I had a pleasure in dealing with Olivia. I had come in to inquire about my item. I thought it was a long shot but she was able to help me out without any hassle.
It worked out perfectly and I am now able to use my diffuser! Thank you so much for going above and beyond!

If you want to return or exchange a gift using your gift receipt be aware that if that item goes on sale that is what the value of your gift receipt will scan as… so the company then gets the difference… what a shame.

I would give 0 stars If I can.

Explanation of what happened:

Me and my girlfriend bought a diffuser from them 5 days ago, sales rep was not attentive whatsoever and never explained that they have a wired unit and a portable chargeable unit. We ended up mistakenly buying the wired… We were okay with it until we saw how poor quality it was and decided to return it just to be told that you cannot return a unit that has been used as it will end in landfill I asked her why did the other sales rep not explain that? She went along and said it says it on the back of the receipt. The Manager (Yaya) was there and she was very rude and not willing to help at all. I lost about $100 on a device you can buy on Aliexpress for $15. Take your money elsewhere these guys are scammers. Good customer service would have returned the item and kept the customer happy or at least exchanged it.

If i could have given zero star i would! The sales persons here are extremely rude! They didn’t even lift their head to answer us! She answered our question while her head was down working on the computer! The diffuser quality was not good when we used it and they didn’t take it back because it was used! How am i supposed to know it’s not good without using it? ! Overprice for nothing! I would never step into any Saje store again and i would also tell anyone i know to not!

Wonderful experience at this location tonight, during their VIP sales event. (Only docked star for unmasked staff, whilst covid, RSV and flu is high in community now.) All the staff were super knowledgeable and helpful. It was a packed house, and they quickly were able to assist. They have beautiful gift items for the holidays including an advent calendar. I was able to get what I needed and check-out was smooth. Would visit again!

Such a superb experience here, I will always recommend for people to come to this location. I was helped by Yaya she is fantastic told me much information to help me find what was best for me as I am sensitive to some things. She was very honest and patient I spend so much time in the store she was still helping the other people in the store. I have never experienced customer service that was this good, not pushy with sales, so kind and so helpful and let me try so many things. Best Saje. I have gone to other Saje before but not like this!

I walked in and the associates were busy, which I understand. However, nobody acknowledged me. Not even a hi, a wave, a smile. As a black patron, that often happens when I walk into stores… and that stings. I’ll probably just revert back to online shopping.

Love the peppermint halo. High quality oils. I've tried many other brands but Saje's combinations are the best.

Peppermint Halo! That alone should win product of the century! Try the True Dew Face Oil I have dry skin excellent hydration and smells sensational!

Ugh. Yesterday I bought a best of saje collection and when I opened it at home, 4 of the diffusers blends' seals were broken and 2 of the bottles were 3/4 full. Came all the way back to square one which is far from home to get an exchange today at 3: 30pm and they were closed by 3pm. The workers were still inside shaking their heads "no". Seriously? Such a terrible experience. Now I have to come back again.

My experience at Saje in square one was one of my most AMAZING experiences with the company.
The manager took her time, explaining each product I purchased very clearly.
Such a positive vibe thank you for all the help.

Just remembered this gem of a memory so thought to share. When this saje store opened, my first time walking in, a store associate dabbed the drops of essential oil on her hand and proceeded to LICK IT to show that it’s safe. I’m sure it clearly says on the bottles “for external use only”. She was a naturopath/alternative medicine student in training

The staff was really patient with all my questions and showed me some wonderful products! Love this store and these products!

I always think the best of a store when coming in with a customer service issue, but today the service provided was some of the worst I’ve had in a while

On Thursday I purchased some bath salts as a gift. When I returned to my office, I noticed that the jar was labelled with price sticker $20, but per my receipt I had been charged $25. I also checked the online store where $20 was listed as the price. As I was back in the office today, Monday, I returned to the store to have the price adjusted. The sales person told me “the receipt is not for this item, so I can’t do that”. Although the sales associate on Thursday charged me for the incorrect item, this lady, I believe her name is Baban? Proceeded to tell me she couldn’t help me.

Finally she told me she could contact the associate and then told me “it will be a while before I hear back”. I was on my lunch hour so didn’t have much time, so I was getting frustrated and asked what else she could do or if there was a manager I could talk to. She then told me she was the manager- I was surprised by this as managers are often more well versed in customer service.

After continuing to get frustrated and asking way more times than is necessary, she finally reluctantly agreed to refund me for whatever was charged on the original receipt (I have no idea what this product even is) and charge me for the product I bought.

