Location is suboptimal - takes 10-20 minutes of driving around to find a parking spot.
Service - I went during a busy period of the holiday season, and even in the small shop with 4 staff they took the time to greet others, were extremely friendly and help everyone else BUT me (4 other people in the store) even though I tried quite a few times to make eye contact and ask for assistance. I've been to many other saje locations and not had this experience before. Better off ordering online relatively speaking.

I purchased a halo headache remedy from them, and was told if I refilled that the third time it will be free refill. I called today to confirm that and there is no such thing as that.why lie to customers?

My diffuser broke during COvID but I went back to the Oakville location, and they replaced my aroma quickly and this one is working perfectly. Thanks for the help ladies!

I recently made an online order and it arrived with a couple of parts missing. I was naturally disappointed, and I reached out online to the chat on the Saje website. After hearing that i should reach out to a local store to see if they could help me with the missing part, I called the Oakville store and spoke with Amy. She was very kind and went out of her way to help me to locate a missing part. Even though she could not successfully find me one of the parts, she returned my calls and invited me to come to the store to pick up the other missing part (a halogen bulb) that she did locate. Upon going to the store, she was equally friendly and helpful and I want to thank Amy yet again for terrific customer service! I will be back!:)

The associates were so helpful, friendly and in great spirit! I reached out to Saje partnership department and told them that we were looking to buy bulk order for our team. Knowing that we had a short period of time to get this to our office, Jennifer from Partnership team got on the phone and checked inventory with the Oakville store team. They were able to secure us the bulk order. It gets better, the Oakville team offered to wrap everything up beautifully! THANK YOU! I will be back soon:)

Went to this store with my Husband. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. Then we were asked to wash our hands which we did. While I was picking up the oils that I needed my husband noticed that a few customers came in and weren't ask to wash their hands. My husband felt that we were discriminated.

This is a cute store. The location size is smaller that a mall location, but you can find what you need, and the sales associates are very helpful.

I visited this location back in January. The staff members were so friendly and helpful! I had purchased an all-purpose cleaner and I love it! I also purchased the Konjac Kare Bamboo Charcoal, and my goodness I love this! I notice such a big difference using this after such a short period of time. My face is so soft! Thank you to the staff members who assisted me and took the time to help me pick these out! Will definitely be returning!
