Safe Storage Depot

I was having car trouble. I pulled off of Wilson onto a site street. And I guess into the safe storage parking lot I Open my hood To see what the problem was not even a minute and this employee comes out and asks if I am a customer I said no She said well you have to leave. She could clearly see I was having car trouble Mind you, there was not one car in the parking lot. I wasn't disrupting anything. I only needed to be there for a few minutes to check what was wrong. I would never be a customer of you This is how you treat people. I can imagine how you treat your customers no thanks

I'm a new customer as of last weekend, and VERY pleased! Excellent facilities and customer service!

24hr secure access (cameras, security patrol, code at gate and at building door), very clean, has washroom, loading ramp, and carts you can use. The customer service is exceptional too, very friendly and super responsive. Also, way better prices than downtown.

New storage. Not the greatest service, has washrooms. Was a little behind. Paid a few months and got caught up but was short 14$. Next month I became 2 months behind cause I was short and my payment didnt count for the month. They auctioned off my unit without notice prior. Got a letter in the mail over a month layer. Said that that auctioned off my unit 2 weeks prior to the letter.
They could have mailed me 2 weeks before so I could catch up. Nope let it go than sold my belongings than told me after.