This is the only product I’ve ever bought from Saje in my life and I can be sure if I ever do again, it will not be from this location.

Love this store! Staff are super kind and helpful, and their products are so soothing.

My only complaint is that they discontinued my favourite product and I'm lost without it: (Please bring back my After Shaver Saver!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The store is well organized and easy to navigate, and the safety protocols are enforced. The pricing is a bit high, but the same as other Saje stores.

Recieved a very warm welcome, friendly sales associate, knowledgeable on the products, always find what I want.

During the lock down this store is open for curbside pickup only, the associates are extremely pleasant and helpful, this is my favourite store. They carries a great variety of natural wellness plus natural remedies products, essential oils and diffusers, highly recommend.

COVID restrictions apply so I ordered over the phone and picked up what I needed.

As for the oils: Not bad. Their blends are the best and I only wish some of them were available in bigger sizes or weren’t so expensive!

I'm writing this review to express my disappointment with the products sold by this company & the so called "warranty " they give with there products.

I've been having problems with my diffuser for about a year now, the diffuser itself is only two years old. It turns on, makes noises but after a an hour it stops diffusing any of the product. I took it in asking them if they could replace the diffuser because it doesn't work as it's designed to. They proceeded to give it a clean, and telling me it's working now so there is no way they're able to repair it or give me a new diffuser. I accept this and take it home, thinking maybe it just needed a clean (even though I already clean it, but they're "professionals"). About a week later it starts doing what it did before. It still ran, but did not work properly, stopping diffusion after about an hour.

I go back to the store.for the second time. Telling them this whole situation and telling them this isn't something you can just see over a short period of time. They're designed to work for hours on end & mine wasn't. So I needed a new diffuser. They tell me the same bull as last time. That they need to test it and see if it works. Okay I say. Thinking maybe this time someone will believe me.even though its terribly inconvenient to bring this stupid thing into a mall an hour away from my house.so why would I lie.

Of Couse, I get a call this morning telling me my diffuser is working & I can pick it up.

So again I'm going to have to drive to pick up my lemon of a diffuser which keeps on being fixed by quick tweaks & cleanings. Given excuses on why they cant replace it. Honestly they're warranty is a complete joke and I will never be buying a product from this store or a diffuser from this brand ever again.

If you have something that turns on but doesn't actually work, be warned. They wont help you at all.

Update (4 weeks later) : The fact no one has contacted me regarding this review really shows me how much they care for there brand.

Love the customer service here. Friendly always informative with enough space. If you need something they are always km knowledgeable. Also met the owner/founder at this location many years ago.

Shopped here with colleagues a long time ago. As I remembered, the store is beautiful with great customer service!

The best essential oils and aroma diffusers. As you can see we use in our kitchen / living room the whole condo smells lavender. I love their costumer services. Staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Saje Square One. Arjeta Fetaj

I love this store but you guys keep hiking up your prices eh. I've bough peppermint halo when it was still $18 or something, then it went upto $26 last year and now its $28. Seriously?

The best experience I’ve ever had at a retail store in square one. The atmosphere and environment this place has set has made it such a welcoming presence for anyone to walk in and inquire about what it is these nice folks are selling. The staff are extremely knowledgeable friendly kind and respectful. Highly recommended. I’ll be back for more great product for sure

Great experience, staff recommendations were lovely and I was given speedy service when asked, will be going back again soon! Products are fantastic, although some drop bottles take a long time to drip and may be faulty.

I enjoy Saje. I love their roller blends for on the go aromatherapy. I purchased the Quick Study roller on this trip and I love it. It actually does work in just giving you some mental clarity to focus on your tasks. I use it at work and school to combat the end of day fatigue.

I was welcomed by a young lady who asked me if I want her to dhow me what they have. So I said yes.
She was very good and knowledgeable in explsining thing they have. Thank you (I forgit her name).
I liked also the variety of things they have. The prices are bit in the high side.

I absolutely love their products. The store environment is peaceful and the sales associates seem more like helpers rather than sellers.

I've always received excellent customer service at this location. There's always someone to greet you and willing to answer any questions you may have. They also make returns a breeze.

I love saje the products are amazing and work really well, especially the sents used for sleeping, oh yeah and the roll ons are AMAZINGGGGG. Anyways, Thank you jasmine for the great costumer service you are extremely knowledgeable and i am happy to have had use as my personal shopper that day. Thanks jazzy jazz!
