Saw Irene for a haircut and colour, not only did she give me a gorgeous hair cut that actually still looks amazing when I air dry my hair (she listened when I said I often don’t style my hair and took into account the natural hair I walked in with) but she took my hair from a previous awful colour job (at a different salon) and gave me a stunning copper colour that is EXACTLY what I asked for. Matches the inspo pictures I showed her to a tee. Excellent colourist and the salon is beautiful. Prices are fair and this is 100% my new salon for everything moving forward.

Irene is a magical hair-styling goddess and I'm so lucky to have found her! After over ten years of horrible hair cutting experiences, I contacted Salon Chic about 4 or 5 years ago and was placed with Irene. She listened to my concerns and has ALWAYS delivered exactly what I want. She never cuts off more than expected, she takes the time to check in with you and makes you feel like a million bucks when you step out of her chair. Another incredible quality of hers is that she always has such an amazing positive vibe and treats you more like a friend than a client. I consider her less of my hair stylist and more like family! Any stylist you end up with at this top-tier salon will not let you down, and as soon as you step in you will feel welcomed. Everyone is genuinely amazing and Aurora is lucky to have such a wicked salon! As a regular client of Sterlings for about 10 years at Salon Chic, she absolutely is amazing with her work! She follows the latest trends and with positive attitude and is very knowledgeable on any hairstyles you want. I was looking for a change, and to darken up my too blonde hair for the fall. Giancarlo took time to consult with me and go over different options. He listened to my ideas, took them into account, and guided me to a more modern look that incorporated what I wanted as an end result. The experience and knoweldge is what I appreciate - most hairdressers wait for you tell them what you want and then go from there, wheras Giancarlo listens and does a TRUE consultation. As a result, my hair colour looks fantastic and in a modern way vs.what I had initially described that would have looked very dated. I have been going to him since 2008 on and off, and always circle back to his expertise. Sometimes it is difficult to get in (especially after shut downs), but it is well worth the wait.

Sterling has done it again! Went in with lackluster hair and not “feeling myself” came out feeling like a million bucks! She is the only one a trust to give me the blonde I love! Thanks again Sterling!

Sterling does magic with colour and I absolutely love my hair! Like many others, I was desperate during the pandemic and relied on box die (red.yikes). I knew that it would take a lot of work to correct the colour which is why I went to Sterling. She was professional and friendly (as always) and she put a plan together to give me my dream hair (silver/blonde) after the mess I made. I was anxious for the process, but she did an outstanding job the first round that I have fallen in love with my "transition" colour. My hair has life again! Can't wait to see the final result after a few more sessions, but it's safe to say Sterling is a colouring genius!

I love coming into Salon Chic! The staff are always so friendly and inviting. Lesley does my brows and they are AMAZING, she always does a beautiful job! The salon itself is very well maintained and the decor is gorgeous. I would 100% recommend to any of my friends.

I was yet again blown away by the talent of Irene. She always takes the time to hear my request and then brings to life what I had envisioned. Having a good hairstylist is one thing but having a good hairstylist who takes the time to understand you and works hard to leave you a happy camper is quite another thing.

Sterling Williams is pure talent and the salon environment is clean, bright, relaxing and fun making it a perfect place for her to create! She has been my stylist for quite some time now and I love that I can say. ”I am ready for a change.do what you feel like today” Or “do the same as last time” and she works her magic while I feel refreshed! As this was my first visit to the Salon, I felt safe & comfortable especially during this Covid era. All the proper precautions were in place as well as a temp check before entering the premises. My stylist Danyal was truly knowledgeable and I was impressed not only by my cut, but he advised what products to use and how. I never felt pressured to purchase but grateful for the advice. First impression was perfect!

My first time at this salon was yesterday and I can honestly say I'm IN LOVE. Sterling came from another salon in Newmarket and let me tell you she is an asset to Salon Chic. She brought me from a dark purple/brown to a beautiful blonde and perfected it, and the experience at the salon was crazy! They gave me a cute little menu that had options for drinks (mimosa's, espressos's, etc.) and were so happy and courteous. The owner was extremely professional and you can tell that she and her staff love what they do. I highly recommend this salon:)
