I was recommended to see Bruce by my local Cyclepath in Woodbridge. Just got the Torklift Ecohitch (hidden with 2” receiver) on my 2021 Toyota Sienna and Bruce was fantastic! The installation wasn’t easy as I wanted to ensure that the kick sensor feature would still work; Bruce worked his magic and he was able to relocate the sensor so that it still works. Extremely happy with his service and reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Bruce bought a wrong hitch on my first appointment before Thanksgiving. He ordered the correct one immediately. He came in the shop on the Thanksgiving long weekend for (2) hours specifically for me to install the hitch. Bruce also gave me a significant discount to compensate for the error, which I did not ask. He did a great job and I was so impressed by his kindness and generosity. I did not buy the bike rack from him but he took his time to explain how to attach and secure the bikes and rack on the hitch. I installed my bike rack and made a great ride along the beautiful Welland Canal trail with my daughter on Thanksgiving Monday. Thank Bruce, and I would definitely recommend him to others for hitch installation.

Highly recommended! Unlike U-Haul, these guys had the parts in, and booked me in within a days notice and didn’t leave me hanging for 3 weeks, and leave me scrambling just days before a 2,000 kilometres move.

I was rushing to find a place to get a hitch installed yesterday so that I could travel to Montreal to pick up a bike. After calling around to several places, Safe-Pull not only had the best price, had the item in stock, but could fit me in for installation within the week.

On top of that, he was always so patient and understanding when I called several times to ask about different options. Day of install I was early, and he took me right away, finished quickly and did an awesome job as the very next day I hauled 1500 lbs (800 lb trailer+ 700 lb motorcycle) a distance of 1200 kms without issue.

This is by far the most reliable, best quality at a reasonable price and installation time in the area. After I spent two days and double the initial cost estimate at U-Haul for a hitch and wires installation I still needed to install a brake controller on my 2014 Acura MDX. U-Haul proved incompetent, Hitch City Scarborough highly unprofessional with no regard for customer needs or satisfaction and very pricey, ACURA dealership said that they do not do this kind of installations, I called the only one left - Safe Pull. It took some time to get Bruce to pick up the phone but as soon as I spoke with him he confidently told me that he can help me and he offered multiple solutions. We set the appointment and when I arrived, he was fully prepared with all the required parts and he described me the options. He clearly new my vehicle and that my car had wiring preconfigured and we only need to plug some cables and the controller in pre-existing connections. He also, installed all the missing fuses and he gave me for free and 7-4 pin adapter. He charged me $100 less than we initially discussed and he did some additional fixes to the mess that U-Haul had done. When he finished, he did a complete testing of the installation and explained me how everything should work. I felt completely satisfied that I have a well equipped, safe and reliable hitch package installation. If you need a hitch package installed, this is the place to go.

Bruce was awesome even though we never got to meet. Called yesterday around 3pm and asked him if he could get me set up asap, he said next morning first thing! I dropped my keys and vehicle off during closed hours, he had the work finished in no time and we settled over the phone today while I was working. Picked up my vehicle after he was closed.
Very impressed with the installation Bruce did, very clean and looks very professional.
Haven't used hitch yet but after looking at the work and care he took on the installation, I'm not worried one bit about towing.

Bruce did an excellent job attaching a hitch including the lighting. He even adjusted the back side bumper that he noticed before starting. Kept close to the appointment time.

Fast service, for a great price. I tried to install the hitch myself but ran into difficulties with the exhaust (lack of experience). The hitch attaches to the undercarriage with 5 bolts and should take less than 20 minutes - no drilling required (Murano). When I called around I recieved absurd pricing 2-4x the quote from Safe-Pull. Highly recommended! After the install he briefed me (unsolicited) on how to be careful with the bike rack to not let the bikes rub on the car.

Purchased a hitch from here. They had the best price I could find, and the whole process was a breeze. Called in, part was ordered for next day morning, and picked it up when the shop opened at 8: 30. The owner was professional and gave me some tips for the install.
