Saffron Spice Kitchen

I ordered veggie combo on ubereats. They dumped all the curries on rice in one container. Moreover, the food was not tasty at all. The last time I ordered from them was few years ago and then ordered again yesterday, thinking food quality must have changed now that their reviews are better. To my surprise, it's still as bad.

Best curry in all of Toronto. Honestly love the chicken tikka massala and how spicy it is - reminds me of curries from back home!

Bit spicy but great food. No skimpiness or blandness like many places in the Entertainment District (cardboard District).

Full five stars! My former coworker was a Sri Lankan woman who would bring in amazing home cooked food. This is as good or better! Eggplant stew, chilli chicken are delicious. I would say the saag paneer is a little bland so just skip that, but the other items I’ve tried are fantastic across the board. A thing I’ll note is that they don’t cut corners on ingredients. All the spices, flavours, seasoning “details” are there at a very reasonable price point.
Also, portions as generous, it is a big lunch or 2 small lunches for me.

Ordered the butter chicken, veggie samosas, and the curried lamb rolls and they were all delicious. Love that the spice was prominent without taking over the flavour… the food wasn’t greasy and it didn’t feel heavy. Definitely will try other things from the menu!

The food is really amazing. It take just like what you would expect from an authentic Sri Lankan restaurant. The place is really clean and nice and its very welcoming.

Ordered kothu and samosa.for pick up.ate on the premises.kothu roti was hot but samosa were soggy and stale.if you’re serving something atleast make an effort to serve hot and fresh

Great taste all natural no added color or flavor and i was literally feeling that highly recommend for our north indian family to check out their lamb and panner tikka with rice great service and great nature of employees must Visit

Avoid at all costs. Uber shows great reviews and “Top rated” and I got fooled. The chickpeas were hard and not cooked and the butter chicken was absurdly spicy and it’s supposed to be a mild dish. Everything I ordered was inedible and a waste of $. I would not dine in the restaurant after this order experience.

The samosa are non oily and big in size.taste is pretty good and it's served hot and fresh.
I tried the lamb roll as well and it equally tasted good. Overall happy with my order and would like to come again for other dishes.

We followed the smell of incredible cooking into this little restaurant and so glad that we did! Tried the lamb curry kothu roti and it was excellent! We also had the samosas with the house made tamarind sauce. Service was friendly and helpful. We can’t wait to come back to try the Jaffa chicken.

I’m so shocked and disappointed. There is a thin layer of what I ordered poured on top of what is all rice underneath. The least bang for your buck I’ve ever seen. This is ridiculous. I feel completely ripped off. Most places give rice separately and the dish separately. $40 for this? Terrible!

I got one Butter Chicken Kothu Roti for $13.50. It's a takeout place. The Kothu Roti was delicious. It was bit spicy but just the right level. It is a complete meal and you won't be able to eat anything after that. I'll recommend everyone to try out the Kothu Roti here.

The reason why I deducted one star is because they don't have the menu. Neither on the screens nor the pamphlets. Also, the spoons provided were not sturdy enough.

This place serves overpriced frozen vegetable that taste like cardboard. Their Naan is stale and flat. Don't go there or prepare to be dissapointed.
