Have never met staff so rude before. Didn't return an item eligible for a return. I asked another employee and she said it was eligible and started processing my return. The manger walked by and literally kicked me out mid return.

This is my favorite store because of the distance. Today Phillip who was at the store was most helpful, kind and courteous to everyone entering. He went out of his way to assist me find products in other stores, as I wanted more than what was in stock. Keep up the great work.

Its not often that I deal with exceptional customer service. Arranged for curbside pick up and was happy to find out that my account had some coupons that I could put towards my purchase. I wouldn't hesitate to shop here again.

Common sense and efficiency are key.

I HAD THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE!

I went there to do some returns of products that were never opened. First of all, I got the attitude of “you got way too many returns” and then they asked me to call customer service which they didnt even gave me the number for and told me “to look it up”. And the whole reason for my return, was because of wrong prices they have charged me!

It took me around half an hour to get to the customer service rep and they told me it’s up to the stores to take the returns (which is still bad knowing there is no specific rules), so when I told them, they said you should have asked them to talk to us to approve because “we don’t know, you might be LYING”. I worked in retail and still working and never dared to talk to a customer like that.

The two people who were working there, one of them a tall light skin lady with long black hair (I didn’t catch her name because she refused to gave me) and the other lady with highlighted hair who I believe her name was Mary C. (Only gave me her name, because she wanted to see where my “story”goes) were the people who gave the attitude, been hostile and refused to help me because they didn’t want to deal with too many returns (which I had the receipt and they were never opened)

This was not the first time I got bad customer service in this location, and I told her that thinking she would say sorry but instead she replied “yet you are still here”.

After all, I called another store and went there, they helped me very well with very positive attitude. So I for sure know the problem was with the employees of this store. I am very dissappointed and hope the manager take this into consideration otherwise they will eventually lose all their customers.

EXTEREMELY DISSAPPOINTED!

I am furious of how rude and unprofessional these Sally workers are! I went there a few days ago and the two ladies working there were so arrogant and condescending. The three words I would describe them as are: Aggressive, hostile, and definitely difficult.

The tall black haired girl with the other lady named Mary I believe were there to "assist" me. I felt bullied because of their attitude and rest assured I will never set foot in their store ever again. They know absolutely NOTHING about customer service and they need to go through their training again!

My advice to whoever that's reading this is: DONT EVER WASTE YOUR TIME BY GOING TO THIS LOCATION!

The manager did a great job helping me find the great quality conditioner & nail pre and post coat, makeup, hair color. It’s really great, since I came home & used it️️️ Thank U, Baoul.
Although, her other employee can improve her customer service little better. I think she’s new as she had to ask for every little step to the manager and interrupt her every two minutes. I didn’t like her domineer, appears rude and sounds rude. Rest, I love that store & hope this Manager will continue being here and will stay at this location!

I used to buy products from this store for many years and the store manager, her name is Batool is the best manager I have ever seen in sally beauty. She is very knowledgeable and very caring about the customers to give them right and honest advice.

Staff is very friendly, even due to COVID I noticed Staff member Jasmine going above and beyond helping 3 different customers at once including myself. Definitely coming back to this location!

I went to get some products to bleach my hair (my choice my decision) when I asked the girl working there a simple question she had no clue and went back to get *the person who is a hairstylist *. This *hairstylist* did not answer my question but started tell me I shouldn't do this or do that. I have bleached my hair before but instead of answering my one question she started berating me. I now bought the wrong products that I really didn’t want and now god help me have to go return them!

All I would like to say is I am never ever going back to Sally's ever again. I have had the worst experience there and not just once, many times. I just bought a product from them and right as I opened it I returned it right away because it was broken and when I came back they said they wouldn't even give me my money back or give me a new razor. Very disappointed and sad I'm very heartbroken, don't bother going to Sally's it's a fat load waste of time. They were very rude to me very rude and told me to go talk to the manufacturer which took 2 hours on the phone. Thank you for nothing you just lost a customer.

I can definitely sympathise with the review left by
T. J. R. The store manager does not uphold herself to any standard of quality customer service.

When my wife and I arrived, we overheard her speaking in a demeaning and impatient manner to a customer looking to use some kind of coupon where you get x$ off for spending y$. There was 21 cents missing before the customer could use the coupon. The manager says: "Obviously, I cannot use your coupon unless you spend more money, it says so right there! ".

Then comes our turn. We had three unopened hair colouring products to return (with a receipt) before buying 3 more but of a different colour (which actually happened to be on sale that day: buy 2, get one free). The manager refused to process the return stating that only a straight, one-to-one exchange could be done. When we said "let's do a return, then buy the 3 new ones so that we can get the deal", she goes "Well then the store loses money. It's policy to not do price-adjustments. ". We say "it's not a price-adjustment, it's a completely different product we're trying to buy". She was not having it. Apparently logic is not her strength. After arguing that we could have simply returned the items, went shopping, then bought the new ones without any issue, she still refused to process the transaction the way we wanted. I then quietly say to my wife: "Let's simply return the three tubes here, then go to the nearby store to buy the three new ones" to which the manager promptly replies "YOU DON'T NEED TO CUSS ME OUT UNDER YOUR BREATH". How dare she? I explain that we were just deciding whether we should hold off on the new products and simply return the ones we have. She goes "I AM NOT OBLIGED TO SERVE YOU, I CAN REFUSE A TRANSACTION, I AM THE MANAGER". At that point it was a lost cause and we stormed out in anger.

In exiting the building we accidentally managed to carry out an unpaid pair of hair dying gloves we were intending to buy. When we realised the mistake less than ten seconds later, I quickly go back and toss them in the general direction of the counter. An employee caught them and I left. But then, we realised that the manager still had our receipt which we now needed to return the product at another store. Ten minutes pass as we shop in the adjacent plaza and I decide to go get my receipt despite the obviously tense situation. As I walk in, I get greeted by "YOU DARED THROW AN OBJECT AT MY EMPLOYEE, I AM CALLING THE POLICE". I defend myself by saying that the gloves weigh next to nothing, I wasn't actually aiming at the employee with my gentle underhand toss, and she actually caught them otherwise they would have landed at her feet. So no, I did not violently throw a dangerous object at the employee's face. She actually called the police and accused me of violence. What a person! What an ego! I got my receipt and left in disgust.

She definitely got reported to head office after that one (who easily agreed that the transaction should have been done since it was not actually a price-adjustment). I really am curious whether she still works there as this incident happened in mid-July 2019.

The manager at this location, an extremely slim, brownish haired young woman with too much eye makeup provides acid polite and condescending service. As a customer you will receive polite responses with hostile looks and cut-eye. Her name tag did not give her name; when I asked, she said Marya and refused to give her full name. For all I know she could be lying. Additionally, she refused to give the name of her district manager when asked. Very unpleasant shopping experience every time I step foot in this location when she is there. I refuse to be bullied by condescending and passive aggressive behavior. This is extremely concerning as she is the manager. The other girls have been helpful and polite in a positive way. Such a toxic individual shouldn't be in a managerial position and given any sort of authority. I will be filling an official complaint with Sally Beauty. I myself am an employee of CosmoProf which is a beauty supply under the umbrella of Sally Beauty, we cater to licensed beauty professionals only. Any such behaviour by any of our associates would be swiftly and thoroughly addressed and corrected by our superiors. I only hope that the Sally Beauty district manager for this location will do the same. Such disrespectful and hostile behaviour is unacceptable customer service, no exceptions.

Large selection and most products are well stocked. Contrary to other reviews, the staff when I went were very friendly!
