Such wonderful service I got yesterday. Which I found in those outlets was not the easiest to find. This wonderful lady at the counter mentioned a promo on the pistachio diffuser, which convinced me. Didn’t take much convincing because the diffusers are expensive so the price was right, although I had no use for it. But she was so sweet, I could not pass it up. She even noticed I did not have a bag but had purchased other items from a different store, put my items in the bag. So sweet. Thank you for being great and kind. The world needs customer service like this. Thank you saje. Always a pleasure.

Honestly I knew what I wanted when I got there…correction I thought I knew what I wanted when I got there… The sales person (so sorry I forgot your name) was honestly amazing, provided guidance on all the products that were of interest to me. More importantly made sure I shopped smart…. Love this location.

Prices have raised significantly since COVID. For example the yoga room spray went from 14.00 to 24.00. I mentioned this to the manager and she argued that it was raised from $18.00. I still have the price tag on the bottle to show. She was also rude and impatient to my elderly mother of 83 years. She was making fun of her to other staff in our presence. Having been a regular customer since their opening, I will never return! The store should replace this store manager with someone who is more sensitive, respectful and professional especially toward the elderly who have enough struggles of their own. One day she will be elderly…

Visited the notl location today to look for the sage oil, it wasn't in stock currently but a lovely angel named Genevieve helped me out and took my information to call me when it comes back in stock. She made my entire day by being so friendly and helpful! Store was beautiful and smelt amazing and thr prices are very reasonable. Will definitely be coming back
