Indulging in takeout from Saigon House is always consistently fresh and on point. The extensive menu guarantees the best variety and flavour, with each dish radiating authenticity and delicious flavour. What sets them apart, beyond their exceptional food, is the diverse range of drink options. It's a refreshing bonus that complements the deliciousness of their meals. Saigon House never fails to impress with its unbeatable combination of flavours and drink choices.
We did take out tonight. Beef and chicken Pho, fried rice with veggies and shrimp, pork and extra noodles. Fresh ingredients, lots layers to the flavour z Kids 2-17 raved about it. It was pretty popular, judging by the customers coming in and out. I had small kids so the staff helped me out to the car.
Ordered take out on the way home and wasn't disappointed. Pho broth tasted great. Good portion. Good crispy spring rolls, ps: would be nice to have more dip for rolls. Would come back again! Cheers
Update: They do seem to listen to criticism and I’ve noticed better noodle portions (albeit smaller portions overall) But… been going here quite often, unfortunately during my most recent visit, there seemed to be a small bug in my pho. Does quite ruin the experience. Maybe I should have mentioned it to the employees, but either way, does show that this could be an unsanitary environment.
Do they even listen to customers and reviews anymore?
Old review: Nice place, been going here consistently with my girlfriend. I would say the food and service is great. Pretty nice area with open windows when the sun is out. Only complaint would be for more noodles in the pho, but overall its a great spot. The Vietnamese iced coffee is amazing and I always stop by for it!
We visited here a couple weeks back and had the pork wonton soup, Rare beef pho and the rice with salad, fried egg and beef on top. The portion sizes were decently large for the money you spend so it was worth the time and the beef was really tender and juicy. The pho was amazing and tasty and so were the pork wontons. Parking is free and lots of space in the big plaza. Highly recommend.
The food was delicious.except for the add ins. My niece and I were lucky not to break our teeth. It felt like shards of pottery or ceramic, or a hard plastic. I think something broke in the kitchen. Both orders of the Pad Thai were contaminated. I will let the restaurant know.
My go-to restaurant for Viet cravings. Food are consistent, restaurant is clean and spacious, and staff are friendly. I've tried their Pho, Bun Bo Hue, and Vermicelli Noodles and it's always delicious. One thing I would not get here is their Fresh Shrimp Spring Rolls. (barely any traces of shrimps and its mostly lettuce and noodles), thus lost a star. Otherwise I'd recommend it 100%!
I haven't had pho this good in a long time! The broth was deep and rich but not overwhelming, just refreshing and good for the soul. Service was great and the price was very fair!
Wish I could give minus stars. The food is horrible in terms of quality and taste. We paid $ 71, the menu is overpriced. The Tom kha soup was the worst thai soup I ever had in my life. The waitress was rude and offered to help when I complained about the food. The food was sp bad that we had to throw it away and instead we went to McDonald which is closeby to eat a proper meal. It surely was the worst thai restaurant I have ever been to. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.
A simple restaurant, nothing fancy inside, but clean. The food tasted good, but we wished the Pho soup had more noodles in it. The rolls were good as well, but both shrimp and vegetables were a bit on the chewy side. That's why food only gets 4
What a lousy place to eat. I ordered a mango salad. They brought a huge bowl with huge pieces of mango and even bigger pieces of onions. It had a few cashews strewn about. I had to chew and chew my way through. 13 dollars for that. Then I ordered crispy shrimp. A small Plate of 3 little fellows for cad 9 My hubby ordered banh Mi. The meat was chewy. Had no flavor. That was a waste of 40 dollars for some really disappointing food and even lousier service. No one is avaliable at the counter. Their back is mostly turned away from you. You have to vie for their attention. Meh!
Me and my family have been going to this restaurant for over 10+years, love their service and food! Great spot in Brampton and happy they are back in a nice location!
Absolutely love the food and service at this place. So glad they moved to a bigger better space but the quality of the food is just as amazing as before. Definitely worth a visit and meal!
The food is delicious and the staff are friendly. The walls are adorned with cute Vietnamese artwork. Clean environment. This is my go-to referral restaurant for Vietnamese food in Brampton.
2 stars just for the ambience and service.we went for dinner for the very first time. We ordered crab rangoon. Those were the smallest crab Rangoon’s I have ever seen. Further it was not at all creamy. No cream cheese! After that we skipped the plan for dinner and left. Not a very good experience.
