the man is a skilled repair tech, as he was able to fill the crack in a difficult position (close to the edge of the glass) and render it almost completely invisible. Highly recommend you give these folks a try if you need a repair.

I was driving on the highway yesterday and got a chip in my front window. I called Firas the next day at Safe Glass London. He was able to accommodate me on the SAME day as he sensed that it would be best for the chip to be fixed right away so it doesn't get bigger to the point of no repair!

I am so thankful for Joe at Safe Glass London. I had previously received a quote from another company that my whole windshield needed to be replaced due to a scratch on the inside of the windshield. I took my vehicle to Safe Glass for a second opinion and Joe immediately examined my car, cleaned it up for me and said it was a bit of dirt on the windshield manifesting as a few small scratches. He was honest, thorough and extremely professional. I will never go anywhere again for my car needs, these guys are the real deal and will be fully transparent and honest about what your car needs.
