This place forces u to pay their own choice amount of tips, they start fighting with us when we asked them to remove it, i understand if big group but we were only a family of 4 people with a 2 year old kid, they charged us %15 we don't mind tipping but I should have the option to choose the amount i want not be forced to.

The best Sushi place I've ever been to. I ycome here couple of times. The sushi is decent quality and the all you can eat option is definitely worth the money.
I always leave satisfied.

Solid food, and quick service. The noodles and rice took a little while (15 mins or so) but otherwise everything was less than 12!

This place has the best fresh, high quality sushi! The sashimi is great and always fresh. I always order the house special maki rolls and they are so delicious. I love their firecrab roll, green and red dragon, rainbow. There are also maki rolls without rice and they are very good: highway 7 roll and arctic roll. Also order coconut shrimp, it’s perfect and served with a delicious sauce.
I find that the quality of the maki rolls are not as good when you order from the all you can eat menu, so I always just order the rolls I like and I’m very happy with this place. I just wish the all you can eat quality was as good.

They told me they have certain sushi for lunch when I called but then told me I have to pay dinner prices for what was promised to me after we already ordered some things. Got tricked into paying more and overall quality was pretty poor.

This place use to be my number one go to for sushi. But ever since management changed. The food quality is terrible. I hope they listen to customers and go back to freshness and serving good quality food.

Went the other day, location was easy to find. Was greeted and sat, the benches could use a refresh to something more comfortable. The food was very good, certain items being really good while other items not so much. Overall decent experience and food came out at a decent rate.

First time here. It was very dark in the parking lot with a patio for warmer weather. It's a small place with a couple of booths and a number of four person tables. There are plenty of staff that greeted and seated us and had our drink order before we sat down. The order was placed and it wasn't long before the food started arriving. Everything was delicious including the green tea at the end. The restaurant was cluttered with surplus pop and takeout supplies and folded empty boxes. Even with all the clutter in was a pleasant experience.

Ribs were fantastic. House hot sake was alright.a little heavy on the pallet.

Broccoli tempura Yummy yummy
Cheese wonton Mmm
White Tuna sashimi was best
Mango salmon hand roll?

Overall decent sushi buffet for $30+
Maybe a bit expensive for the serving quality

But i feel fresh after eating it so overall good.

This is one of the best Sushi restaurants I've been to in the 905 area. I always return. Order from here for Special occasions. Sushi is always fresh and tender. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

I’ve been coming here for a couple of years now. The food is good, and there’s a variety of options. There are tons of vegetarian options. The service is not bad, but they tend to forget some items ordered.

I had the worst experience at this sushi place. First off the place is very run down and looks like it’s never been renovated. Secondly the person cashing me I got a sushi tray was very rude never spoke to me and never replied after I thanked him. Just took my cash and that’s it.
Now to the actual food the sushi was tasteless no flavour and even the fried ones you only tasted the sauce.
I stopped eating all together when I saw that a sushi piece HAD A LONG BLACK HAIR wrapped around it I almost threw up. Where is the health board at these places? Where is the health board? I will never go back this place needs to be shut down asap

This place is a pretty good ajj-you-can eat sushi restaurant. This sushi was good and this hot dishes were mainly good as well. The service is good, although they brought us someone else's food a couple of times. For the price, this place is a good deal.

Pick-up is horrible the quality tasted like dine-in doggy bag quality. I thought the pick-up supposedly be different experience, the portion of the fish and avocado is a joke. I rather buy a platter over at the supermarket.

Recently started eating sushi as a vegetarian. Ordered a small order to share with 3 sets of cutlery set online. Asked the front a question regarding the condiments provided however instead of answering The questions, the front became super dismissive and response was very blunt and rushed.
Checked the order and realized only one set of chopsticks provided. Went back and told them we had ordered with 3 sets and the front owner says “oh since when $10 food for 3 people? ”
Uh Not sure when $ ordered started to equal with persons eating esp.when it comes to something as cheap and trivial as wooden cheap chopsticks not even the food in question? Decent food but off putting experience. Defensive and unsociable owners seems like.

Good pricing sushi, allows for substitution with paid difference. Ordered as a timed order but still had to wait about 20 mins for my order. Could work on their own website timed order instead of uber/skip when I avoided them to use their own website instead.

