Food is good, had to make a joke to the cashier to be nice to me. The waiter was very rude.

Amazing tempura, chicken cutlet and sushi veggie tray! Thank you for making additional accommodations for us! Everything is delicious!

Not accommodating. I used to eat here before. It was okay before, but now it's bad. Asking for replacement, they said 'no changing' never coming here again.

My family and I have been coming here since 2018, this is a family favourite! We love the all you can eat menu!

2 stars = 4 stars for food, minus 1 star for bad customer service, minus 1 star for "self-tipping" (re: stealing the change).

The COVID-19 pick up process needs work, as does their customer service.
They have a shower curtain over the door to stop you from entry into the dining area, but it isn't clear so they can't see you. The solution from their signage is to knock on the window, but they are too far to hear you unless you bang on the window which annoys the woman working inside, who you've now bothered, sighs loudly, and yells "OK, I'm coming".
They also stress cash payments and can be reluctant to give receipts. If they tell you your amount to pay is an even amount, for example $20 even, they've added a "tip" for themselves; ask for the receipt and see the $1+ difference they've taken.

I'm Guessing the brought down their pricing as to my surprise it was $24 on a Saturday for all you can eat. I loved the food and loved the fact that they don't push the segregation pass. Food came pretty quick.

I used to love this place. I used to spend about $250/month here but no more! This is the second time I had to drive back from Pickering as parts of my order was missing. On my return the cashier argued with me about what I ordered and getting upset with me but I am the one who just spent $72 at her business and I can not get what I ordered. You have lost a valuable customer and I will not go back there again. The onus is on me to prove what I ordered! No one is writing down anything or handing a printout of your order to the kitchen. My tip for the rest of you is to look into your bag before you pay for your order or have them tell you what is inside the bags item by item before you pay for it. Don't get home with the bad surprise that I did that I didn't get what I paid for. I had sent so many friends and family to this location as well and now I have to retract my praise of your business.

Not too happy with service.we were refuse to sit where we want claiming the a 8 seat I for staff to relax.we had to sit at a table they give us.we were about to walk out but I had work and was running late.very unhappy situation. Plus they cook chat more than filling out the orders. Never went back.
