Strip got stuck on my driver side wheel and it was making a loud click noise while driving …. If I went to Mercedes dealership they would have told me it’s due to a major issue and they would have to replace either bearing or brakes. Through a referral I decided to consult Sai Automotive for an opinion. After dropping the vehicle, Jay called me quickly to advise that noise was coming due to metal strip stuck on the wheel and they charged me a nominal amount to fix it. I am so glad that I found them. They will definitely be my go to business for all my cars. Thanks for the help guys.

I found Sai Automotive 2 yrs ago after reading great reviews. They are an honest, knowledgeable, thorough auto-mechanic shop. Doesn’t ‘ding’ you on your bill! Actually has told me I don’t need to replace certain parts yet, and fixes only what is required! Also, let’s you know what they find after inspection and recommend for fix as well as the cost so you can decide. Definitely work on behalf of their customers, not as money grab, and they are really nice!

Wowww what a friendly service.soo I was going on a long trip and I went to an auto repair service for safety check and they did a worst job by not setting all the screws and the sheet at the bottom of my car completely came off.so I was near Milton and I sceptically gave a call to SAI auto repair. I told him I have a baby and I need to continue my trip. The person I called was so humble and kind and immediately agreed to check my car.we went there and the work took only 40 mins and you know what he did not charge me even a penny. Never seen anyone here who is not interested in money but this guy really did not care about money.he just said have a safe journey.who on earth is like this presently? I am soo happy to know that people like this also exists.if you want a great service and a person who is not interested in just your money I would highly recommend this place. I will never forget this place. I wish them all success and happiness

Just wanna say thank you so much again SAI Automotive Sales and Repair guys for fixing my BMW 323 I had an issue with the engine, another mechanic in Milton at Midas messed up my engine by doing an simple oil change, they forgot to put the filter pin back in Anyways SAI Automotive Sales and Repair came up with a great idea and was able to save the vehicle just wanna say thanks again guys appreciate, very hard to find good mechanics these days & that no their stuff thank you again
