The young woman who helped me at this location freaked me out how she knew a nail colour i was looking for by name was a limited edition from a number of years ago without even having to look it up

No customer service quality at all, very ignorant manager. Staff has lots of attitude. None of the staff or manager were able to help with basic things like modify membership and account. Would rather go online shopping with better price of same products.

While I loved this place to get my hair products, I was racially profiled. I went in the store to get my hair products as usual, this staff she has (black straight hair) kept following me, in every aisle I went, she came acting like she was fixing the shelf that doesn't need fixing, that's not the most, this girl came to me and be like " let me hold these products at the counter til you're ready" It's when I stepped out i realized how much I was being "targeted"! Ive read several articles about Sally's staff and managers being racist but never knew I would've experienced it in Toronto, such a disgrace! Support your local hair store instead!

I went in to buy blow dryer, price was marked $65 dollars when I went to cashier it came up $72 dollars. Instead of honouring the price that was advertised the assistant manager went to get a cheaper blow dryer and told me this is in my price range. I could have paid the $72 dollars but it was the principal of it all. Unfortunately for you guys I don’t and will not buy at your store and online again.

They gave me the wrong hair dye when i ordered curb side pickup and they are not allowing returns after i spent so much money.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

After I had a very bad experience at another sally store, I called this location to go for some returns. The manager Mariam, was really nice and listened to my concerns and very kindly explained the proccess for me and let me know that she will be off soon but she will let her employees know how to help us, which was very thoughtful.

Then at the store, the two employees who helped us were very respectful and helpful. The lady named Ann was more than happy to help us with her product knowledge and did her best to help us with my concerns.

This is definitly my go to store if I wanna go to Sally.

I dropped by today. There was a chair with a sign placed outside the front door. I called the phone number and followed the instructions. I hit “3” and something about the set-up is incorrect. I knocked on the door of the store - the sales associate asked me to call again and hit “3” twice. It still didn’t work. Kind of a shame that I ended up leaving, not able to make a purchase.

Staff were super friendly and helpful at this location. It was very busy, but they took the time to get to know what I needed and helped me with excellent product suggestions. My hair looks awesome! Thanks ladies!

Ontario allowed stores to open a very long time ago, but for Sally Beauty it doesn’t matter — they remain closed, and are being very RUDE to their clients. They just say “I don’t care, MAYBE we’ll open next week” and they repeat that every week. I DO NOT recommend this store, as there are three sales people inside the store and they don’t want to open, despite the fact, that they have this opportunity. Obviously they are not interested in doing business, unlike other stores. This is so lame. Some other Sally Beauty stores are open, so this is a failure of this specific local store, and their lack of desire to do business.

The sales associate was extremely rude and didn't allow us in the store claiming theyre closed although there was still 15 minutes left.

Many good things to say about the service in Sally Beauty store.located on eglinton 1900. Specially Anais was very helpful and a professional beauty advisor

Has many products i need and easy to navigate.convenient location, store is neat.customer service not the best but could be worse.

Veronica & Miriam gave me the best customer service.
They were supper kind and professional. I was so happy with the service I had received by them that I had to hug them before I left the store.
I will be a returning client and am happy to refer people to Sally’s in Scarborough/ Eglinton Ave east.no where else can beat the service level these girls gave me.

I have been shopping here for years.
I find the staff knowledgeable and will spend the time to explain things and/or answer my questions.
I am a satisfied customer and I would recommend this location!

Customer service is great. Sadly I got a girl today who didnt know a single thing about the products. But other then that its clean they always have stock and they are always friendly.

I really enjoy this place, because it has everything that you are looking for your business. Including equipment.
