They are really good and helpful before I even made arrangements to bring someone they told me solutions and asked if I wanted to try them before sending someone which I really appreciated they sent a guy who has been doing this for several years and was experienced. The only negative was the bill it was a large amount and some things I didn't know would be charged were charged but I guess every little thing adds up in life and i understand of course the service was worth it and has worked beautifully since

Had an extremely bad experience at Hyde Park Plumbing and I'll kind of outline it here I can't go into specifics but I recommend no one using their service their employee did something so vile against health and safety protocols and he did this infront of me I thought I had to put up with it because I would have to pay anyway and feared for my safety if I spoke up it was disgusting and the receptionist wasn't concerned and didn't think it was vile what he did and refused to keep my inquiry anonymous from the employee dispite him knowing where I lived and my fear of retaliation saying he's young and that's why and I knew he was a student but she refused to acknowledge this saying hes a pro I think honestly they were family and she's dating the boss or something so covered it up for him I'm gonna complain to the health board eventually when enough time passes. But mark my words Hyde Park Plumbing is corrupt and has horrible people who don't know what they are doing working for them the employee also caused a lot of damage to the home breaking things and then he was saying I'm "asking for too much" when I asked him to repair the damage he did lol and I still had to pay a large chunk on top of all this. But anyways never hire them go the salmon route. With salmon you'll get top service by a skilled pro. Hyde Park Plumbing has a wonderful owner who is kind hearted but they never let you talk to him and overpower him handling situations for him and covering them up. Or maybe he's changed over the years and isn't as nice as he use to be.

While I can see from their reviews that they are amazing at what they do regarding plumbing, heating, etc, whoever drives 247 has a complete lack of respect and professionalism when it comes to dealing with people. Or perhaps just women who are not friendly to men in trucks blocking their car when they have no idea why this truck is there. I’m sure if their wives were in the same position, being interrogated by an individual in a large vehicle from a company they did not call, blocking their car in while yelling on their cell phone to someone else, they would not feel uncomfortable or unsafe at all. No doubt.

Brady came to explain the options for a replacement furnace to my mom and dad last week. He was knowledgeable, personable, and very kind to them. He pointed out a few pieces of work that needed to be done with the furnace install; things the other company that quoted didn’t even mention (to me, that screams ‘hidden costs’ and ‘look out’)! He gave us an exact time and date that the installers would show up- Rob, Eric, and Jarred all showed up on time and installed the furnace efficiently and professionally. Eric stayed behind a few minutes and made sure to answer all my parents’ questions and was extremely patient. So very happy they decided to choose Salmon for this job. I would recommend this team to anyone looking for a new furnace. The price included all the extra bits of work and STILL was a better deal than that other company’s proposal. Thanks guys!

We are very pleased in the professional services provided by Salmon and their employees. We had two 65 year old furnaces that needed to be replaced in our rental units. Jarred (technician) diagnosed the issue quickly and also addressed issues in the attached unit we were unaware of. Brady (sales) was out the same evening after 9: 00 pm with space heaters for our tenant and an estimate.

We decided to give it a day as this was overwhelming for us and we thought it could be repaired. The following day we met with both Brady and Bill Salmon at the office and they were transparent, honest and easy to do business with.

We are very happy with the quality of work, products and at no point did they try to pressure us or sell us more than we needed. We would highly recommend this company to anyone in the market for heating, cooling or plumbing and we look forward to our ongoing relationship with Salmon.

Disappointed tape not fixed then I noticed it started to leak late that evening. When I called back the next day to inform about the situation. I was told I would be charged to door again $150.00 on my credit card just to drive to the door. No refunds. This was clearly plumbers mistake. I only had hot water no cold and the tape was leaking. $248.00 for my bill for 24 mins.from entrance of my door not any parts were purchased and to exit is robbery. This driving to a customers door is robbery for $150.00 before your company starts work. Lesson learned. Will not use as a resource every again or recommend.

Salmon installed a furnace for us in December 2020, and everything went very smoothly. The installers were on time, professional and clean. We had one minor issue with the install and the owner Bill was in touch with me right away to have it fixed up. Brady was also great and responsive. We did shop around, and their prices were very reasonable without being 'too good to be true'. I would definitely recommend Salmon for furnace work!

I discovered an oil leak at the base of my gas furnace at 10: 00 am. I observed it for 30 minutes to see if it was an urgent leak. Now at 11: 50 the leak has been repaired by Brayden!

We used Salmon when buying and installing a new furnace. They did the job a week ago and the product and workmanship were both excellent. The entire process, from our first meeting with Brady to the technicians' departure at the end of the day, was smooth and professional. We've used Salmon Plumbing & Heating for our plumbing and heating needs for several years and have always been pleased with their workmanship, service and integrity.

This December 2020 it came time for us to deal with our past its prime furnace that Salmon installed for us 23 years ago. We decided to get a couple of estimates from competitors to see what options were available to us.

Professional sales experience; new A/C installed on time; needed a callback re drainage issue that was addressed quickly and efficiently. Dealt with Salmon 20 years ago for a new furnace and will deal with again when furnace needs replacing.

We have dealt with Salmon including many of our friends and family for over 50 years, we have never had any issues with the equipment they installed. They offer great products, have licensed professionals doing installation and service, they work with integrity and have always stood behind the work they do. We have had some lower priced contractor's do work in the past which caused us nightmares. January 2020 - Being new to the city of London and in my new home for a
short period of time my furnace stopped working. To add to the challenge
this took place on a weekend. Having arranged a service call with another
company and then to only have the technician call to state no they were not
able to come that day based on calls and number of technicians available. I
asked who would they recommend to call next and they said Salmon HVAC.
Salmon's technician was at the home within 90 minutes. Issue was resolved
but only for 48 hours. With Salmon's technician arriving once again this
time within 1 hour it was deemed best to replace the furnace as it was 16
years old and a builder's model.

In dealing with reality and taking the next step, Salmon's company
representative arrived within an hour and proceeded to present furnace
options with great detail, outlining benefits, along with informing me of
any current manufacturers rebates. Their senior installer was out that same
day to begin the process of measuring to install the new furnace the next
morning starting at 8 am. Their well experienced installers addressed my
additional questions, took additional steps during the installation I was
not anticipating, and the company even provided me with space heaters so I
could remain in my home that night. The company representative remained
accessible to my calls and texts throughout the entire process and followed
up later the day of the install to make sure everything was working well and
to answer any further questions.
