Super happy with the prompt, friendly, and expert service from Sallis! Fair rates with transparent quotes before they send someone out. Everyone we dealt with was very nice, and in fact, reached out to us after payment to refund us an accidental credit card transaction charge! Only $5 - any other business these days would have only fixed it if the customer caught it, but they reached out to us. We will definitely be using Sallis for our future plumbing needs!

Had an emergency at 2am with our sump pump failing and water about to submerge our basement. We called Saliss @ 2am, Jason answered our call and said he can get a new pump and head over right away. We knew it wouldn't be cheap but we also knew that disaster was imminent. Jason showed up about an hour later, replaced our pump which had seized with a new (and much quieter) pump and we were back in business! I cannot say enough about Jason and how he saved our home! Saliss will be my only call in the future for anything plumbing related.

I just called Salliss (after one of their competitors actually recommended them) for the first time, when my regular plumbing company was too busy. They were really responsive, their rates were very fair (I called around beforehand) and they fixed the back up in my main drain within an hour. I will absolutely use this company again!

Great company and people!
Diagnosed faulty relay switch on non operating boiler heating system (no heat). Salliss service people experienced undue difficulty in obtaining replacement part from original manufacture, not unusual these days on older equipment. They persevered and went to part wholesaler in person to ensure that they got the correct part, had been shipped incorrect part on previous occasion. Installed part and had boiler up and operating in no time, ahhh heat! The repair technicians Paul and his apprentice Ryan were personable, professional, capable and caring. Thank you gentlemen and Salliss for your service and repairs. Invoiced amount for the work performed was more than fair and very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Prompt, friendly and professional plumbing service, clearing a clogged kitchen drain and updating our under-sink plumbing. Jason and Nicole were polite and explained what was necessary, got things done in short order and cleaned up after themselves as though they had never been there. All for a very reasonable price. Salliss plumbing was perfect. We took on a huge project house that had hidden problems and damage. Salliss plumbing and owner Marty followed through with everything they said. The shop coordinator Ryan was ontop of timelines and when employees would be there. Employees (Sam) always got the job done and let you know of any additional problems. They took pride in the work and always left the house clean when project was complete.

Steen did excellent work on our bursted pipes. Quick response time and made quick work of the project. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely would recommend him and Salliss and would use them again.

Marty came out at dinnertime on a holiday to fix a critical problem with my plumbing, it took a few hours but the root cause of the problem has been fixed instead of simply applying a bandaid solution. He also took care of a number of other minor plumbing issues around the house in no time, freeing up a least one weekend for me in the new year.

I had a really bad clog under the kitchen sink. Received a quote from three companies with Salliss being the best price for this particular job. The plumbers came and got it done efficiently without wasting any time. Also were friendly and showed up with same-day service. Will be using this company again if I have any problems.
