Purchased a diffuser that didn’t work and the staff here were unhelpful when i tried to return, but mostly because this company wants to keep your money for their broken products.if you use a diffuser, find out it’s broken then you cannot return it because it’s “unsanitary and not environmentally friendly”. The staff suggested i either pay the difference for another model i don’t like or take home their similar, store-used diffuser since it was working.well it was literally covered in leftover oil grime, so i guess their corporate principles only apply one way.

I was browsing through the store in lime ridge mall yesterday. A young lady Katrina helped me decide what I wanted. She is extremely knowledgeable of all the products! I felt very comfortable asking questions in such a friendly environment. I definitely will return to shop at that store Katrina works at.

All the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable! They always greet me, welcome me in and help me with any questions or problems I have. It's always a pleasure to pop by and visit (because I work in the store just under them lol) Keep it up! <3

Love their products, staff are very helpful and friendly and will let you wander. I love to walk in and smell then scents.

Kerry is an absolute gem! She was super knowledgeable about the products and was able to answer any and every question my friend and I had! The products are just as you would expect and work phenomenally! I live by the peppermint halo! Just because of my experience with Kerry, I will continue to come back!

We always love Saje but the girls at the Limeridge mall location went above and beyond today. They took the time to make a colour coded list of oils that are safe for pregnancy, pets and safe for both so we can feel confident that everyone in the house is safe and healthy!

I'd never been before and was a complete beginner. A and D (I think were their first initials because I can't remember their names. Terrible I know) were extremely helpful and walked me through a tonne of information. I intended to buy oils for my diffuser and walked out with gifts for two family members and myself, as well as the oils. Highly recommended!

The customer service is FANTASTIC!
I went there feeling exhausted and an associate gave me a sample of an essential oil (didn't know what it was at the time) and it woke me up!
I went there the next day an that same associate and another sold me Energy. I was very satisfied about the knowledge they had with the products there. What really made me happy was the conversations I had with the 2 girls. They were soo friendly, funny and genuine. You can buy essential oils anywhere but I will shop at this store because of the fantastic experience!

To everyone who has worked at Saje Limeridge over the last 4 years, thank you for always putting in 110% when it comes to providing your customers with the best and most suitable products. I wanted to especially thank and commend Trish for going completely above and beyond helping me out. I was having some difficulties with a diffuser I bought online and as a result, couldn’t use it as much as I would’ve wanted to. Trish took the time to listen to my concerns, offer some solutions and even offered to help me out whenever I decided to come in and make changes. She was incredibly accommodating, very patient and most importantly, she did it all with kindness and understanding. Thank you so much, Trish! This is a wonderful location and you make it even better!

Small store but with all the basics you need.

What's not to love about Saje! Overall their products and service in store is great however my experience online is why I can't give 5 stars. I paid for my items only to visit the site a few days later to see the items still in my cart. Unfortunately, a lot of the items in my cart had already sold out and as part of their "last call" sale, they will not be available again.

I also find that their scents don't last as long as some other pure essential oil blends that I've used in the past. But overall I do enjoy what they offer.

I had a beautiful shopping experience with William at the Hamilton store.
He was extremely kind, helpful, knowledgeable and just very very nice.

The New Extra Strength pain release is awsome. I have had lower back and knee pain for years. Tried all kinds of therapy and medicines. This roll on works so well. Working on my feet all day is so hard on the body and joints. I put it on before I leave for work and I feel pretty good for the day!

Amazing customer service from Richie. My fiance and i were just browsing and she went out of her way to explain the products to us without feeling pressure to purchase anything. We walked out with lots of goodies and a smile on our faces!

I love the customer service at this location! The staff always go above and beyond to accommodate the customer.

Went in to this location looking for a specific item, and they didn't have it in stock. Rather than just tell me that they didn't have it and send me on my way the person I was speaking to took my phone number and promised to call me when they had received the item.

I got a call 2 days later, and they put the item on hold to ensure I got what I was looking for and I will definitely be back!

Send broken products and offer no resolution. Will no longer be using saje products. Disappointing customer service.

The staff is always ready to help you figure out what you need and can help understand the world of aromatherapy. I've only had one accent I did not like / use were on picking it. But they are very accommodating to refund or exchange the value back even after use. They also introduced me to pine tar, a natural skin repair to place on my skin affected by eczema.

Pleasantly Surprised!

I was skeptical about essential oil diffuser having an impact on my life, but decided to purchase their lowest price model (Aroma Geni in Taupe) on a whim, because my family is nervous about candles as a potential fire hazard. I picked up a couple of their oils as well. The price was higher than I was expecting for such a small bottle, but I was assured they last a long time and you only need a few drops for hours of aromatherapy. About a month later, I noticed one of the lights flickering. I mentioned it to one of the associates, and brought the machine in on my next visit. The assistance I received was outstanding. They did some quick troubleshooting, and once it was determined that my item was faulty- they helped me pick out a brand new model off the shelf. Not “refurbished” not a request to, “be patient while my item is repaired” or being asked to wait while I was mailed a new item. I walked out with a brand new diffuser. The customer service this company delivers is beyond outstanding. It’s a breath of fresh air with so much negativity in retail.

Meant to write this a while ago. I always have a wonderful experience in this store. Even, with a crabby toddler in tow I get personalized and patient service. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I love the products and the fact that I am supporting a Canadian business. I have most of my coworkers and friends hooked on peppermint halo headache roller. Amazing!