I wish I could rate this less than one star. They have the worst customer service. I called on New Years eve to find out about placing an order they told me to call anytime before 9. I tried calling and the lady "Lynn" who claims to be the manager/owner was so rude on the phone saying she doesn't have time. She proceeded to yell in her language at the other employees so loudly, and then yelled at me saying she doesn't have time for me as other people were calling and hung up on me. In times where I'd really love to support local business, I will no longer be supporting Sake sushi ever again.

2.5 hr wait even though we ordered online for a specific time pick up. Not sure why the confirmation email said please be on time if they made us wait for 2.5 hrs before we got our food. I get that it was nye but if you know you are going to be busy make sure you are prepared. To top it off, the food was cold and and some dishes only had half portions and one of my dishes was incorrect. At that point we couldn't even bother go to back.

We ordered our New Years Eve food 2 days before bc the staff told me its better to order bc they are only taking a certain number or orders. Order to be picked up at 5;30pm. When I arrived at 5: 30 NYE there were huge crowds outside ppl saying they have been waiting over an hr, no staff coming outside explaining whats happening. Some ppl saying they order at 4pm and they were told to pick up at 5: 30, so clearly they took orders up until the last min. Could not get in building bc there were so many ppl, I thought maybe my order was ready since I ordered days ago. Skip the dishes drivers waiting an hr or more, so after 30 min with noone leaving with food or no staff telling us whats going on I decided to leave. Had to figure out food for the family. Around 7 I finally got through to the phone number bc previously it was taken off the hook. The girl told me my order was always ready and they would call my cell in a bit to pick up.we never got a call. I was a regular here, and I will never give them a penny of my money. So unprofessional.

They used to be great when it was AYCE but with any delivery service it’s always “Delivery in 30-40 mins” which then becomes an hour and before you know it even longer. Wait till the pandemic is over before you order something from here.

It is the best budget sushi I have ever had. Staff has always been respectful. They are fast and efficient. I have Uber ordered, picked up, dined in multiple times and I have always been completely satisfied with the taste, freshness, portion size. My wife and I enjoy getting sushi from Sake Sushi. 100% recommended.

They converted me from a sushi disliker to a sushi lover! I only ordered mimi mako party tray since I had a few guests over. I was skeptical about sushi but loved it! Their dishes are cooked with love and are humble people to deal with. Their noodles are yummers too! Recommend them all the way!

This place takes THREE HOURs to prepare an order for UberEats! The Uber driver has been waiting over 50min. Order placed 6.55pm and its now 9.10pm and order isnt here yet. Cant even request order cancellation!

My favorite go-to all you can eat sushi spot. Mainly because of their mango crab maki. Quick service and tasty sushi. Their lunch special is very good if you don't want to dine in.

Wow is all I can say. We went for lunch on a Sunday. They had all kind of choices of sushi i would never thought of eating. The service was super fast. We ordered and not even 5 min later everything was delievere. The sushi were great. We didnt really try the kitchen section as much. The choices of dessert was great and they were delicious. Definitely coming back again. I gave 4 star instead of 5 because the bathrooms weren't fully cleaned and the toilet paper holder was broken and we couldn't really flush well but other then that it was great.

One of the better all you can eat sushi places on the west end. Sushi is good, not the best, but better than other all you can eat places. Great hot food (BBQ, fried food, etc). They have the best cheese wontons in the GTA, they actually put enough cream cheese. Their yakitori is delicious as well.

They also give out these scratch cards whe you pay cash. Prizes vary from $5 off your next meal to an iPad.

They have free parking too, not a big lot but every time I go I get a spot, even when the restaurant is packed.

First time going to this restaurant. I heard great reviews about it, So I thought I'd give it a try. The food was on point. Unlimited dessert options which was a BIG plus for me. Some all you can eat sushi places NEVER give you the option for unlimited dessert. The service was very fast.

I went around 5 p.m. I thought I would be smart to go that time to avoid the rush. But man oh man I was WRONG. This place get super busy. People were waiting for over an hour to get a table.

P. S Try the red bean Ice cream. Your in for a surprise. So DARN good.

Not what it used to be. Everything has gone down hill. Very disappointed with the quality of food and service. A major concern is the bathroom: there's no soap and paper towels. It makes me wonder about the cleanliness of this place. Sad to say that today was our last visit, June 2nd 2019.

