We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Brendon Basner, Sales Representative at Sage Real Estate Ltd.when we sold our condo in Etobicoke in late summer of 2020 and he was outstanding. Given that the ongoing pandemic affected virtually every normal process our experience was quick, clean and very successful.

Christine Cowern lied about her sales history in my neighborhood in order to win my listing. She show me past sales that were not hers. Worse than that my house failed to sell with her. I fired her and hired an agent with proven experience in my neighborhood. I would not trust any one from Sage.

My house was located in a highly desirable area in Parkdale and is fully renovated. Multiple agents confirmed that the house should have sold quickly and for higher than what I ended up having to sell it for. When my house failed to sell with Christine Cowern, it cast doubt in the minds of buyers that something was wrong with the house. Christine Cowern cost me valuable time and money when I had to relist at a lower price.

When we had a huge risk by buying a property before selling our existing one we needed to sell and close within a tight deadline and at the right price. We looked at a couple of agents, but in the end we decided to go with Kristy. I cannot thank her enough. Her attention to detail, and making sure all the paperwork was done correctly and in a timely manner, dealing with our mortgage manager and lawyer, as well as her eye for detail when it came to staging and promoting the property. Jeff Lyons was our agent. This guy is the agent you want to deal with, has his clients best interests in mind. Very professional but still personable. Jeff knows what he's doing and where the market is at. He caught some mistakes the other agent (s) made that most would probably just over look.
