We had our big wedding event in Sagan in November 24th 2023.
Mr Raghib, the owner of the Banquet hall is very cooperative friendly & accommodative in every aspect.
The atmosphere and arrangements of the hall was courageous, well organized and perfect according to our expectations.
Food was really really good & delicious including dessert.
All staff were very cooperative as well especially one of the lady manager.
I can’t named any any specific dish but all were really good.

7 years ago, we got married at this hall and just past weekend we celebrated our daughter's Aqiqah. Everything was the same as I remember: Amazing food, Amazing venue, Amazing hospitality and most importantly Raghib and his team are a dream to work with. They try to accommodate almost any request's you have. Raghib is honest, trust worthy and reliable. Thank you Raghib for everything! I will never hesitate to recommend this hall to family and friends:)

I attended an event at Sagan a few weeks ago and I had notified the banquet hall that I lost my pendant. About a week later, I get a call from Hussain notifying me that the cleaning team was able to find it. I’m honestly not sure how they were able to find it given that this item is the size of a dime, but I’m very grateful and happy with the service how efficiently this was handled.

We recently hosted our wedding at Sagan Banquet Hall, and it was an absolutely amazing experience. The venue itself was stunning. What truly set this place apart was the exceptional service, and Raghib in particular, who was incredibly helpful throughout the entire planning process. From the moment we stepped in, his attention to detail and willingness to accommodate our needs was exceptional. Our wedding was a flawless and memorable event, thanks to Sagan Banquet Hall and their wonderful team. All our guests really enjoyed the wedding experience and the food. I had my wedding reception here on July 16th and I am so happy I did! Raghib the manager at Sagan always had our best interests at heart to ensure we had a great event. His expertise was immensely helpful as my husband and I were planning our wedding ourselves he provided us guidance from the scheduling, food selection, prayer spaces and even vendor support. He was conscious of our budget and was continually flexible and communicative with us. He was present the day of the event to ensure everything was going smoothly, his staff also checked on me on the bridal suite to see if I needed anything. Our guests could not stop raving about the food and service, if you are planning a wedding I would definitely recommend Sagan as an option! I truly appreciate all the support I had with this venue and Raghibs team.

Nice and neat place for functions and performances. Enough parking and washrooms were not bad. Rest it depends on the host what they arrange and what they offer.

Its a great place to host parties. We had our Sangeet function in May this year. All our guests thoroughly enjoyed their hospitality. Amazing food and very cooperative team overall. Hussain is a humble, kind and very reliable person. Gary, the bartender, was very polite and honest. I will definitely recommend this place.

We had our mehndi at Sagan and everyone at a great time. We had about 100 people on the smaller side. Everyone loved the food and the arrangement of the tables.

Raghib was a huge help in coordinating with all of our vendors and was happy to answer all of our questions along the way, even when it came to suggestions with other vendors.

The manager is very friendly and helpful. He gave me valuable guidance when I booked here. The food was really tasty. Easy to deal with the management. I recommend this to everyone.
I booked here a second time. The food was really good and the catering team did much better job this time. They went around and helped our guests according to their needs. Such a beautiful and spacious hall! Enjoyed two events here as a guest and saw the space transformed to host both small and large gatherings. Bonus: the food is amazing (best noodles I’ve had in my life). I would host here in the future!

All the guests kept telling us how good the food is, the management is sooo co operative, I didn’t even have to worry about getting the food ready for bride and groom, they had people who did that for us. (Unlike on my own wedding when I was starving and everyone was busy eating).

We hosted our engagement last year at Sagan (at the peak of Covid) and knew we had to use them this year for our Henna night and Wedding! The management and event coordinators at Sagan are amazing at their job. They took our vision and brought it to life with so much professionalism. The events were so effortless from our part - I had total trust that our nights would go exactly as planned (and they did!) =)

We also love the new renovations at the hall! They changed the floors and exterior right before our events and the hall looked sooo beautiful!

Amazing food with good service at reasonable price. We had a baby shower event in afternoon and we all were happy to choose this venue. Owner is very friendly and flexible.

We have had several functions here and have never been disappointed. The food is always top notch and all the staff are very friendly and go out of their way to provide good service. I believe Evelyn was working during 3 of our functions and she was extremely helpful. Raghib and his entire team are professional and always there when needed. I highly recommend this venue.

I held my engagement ceremony here a couple of weeks ago, and it went so much better than I anticipated! The room setup was great, the service was amazing (super friendly servers and hall manager-Raghib, everything went according to schedule/no delays), the food was AMAZING! We had tons of compliments about the food. Raghib was super helpful in providing recommendations, and providing a full vendor list of decor companies, DJ's, etc, and helped a lot when recommending what food to serve and is a hit with different crowds. He's very thoughtful with recommendations, and honest about what things are useful and what is a potential waste of money.