Food comes out hot and fast and the taste is amazing!
Love their beef riblets and of course their signature california rolls!
My fiance is vegetarian and there is lots to pick from!

This place has changed a lot. Their lunch menu has changed so much. Very limited items for lunch. Selections were very mediocre. Haven't been her for dinner in awhile, not sure if I would return here for dinner seeing the options they have for lunch how many more items can they have for dinner? I can only speak on their lunch menu and would not be coming her for lunch anytime soon. If ever. Use to be a really good place. Always recommend this place to people whether for lunch or dinner, but now I would not go here for lunch.: (

Went here a couple days ago with a friend. Our orders started fairly quickly but none of our main sushi roll orders came in. Apparently lost our order and no one noticed until we asked. Re-ordered and the sushi was warm and wierd. Really gross. It was Spicy tuna, spicy salmon, and a crab roll. I don't think sushi is supposed to be warm. Started to feel sick eating it so we gave up. Didn't get charged for the left over pieces. A couple of days later and my stomach is still not happy. I've never gotten sick from sushi before so really not happy. I would avoid this place.

The food is really good but the stuff and the service are very rude we went there at 10 they were closing at 11 they where just bringing the plated and throw them there and waiting on top of our head watching us eating just like we were eating for free they rushed us to eat fast asking to remove the plates that we havent event touch yes we did not enjoy our dinner they stop us on the middle of the dinner to pay them first once i stop my dinner to pay i did not feel like to eat anymore this people were just kicking us out by 10: 35 shame shame shameeee shaaaame

The other day the family went to dinner! Tell him to send it back when he gets a nail! The result that girl still impatient of say over there this is our mistake wait for the meeting to pay for of time give you discount! As a result, when we had to leave, there was not only no discount, but also some tips for me. What should I put in? No more junk shops!

I ordered take out so was not even able to enjoy the economy of AYCE. I often order sushi as takeout or delivery, but never once had the rolls fall apart so pathetically before. Not one or two pieces, but our entire order which consisted of 3 rolls. It was obviously very carelessly put together. Will not order from here again.

AYCE menu for dinner is great. Large variety and good tasting. Service is good. Place is slightly small so if you come with larger groups best to call ahead or prepare to wait.

Oh boy, here we go. We made a reservation for a group of 6 people and a 6-month old infant who obviously can’t even eat solid food let alone a whole all you can eat sushi dinner. We ate, paid, and left. After looking over the bill later on we realized we were charged for 7 people instead of 6.

I called them to tell them the error. They told me to come back for a refund. (It’s a 40 minute round trip to go there and back home) I go back to the restaurant the next day with receipt in hand and they told me they don’t have their copy of the receipt so they tell me to come back tomorrow because their owner took the receipts home. Why is that my problem? Any other decent restaurant would not tell their customer to come back a second time especially after making an error on the bill the first time. They refused to refund our money no matter how much I tried to explain that I was told to come get a refund and made the trip to come get it. Now they don’t want to give it to me? Ridiculous. They also told me I will not be getting my tip back for the extra “person” they charged us for. The discussion started to get pretty heated and a line of customers waiting to pay started building up at the counter so at this point I left the restaurant very angry and told them I’ll be back tomorrow for the refund.

Another trip to the restaurant the next day I go in to get my refund. They have their copy of the receipt this time and refuse to look me in the eye. They shove the money into my hand and walked away. When I count what they gave me, I see they only gave me enough for the dinner and tax. They did not refund the tip we paid for the “extra person” they charged us for. When I questioned them about this they pointed at my bill and told me we didn’t tip enough to begin with.

OK, ARE YOU KIDDING ME? ! After screwing up our bill, then telling me to come back TWO TIMES to get my refund, they have the audacity to tell me that we didn’t tip enough and that they’re not giving the tip money back. At this point they didn’t deserve a tip at all. I kept arguing to refund my tip just for the extra plate and then they threw in a toonie to try to get rid of me. I wasn’t going to argue with them any longer over a few more dollars so I left. They told me not to come back. In total I drove 80 minutes back and forth to try to get my refund and they felt there was no issue with this.

Ugliest display of customer service I’ve ever experienced. Double check your bills people, especially if you’re with a large group. Better yet, don’t eat here.
