I have been going to Jenny for a while now and I have to say, what an incredible experience everytime! Everyone is extremely nice as soon as you walk in, Jenny works fast and with amazing results! You can tell she really puts passion into what she does.

I am particularly someone who is strict about their nails and a bit of a perfectionist so I was scared to try a new place but after seeing the results, I knew I found my new place. Jenny never ceases to amaze me! I always leave very satisfied with my nails.

I love Ryna's nails. Been going here since they opened, and followed Jenny from the original Vaughan location. Jenny is so good with her designs, and shape is always perfect. She always makes sure I am happy, and is kind. I rarely feel rushed. I always book with Jenny, but all the female tech's are really good. If Jenny is running late she always calls me to let me know and I appreciate that greatly.

If anyone says the staff are rude - I guarantee it's because the customer was rude & out of line first. I have seen so many entitled, racist and rude little girls in this salon, unfortunately. The staff always act appropriately when you do.:)

My favourite place to get my nails done I usually go to Jay or Eric but all the nail techs there are talented in their own way! Super affordable price for the best sets. Def recommend.

This is my second time visiting Ryna’s nail salon. I’ve had the best experience both times. Jenny did my nails and they’re honestly the best nails I’ve ever had. The shape, design, everything was perfect. I work on the computer so I type with my nails, and I cook a lot so my hands are in a lot of water. After 3 weeks no lifting, no breaking, my nails still looked great. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Jenny is lovely! She is very good at nail art and she wants to do a good job for you. She is willing to add or change anything during your appointment. Her Instagram is full of intricately designed nails but she also does a great job on a simple French manicure. I have been going to her for about a year now. @jenny9art

I have been going to this salon since they first opened and I usually had a good experience.
The last time I went will be the very last time I step foot in there or recommend anyone else again. I showed the design I wanted and told the nail tech if he couldn’t do it I understood and that we could try something different, he insisted on trying it and when he couldn’t do it right he yelled at me and tried to blame me. When I voiced any concern he was extremely rude. I had originally booked for a pedicure as well and was told that I couldn’t even get that done as I was rushed out. I remained calm and even left them the last tip I will ever give again even if it wasn’t deserved.

I really wanted to like this place because its so close to home but the nail service i got from one of the younger guys i believe his name was Jay was very unprofessional. I asked if i could have something changed because i wasn’t happy with the final look, and he was very rude and simply said “i’m not going to fix them you should’ve said something earlier” and was just unpleasant for the remaining of my service… i showed him a picture of something i would like it was a simple sparkly french manicure with some gems. It ended up having a green tint to it he didn’t listen or ask about what my thoughts were and he also didn’t add any gems either but i chose not to say anything because he was already being rude.i paid 100+ for the nail service + pedicure and will be spending more to have it fixed somewhere else. I will not be returning to this place. Goodluck to anyone coming here it’s honestly hit or miss…

Came here for the first time since they have the same name as the usual place I go to.

Big mistake. I couldn’t find the salon as the sign has a different name.

The guy drilled my bio gel nails off at the highest speed which left my nail brittle and thin. He also was a little rough cause him to burn the sides of my fingers a couple times.

Very disappointed experience and will never go back.

This is just a warning to those who like the brand Ryna nails!

I had nails done here recently. Sorry to say but they did very poor job. Nails had cracks on very third day. While I was getting nails done, I messed up nail paint on two of my nails and asked the lady if she can do it again, she didn’t say anything but she looked mad. After I ask her about something, they would start talking among themselves in Mandarin, which I think is mean. Not going back to them……

Generally, I do not leave bad reviews- but this nail experience was probably one of the worst I have ever had. It has been 3 days since my nail appointment and there is glue all over my fingers still, and the design is opposite of the ombre picture I showed the nail technician (the one on the right). I would highly recommend not using this salon for false nails and stay strictly to manicures/pedicures.

***Update with this review: I contacted the nail salon and they fixed my nails fully for free. They put on a new set and paid much more attention to detail. I am extremely happy with the response and professionalsm from Sally Nails, if you do go and they make a mistake they will acknowledge and fix it. I will come back here again, as I am much happier now with this final result. Thank you.

Shady about prices. You call them and they say a cheaper price then when you get there they overcharge. Make sure you ask about prices before getting service done.

Very sweet, professional staff. Took COVID measures very seriously. Didn't try to up sell or anything. Listened to requests and were very gentle!

They were very friendly and did a fantastic job at a reasonable price. They were also abiding by COVID-19 guidelines with plexiglass separating the clients and staff and mandatory masks. Our tempatures were checked upon entry and we were required to write our names and numbers for contact tracing. Great experience! Definitely visit!

First time at the salon, Kim did the BEST pedicure I’ve ever had! So amazing, will be coming back every 2-4 weeks! Thank you Kim!

Pedicure for ladies and gentlemen great place clean exccelent service very polite staff. I can recomend to anyone to try.

Staff was very friendly, quick service and great prices. I had my acrylics removed and replaced with shellac all within 30 minutes. Very nice people, will definitely go back when I’m in the area.

Was okay. Felt really rushed and my nails look stubby. She also cut my cuticle twice and did not disinfect it. But I think it was just the lady, my sister also got her nail done and look much better.

The workers there are very kind to each other and act like family. They are very kind to their customers and are probably the best nail salon in the area! I really love my nails and I will be coming back to get them done again! I recommend this place to anyone around the area because the place is very clean and polished.

Wonderful staff, clean and professional. I love An and Kevin. They are the best, you will not be disappointed booking your appointment with either of them. The owner is very pleasant! They have lots of selections of colours for you to choose as well.

We get there and we’re told it’s $8 per girl (so much for $5). Then one of the girls is asked to wait longer (after being seated in the nail chair) because some person who has an appointment just walked in late.

It’s not my problem another client walked in late because of “traffic”. Now my daughter, who just got in your chair, is told to now wait? !

Other than that, bright and big salon. Cleanliness seemed to be on point. Gets busy. Make a reservation and bring extra cash just in case. Gave it 4 stars as they did a great job with the nails.

This is my go to nail salon always. They are the nicest people you will ever meet. It is very clean and the atmosphere is always positive. My favourite two workers there are Ann and Kevin, they are the absolute best and will do anything they possibly can to help you have the best nails ever. They always make you feel appreciated as a customer and they always have a smile on their faces. Please ask for them if your looking to try a new nail place or just looking for a excellent new nail person! Sally's is number one!