I'm really glad I had my ceremony here, I 100% recommend it to anyone interested.

It's a nice hall for Wedding birthday party or any other type of party. You can bring your own decoration guy and outside chief or food. The chairs in this hall the most uncomfortable ever, they need to upgrade those it is not up to date style chairs. I am reviewing this as a guest!

Typical banquet hall. A bit smaller than others I've been to. Was there to attend a friend's pre-wedding ceremony. Nothing special to look at from outside

Amazing time dealing with the management as a customer here, we initially had deposited a sum of cash pre covid, but they were able to work around that and find us a date that met our needs. They took care of us and our guests extremely well, as well as the food was incomparable to any of the halls the guests have been to. Once again thank you for hosting us!

Food was good. They need to replace their chairs which literally damaged most people's clothes at a wedding we attended. Service and location is good. The only minus point is their metal chairs with cracks in them.

Had my reception at Saagan, wonderful experience throughout the process and Raghib was a great help all along. Strongly Recommend.

Everyone at Sagan Banquet Hall was such a delight to work with. I have never had such a easy, unstressful time planning an event. I had my event here and because of COVID restrictions of July 2021 we went through a lot of ups and downs trying to plan this event. Hussain was an absolute gem. He kept me updated on the rules and regulations of COVID. I had to change the date of my event a month before the actual event and Hussain was very understanding throughout the whole process and made everything possible. And with COVID, he tried to make up for all that I could not have and accommodated everything super well. He was very easy to talk too and stay in touch with. He even helped us with our menu which ended up turning out excellent. My entire experience as a bride was absolutely amazing.
Everything in hall was clean and ready when we arrived. The hall was elegant with and Old style vibe and I loved it. There was lots of parking for guests and the hall was easy to locate.
He had a bridal room ready for me and his staff was exceptionally helpful. I had an all ladies event and he respected that to the very end. He had all his female management present and only his female servers working.
Despite having an event during COVID, it didn't feel like it. I enjoyed every moment of it and so did my guests.
I would definitely recommend this hall to everyone.

Had a chance to use this venue for my sister's mehndi and there was not even one thing that i can ask for any better.
Beautiful hall and well kept property and most importantly Raghib is very informative & helps out with the honest opinions but never push you or over sell.
Bcoz of Covid wedding had to be rescheduled 4 times and he was always available throughtout to attend my calls, actively responded on texts and patiently replied to my queries.
Raghib dealt with my decorator on his own, booked live jalebi cart without any gain and made the event day carefree for me and my family.
Good food, actively working staff and list goes on and on.

I just got married at Sagan Banquet Hall this past Sunday, and with the heavy covid restrictions it was looking like it would’ve been a very basic event. With stage 3 opening a few days priorMr Raghib Hussain stayed in touch with me constantly and helped me for more than I can thank him for in some of my last second adjustments. Needless to say it turned out to be a memorable night, with a great staff and absolutely amazing food (better than most top notch restaurants in my opinion). I would absolutely recommend anyone looking to book their wedding or any other special event at Sagan Banquet Hall! God bless!

SAGAN has the most responsive and caring staff! RAGIB was fantastic! He was so quick to help in any way possible and accommodated any last moment changes very efficiently and without any cost. Throughout the ridiculous amount of changes a Covid wedding brings, not once did RAGHIB or the staff got annoyed or frustrated, but went greatly out of their way to ensure the bride and groom were happy. The food was superb, delicious and authentic Pakistani taste which every guest appreciated and enjoyed. Our compliments to the chef! Raghib was an amazing host, I had my baraat event at Sagan Banquet Hall on July 12 and he was extremely accomodating with all the Covid restrictions going on! We had booked the hall in 2020 for 2021 and he made sure to reach out to us and keep us updated on all the restrictions and how our event would go! We kept in touch for all the details amd he was really easy to reach and contact for any questions I had. Also during the event he was extremely nice enough to ask my brothers first before coming to me with questions as he knew I would be busy as the bride. This little act actually meant a lot to me as people were asking me questions non stop throughout the day and i was already under a lot of stress and pressure from how different my day was going rather than according to plan. Everyone in my family also had nothing but nice things to say about him! I’m so glad we chose Sagan to be our Baraat venue! I felt like royalty lol. Overall, I am grateful for how accomodating and nice Raghib is and how our experience at Sagan was!

Our event was held on July 25th, was a bit nervous being our first event after business opening up after the COVID-19 pandemic. The team at Sagan Banquet Hall looked after all our needs taking care of everything and making all our guest comfortable and happy. Thank you to the team at Sagan.

Went to a Post COVID weddig. VERY detailed and considerate setup with very decent follow up of Social Distancing rules.