Price: $$ Order: vermicelli noodles with beef, pad thai Service: Pleasant and friendly. Moderate delay in service Food taste: Excellent flavours. Portions: Large. Presentation: Beautiful presentation. Menu / Variety: Vietnamese menu Cleanliness: Resturant was clean. Ambiance: Very nice Overall experience: B+ Do I Recommend: Yes Will I return: Yes
At the Brampton Queen Street location, we had a great meal - large serving of Pad Thai, fresh rolls that were freshly made and tasty Pho soup. Have gone back twice since!
Fresh ingredients, delicious dishes, good serving size and affordable. Dining in for lunch comes with a 25 minute wait time, but the food makes it worth it
Order through Uber eats. Order some fried wontons, they were pretty good and tasty. Only thing; pretty expensive for such a small portion. Was expecting more wontons than just about 8
I previously posted and gave 5 stars but the standard has dropped significantly. First of all, the young waitress is SO RUDE for no reason. The soup was not even hot and the waitress didn’t even clear our table, it was full of empty dishes. Sadly, I won’t be coming here again.
This place is wonderful and we've been here many times! Their food is always delicious and flavorful. They're mostly a friendly group and communicate well most of the time. The staff are generally accommodating even when busy, and I feel they are very clean. We generally go for Pho which is always yummy. They have great spring rolls too, esp if you don't mind some deep fried decadence occasionally.lol. I'm positive everything on the menu would be yummy. I really like this place for take out or dine in.
The place is somewhat pricy that takes away some of the good experience. Service is good, food is good, spring rolls are excellent, however the pho needs to be more aromatic.
This place is so good! The staff are so friendly and helpful. The food was prepared fresh and quickly, and it tasted amazing! This has easily become one of my favourite Vietnamese restaurants in the GTA.
The inside decor is really nice and the place is super clean. It was great finally being able to eat in the restaurant again. Their COVID safety measures are well done.
I highly recommend them. Can't wait to try their other menu items.
Great food at reasonable prices. Many great options to choose from the menu. The owner is always very welcoming and provides great service. Has been my go to place for Viet/Thai food in the Brampton area.
Very tasty & flavourful pad Thai. Tum yum soup was on point with the right amount of big juicy mushrooms chicken & shrimp. We had mango Bing su for dessert.omg the best light ice cream mango combo I have ever had. Try it
Love the Saigon House branches everywhere, and this one I feel is the best pho place in Brampton. Fire appetizers, good pho, nice on my go to crispy chow mein, and BRAMPTON BINGSU! The new atmosphere just tops everything off, definitely recommending this to everyone
Honestly the best pho place in Brampton. My favourite restaurant to go to in Brampton not only for the great food, but awesome staff. The newly renovated restaurant looks perfect! So happy they are back!
New location, new menu and new look! Everything looks amazing, inside and out. When it comes to sanitation, they are definitely keeping things in check, going above and beyond. Clean and safe environment for families to come and enioy a good lunch/dinner.
So happy they re-opened. We’ve been going to Saigon House ever since their original location at Kennedy and Clarence in Brampton, followed by their West Drive location.
The quality of food is great, but it’s the family-style customer relations that keeps us going over and over again.
Good food, combined with customer experience, makes it a pleasure to keep returning and supporting local.
This is the best Vietnamese cuisine restaurant in Brampton and I'm so glad they recently reopened at this new location. Get their short ribs and fried rice, it's to die for.
First time trying and I was impressed. We started with the calamari that was delicious (could have used more sauce) and I had the PadThai with veggies and tofu. The tofu was a bit oily and soggy but the rest was the dish was very good. Looking forward to trying other items on the menu. Very friendly and safe staff.
I was there with family & friends last week. Great Vietnamese restaurant for people in Brampton with authentic Vietnamese foods and excellent services.
The HOUSE is back. Saigon House has moved back to the Queen St.area where the Five Guys used to be at Dixie and Queen St. The new digs look classy and my wife and could not be happier. We stopped in for takeout this evening and the food was great. Love the red curry with beef. Highly recommend trying it out especially if you feel like dining in. Support local businesses like the Saigon House. Great food.
We were really sad when they closed down the West drive location. Now that we have found them again, we are really happy. Always great service and food.
Just as great as they used to be at the oceans location, maybe even better. Great to see this place return especially during these hard times. Very clean and staff is wearing masks. I had the pad see-ew and chicken wings were dry style with a proper seasoning.
My family had been going to their old location for over a decade. Glad to see their back. My kids are so excited. Once we get a chance we will be their in person and I will add pictures in this review.
