Sugar poured foods. Too sweet and unfresh little amount of meats. Paid almost $50 dollar for takeout foods, and regret right after one bite. I had to check review before I visit this store

Went here for lunch today for takeout.only 1 size available for take out.at 23$ for a bowl of soup I assumed I'd get a lot.enough to at least fill me.but I didn't.and the takeout dishes are also terrible. I had to find my own bowl on a construction site just to eat it.work on your pricing and portions for take out

Most things I've gotten here are done a bit better on Somerset. Solid food but this is just a really competitive space. Flavors slightly more tame likely to accomodate the bank street crowd.

First time I went there I saw someone get a literal bucket-sized pho, so if you are one of those people who always goes for that at viet places, that might be a bright spot here if they still do it that way.

Food seems to be overpriced. They have a huge menu but the quality of the food was disappointing overall. I probably wouldn't go back there especially since there are so many good Vietnamese restaurants in Ottawa.

A low key spot with simple decor. The best dish is the vermicelli with grilled pork and spring roll.

Expensive, not a lot of meat for the price. These owners are laughing because in Vietnam a bowl of soup with some shredded meat costs like $0.50, meanwhile they charge $20 for it. It is what it is

Pho (menu item #29) was tasty. Service was fast and polite. The Vietnamese coffee was good and tastes similar to the iced coffees you’d get in HCMC.

Prices are too high for slow service and food that was just ok. Also it was awkward to order off the table rather than each having our own physical menu or even a QR code.

Ordered a large size pho, plenty of noodles but a little stingy on meat. Overall one of better pho restaurant in Ottawa.

Terrible customer service. Ordered Pork Ramen, was brought beef instead and was told that we made the mistake.

No attempt to resolve the order, just charged us full price for feed we didn’t eat.

Horribly rude. Avoid at all costs.

Went here for lunch. Staff felt that because I was by myself that I wanted to sit at an uncomfortable bar and face the window/wall. And the restaurant wasn't full? In any case I had the vermicelli bun which is one of my favorites. It was very average and they scrimped on the protein. This was a far different experience from when I first went here one late night several months ago and had an amazing hot and sour style soup and rice paper shrimp rolls. Some of the best I had in my life. Not sure why the inconsistency. But it was my first experience that made me walk extra to find this place for a second time. Not sure what to think now.

Ordered the #46 the bo bun hue for take out and it was definitely not worth the price. There was barely any noodles and meat. Would not come back for this meal.

I ordered from here on Doordash. Complete disappointment and a bad Rep of Vietnamese food or the name Saigon. The pho had barely any meat despite buying large size. The broth was bland. The mango salad was disgusting. You shouldn't use over riped mangoes to make salad bc it makes it soggy and no longer has the fresh crunch. There was like 3 shrimps and the fish sauce seems like it's made for dipping. I threw it out bc it was not edible. Gross.