Great place. They did their best to organize amidst COVID times. The idea to do takeout for food was a good idea as it prevented food wastage and the portions were good. They should be open to taking customer's opinion as well

Nice hall. I was there for a dinner. They workers served the appetizers by going around to tables, this was not done properly. Some guests got and some did not. It seems like they workers/servers were going only to some tables often and not to all the tables.
They have accessible washrooms on the main floor but the door leading to these "accessible washrooms" were not accessible. People in wheelchair cannot open the door and go through it by themselves.
The other washrooms are on the second floor, after climbing a long flight of stairs. Not very convenient.
Other than that the place is good.

We hosted our daughters first birthday at Sagan Banquet Hall and it was a great experience. Raghib is very helpful and accomodating and always easy to reach out to. He worked out all the details and coordinated everything very well giving us all the equipment and matching linens. The guests loved the ambience and food. Staff was super cooperative and the entire team helped in making our event go smoothly. Would definitely recommend to everyone!

Good food, well maintained. However, the place is dated and can use interior facelift and modernizing.

One of the good halls in Mississauga. Nice entrance nice location. If you are expecting that the food taste and quality will be the same as what it used be from Shaheen catering, then know that it will most likely not be the case but still better than most places. We have hosted and attended many events here so speaking from experience.

Hosted my very first university formal at this hall. The owner was extremely helpful and helped us along with every new endeavour. The hall was beautiful, he worked around our schedule, and catered everything to our needs. No matter the problem he was always there to help us out and I would definitely recommend you take a look at Sagan Banquet hall for the future!

Good for small gathering and parties. They make partition accordingly.

Wash rooms are on upper floor and it's problem for people with mobility issues.

This place found to be well organized especially on new year celebration with assigned seats and tables around main stage and performances arena. Lots of tv screens to allow easy viewing of the stage program and artists. Two bar counters to serve drinks using coupons. No cash or credit cards! Conveniently place food buffet counters. Decent family crowd. Hosts found to be moving around for help all the time. Barrier free access and parking. Main entrance is large enough to tackle incoming groups with the help of volunteers. Only drawback is that washrooms are located on the second floor. In general I liked this place

I held my wedding reception here in November 2019. Mr. Ragib Hussain and his management went above and beyond to help make it a truly remarkable event. He personally coordinated the itinerary and ensured the whole program remained smooth, on track and a lot of fun. The food is the best ever that can't be beat! Guests took multiple rounds and everyone absolutely loved it. Raghib also assisted in finding the other vendors that not only delivered under budget, but delivered exceptional quality. Sagan Banquet Hall has its own parking space which is a convenience for the guests, and there is plenty of parking. I am recommending this venue to anyone wanting to make their events a great success.

Had a good time here at an event. Food was good and the venue is pretty! A heads up that the washrooms are upstairs, so take your time if you choose to wear high heels!

Such a beautiful and dazzling hall with radiant lights and tantalizing decorations. Unique and so different from other places.

Sagan is a beautiful spacious hall equipped with all the necessary facilities, ample parking and the interior is also very welcoming. The food was delicious and the staff were very nice and helpful. The owners are very humble and polite to make your event memorable.washrooms are clean and maintained very well.

Nicely maintained. The buffet was mostly good. The weird part is, there needs to be washrooms on the ground floor of the banquet hall instead of having to go to the floor above.

It is a nice banquet hall. We went for a wedding reception today: there is plenty of parking on the side. The hall capacity is big enough to easily accommodate a party of 300 plus people. The food was good too. The whole building was neat and clean.

Did not go inside, just dropped my family in the parking lot. Parking lot structure is a bit odd as I did not find any dedicated place for drop and go kind of thingy.

I had my wedding reception here, and it was amazing. The manager was always available with any questions or concern leading up to the event, and the staff ensured that everything from the back end was something I did not need to worry about. The food/menu options are great, and very delicious.
The venue itself is clean, with a nice lobby, a great open event space, and ample parking.

Highly recommended.

Raghib ensured that the hall was set-up exactly as we wanted. During the day of the event, the staff handled our requests promptly without any hesitation. We had 3 events (Engagement, anniversary and baby shower) at this hall over the last three years and we will definitely be coming back in the future! We celebrated our parents 25th anniversary here. It was a spectacular event, the staff were very attentive and the food was delicious. They served and prepared everything with speed and precision. All of our guests absolutely loved it. On top of that, the hall owner is a very nice man. Would hundred percent recommend doing events here

The butter chicken here is the world's best butter chicken.complements to chef Harprit.and veggie items has very aromatics. All curries are different, it seems they put efforts to the food making process and try to serve quality food. GREAT WORK KEEP IT UP.

I attended a wedding in this banquet hall. The hall is very easy access. Sitting was great. Food was really good (and warm).
