My experience was amazing. I have never rented a storage facility before and the staff made it so simple and easy - honestly a breeze.
They were very patient with me as we weren't sure if we needed to go ahead with the rental or not. They were diligent on following up to ensure that I didn't loose the unit I needed. Turns out, we needed it and couldn't be more thankful for their assistance.

We recently down sized a unit here. Very easy to do, well informed. A small negative, the new unit has no light inside. Old unit had an outside door, so plenty of light.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Units are clean and spacious. Would recommend this facility to everyone.

Signing up was quick and easy, the price is reasonable. My only quibble is that nobody told me it was an upper unit. I have mobility issues so this is a serious factor, meaning I have to rely on my fifteen year old daughter to carry boxes and pieces of furniture up and down the stairs. To get a lower unit meant I would have had to pay more.please get your rental agents on board!

Definitely recommend! I was able to sign up over the phone within minutes and the process was so very smooth and easy. I was able to access my unit on the first try with their instructions. I’ve dealt with storage places before and always had terrible service. Very impressed.

My experience was amazing! Paula took really good care of me. She was very accommodating as my dates to move in changed several times because of prior arrangements for events taking place. Signing and understanding my contract was a breeze and Paula made sure to show me how to access the property and navigate it to access my unit. Everything she explained was detailed and made navigating quick and easy. I was very comfortable at the office and was pleased with the exceptional services I received and I would say her personality definitely suits her position. Very friendly staff, they went over and above to make sure that we had the right storage unit. Reasonably priced and convenient location. We went back for the second one. I have to mention that I rented storage at the Argentia Road, location and the people who assisted were Paula and Dileep.

I’ve rented space from this location for the past two years, currently having two units. Service is excellent. Facility is clean, well maintained and secure. I’d strongly recommend it.

Easy sign up online. Promotion made it an easy choice. Staff onsite are super friendly and helpful. Buildings are maintained. Easy in and out. Reminders for payment.

Very clean, high quality storage. There was a minor problem with the explanation of the terms of rental at the booking level, but the manager cleared that up in a minute. Very pleasant and professional person.

I will not recommend this place because of their pricing policy. Normally one would expect a monthly rental to go on for a month. But not at Self Storage. This company tracks by every 4 weeks. So the exorbitant rent is for 28 days and not a month. Over time this adds up.
The staff were very courteous and helpful. The storage unit was very clean and well maintained.

Hello. We used this storage location for approximately 10 months while we were transitioning from a large home to a smaller apartment. We rented a 10 x 15 ft.unit and it was just right for our needs. The price was reasonable and the locker, and premises were clean and seemed very secure. Access was convenient and easy with good hours of availability.

We dealt with Paula & Gabriel and found that both of them were pleasant, competent, and accommodating. We would not hesitate to use this location again if the need arises.

The only issue that I have is not knowing about "insurance", as my unforeseen illness and loss of funds caused me to lose my entire storage through non payment.

Kelly the site manager was friendly, business-like & professional. I returned to the site to purchase boxes & packaging supplies. The convience of have moving supplies available 7 days a week when one is moving is useful.

I have had a rental unit with Safe Storage for over 5 years, never had an issue with them and my items were well maintained at their facilities. I have recently taken my items out of the unit and I am very happy with the service I received from the staff team at the Millcreek location in Meadowvale. Thank you.

I booked a unit at Winston Churchill Blvd. Mississauga. I’ve never used a storage facility before but Peter was extremely helpful in advising me what the best storage option was for me based on my contents. He asked the right questions and was very patient. I was then referred to Jonas who explained the payment cycle and some of the finer details of the contract. Kelly was very courteous and friendly and once again reviewed the contract with me, explained the coded entry procedure and also helped me find the unit. The unit was easily accessible and very clean. I feel much more at ease knowing my contents will be secure and safe; one less thing to worry about during a hectic move.

I had a great experience with gab and Liz that got us all set up and showed us our locker I paid for whole year because it was just easier for me but u don't have to pay for year only for 4 weeks

I would not come here. I have been to better storage places with more straightforward fees. There were a lot of hidden charges. I felt taken advantage of here with all these weird charges and fees. Even after bringing this up to the people working they couldn't explain other than it's policy. I would go elsewhere if you want to keep your stuff safe.somewhere a lot more friendly and honest!

I would like to give Safe Self Storage the best review I could give. The Sales Rep was polite and professional and we did the paper work in 15 minutes, I got my storage unit and my lock and he broke down the payment plan. I got 4 weeks free and even the second month at a great price.
I will definitely recommend Safe Self Storage to anyone. Vilip is a great Employee and he is very polite and professional! During Covid19 you need people who are patient and understanding.

I was running late and the Associate called to make sure I was on my way.
