This place has such great, warm service and patience. I broke the arm of my "Snooker" glasses and the optician spent valuable time suggesting ways to replace it, with a much better rimless frame. So glad that I had stumbled upon the store. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I have been going here for almost 15 years. I know the owner from her Downtown location in Toronto. I give five stars for William and Daniel. I normally deal with William and he is amazing. Very kind, knowledgable, honest, and friendly person. He treat you like his own family.

Dr. Eva Long is also very thorough and friendly too. Great place to do eye exam and get glasses!

Saigon Optical has the best selection of name brand eyewear. There optometrist is very knowledgable and I find their eye exams to be very thorough. I have been going there for years!

Amazing Place. My family glasses are all provided by this amazing place. Customers service is always above and beyond excellent, and they always make sure your needs and desires are always up to your standards. Very professional and knowledgeable optometrist and staff, make you feel very welcome, kids friendly. Lot of selection and always has new stock coming in often. Highly recommend this place for their service, knowledge and quality.

Dr. Arthur Pham is a great doctor and very knowledgeable. Issac helped me out with my contact lens training and was excellent in helping me choose my new frames and also my insurance paperwork. I had also introduced my mom to this clinic and she was equally as impressed and satisfied with their services. Very friendly team overall:)

Saigon Optical is a refresshing change from the usual eyewear shops. Issac and Daniel are experts. They helped my husband to make a great eyewear choice for his new glasses. They understand personal style and know the best frames to suggest to suit you. They are honest enough to tell you if a frame isn't suitable for your face. They know trends and how to fit a trendy style to make it yours if that is what you are looking for.
Most important is their expertise in fit and helping you choose the right lens for your budget. Along with Hanna, they are patient and so helpful. There is a committment to making sure that you have glasses (or sunglasses) that will work in your life.
We have purchased prescription glasses and sunglasses from both the Spadina and Wilson Ave locations. Daniel works at both locations. Great brands from the budget friendly to the luxe with plenty in between.

I had an eye exam here and had a great experience! Dr. Arthur Pham is a gentle, caring and professional doctor. He elaborated everything during the procedure, he took the time to make sure I was comfortable and understood what he was doing. Also, the staff are very friendly and willing to help with the insurance paperwork.

Everything is fine here but one of girls is such bad attitude in service. She speaks Northern Accent and none good at English. Never seen her here before, should be new girl. We came here for long with Khoa service, he is the best of customer service. Hope this business won’t loose customers by this girl.

I enjoyed this place! Affordable eye exams price and lenses and frame. The doctor “Authur Pham” is knowledgeable and friendly. Especially, I write this review to give a compliment to “Khoa”. He did an exceptional good service, always being so nice and helpful. Definitely recommend Saigon Optical and I will come back.

Honestly great referral from a friend. Nothing but excellent service from start to end. I had 2 frames that I was debating between and decided to switch last minute the next day. The gent who helped me is William and he was able to find the pair I had put back and swap them for me and made no fuss, just told me to pay the difference when I came to pick them up. They are very vocal with you choosing your frames and give honest opinions and solid information. They have great selection and brands including styles that are current trend.
** most importantly, they are practicing Covid-19 safety measures. They have contact tracing and info posted about symptoms, they also have trays to pull the glasses customers touch and try that they then clean before returning to the shelves. **

Friendly and very accommodating staff. William gives an excellent service, unbiased and honest opinion. He does not push you to buy more expensive glasses but rather gives suggestions on what fit best and what looks good on you. We'll surely come back.

My friend recently told me about this place and hands down, This optical is on fleek! The interior design is minimalist and beautiful. The service is on point and the selections and brands make you feel like your in a high end optical. I had a good time and my 2 sons loved it here. My one son has blurry vision and is looking forward to glasses and he wants them at Saigon Optical. I thank you do very much. I will come back with a smile on my face the next time I come. I love this place. I hope you will order those big and round glasses (Korean/Harry Potter style) that is trending like crazy. I love this please and I hope you will grow into a big company. You guys are awesome, patient, and are high quality. Just on request, order circular glasses please because I want them so badly:) I had a great time here when I went here. Dont forget circular sunglasses and I will be sure to come and tell my friends and family about the glasses I will get. P. S I’m Vietnamese myself:)

This is the best store hands down they make you feel at home and not rushed, the thing I love about this store is one of the things that makes it unique, they go the extra mile for there customer anyways I can go on all day long just know you are in good hands if you go to Saigon optical. For there selection it's unbelievable astonishing you have so much sun glasses my most favourite thing to do is to turn sunglasses to prescription and that's the place to do all those fun things I'm sure you will find yours

I have nothing but good things to say about Saigon optical. The owners and staff of this family business are amazing, they are all very passionate about serving their clients and are very knowledgeable when it comes to anything eye related. I've visited their stores many times to purchase my Rx glasses and to have my eyes checked by Dr. Pham, and without fail, I leave their store looking a tad bit cooler in my new glasses and a little smarter as Dr. Pham is very good at educating his patients on proper eye care. I Highly recommend going to their store if you are looking for a pair of glasses or need an exam with great service!

My visit to Saigon Optical was a wonderful experience. I only went to get my eyes checked, but I thoroughly enjoyed window browsing through all of their options for both regular prescription glasses and sun glasses. The staff were helpful and tasteful; they understood exactly what type of style I would look good in. The owner of this store was also very knowledgeable about current fashion trends and showed me the trendy frames that they thought complimented my features.

The eye check-up was with Dr. Pham and he was professional and easy going. He answered all my questions very clearly and finished the routine eye check-up efficiently.
